In all fairness I am writing this review to explain how impressed I was with Steve, who is the owner of the company.  You see after my Yelp review, Steve reached out to me to apologize for not returning my calls.  He provided no excuses and said he would come out to my house personally this Saturday to fix my sprinkler issue. Steve stuck by his word, often updating me throughout the day when he was coming by, and now the job is finished. Thanks Steve for the excellent service.
