I had a great experience with this company today. They came while I was not home and completed the service quickly and quietly. Although I was quoted for 1 drain to be unclogged, they went above and beyond and made sure the neighboring drain was also properly cleaned without charging me extra.

Last night around 6:30pm we noticed a wet carpet near our bathroom - called the landlord and she got Express Plumbing out the next morning at 11am. The gentleman who came to inspect the bathroom quickly noticed water stains and mold under the sink which was causing the carpet to get drenched.
He had to bust a whole under the sink to find the source of the leak and it was determined that it was the UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS kitchen sink. (I always hated those people, they have worlds heaviest foot...) So, he had to go upstairs tell them not to run their water so he could replace the pipe connecting between our apartments. Essentially their leak ruined our bathroom! Haha

He went to the store among the COVID pandemic, came back with supplies and quickly replaced the pipe and was on his way! He was properly wearing a mask and gloves the whole time he was here and was very friendly. The work that was done looks great and I'm sure will stop the awful leaks, but not my neighbors heavy foot!
