Best Wiring Installation in Indianapolis IN
These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

As an out of state rental investor it is extremely hard to find handymen and contractors who provide honest, high quality, and reasonably priced services. After dealing with people who over charged for subpar work or even disappeared after getting an upfront payment, my only regret is not finding him sooner. Kit has performed several repair jobs at cheaper rates than what I have gotten in the past. Also only wants to get paid after his job is complete.

These guys are great. Christian was our service technician and did an awesome job. He was very polite, asked good questions, and did excellent work. We had a chandelier and ceiling fan installed and they look great and work perfectly. I definitely give them my highest recommendation.

I've never had a better experience than with John, Will, and the whole crew!! They stayed late to finish a two day job on a Friday. So cool. We are the kings of hot water. Or better yet, the ladies in the house say we are the queens of hot water. Get the tankless and recirculating pump. You won't regret it.

I hired Efficient Systems to deal with my water heater in the house I rent out near Garfield Park. The pilot light kept winking out when the burner would quit at the end of a heating cycle. I had pulled my hair out and spent most of three days trying to diagnose and repair the thing myself. They told me it was probably the massive amount of lime in the tank getting too hot and exuding more heat than the pilot light thermocouple could take. That made sense, and it was not worth trying to salvage that water heater, so I had them install a new one. They did it for a flat ~$1350 or so.
I also asked them to replace the old shutoff valve for the house that is aged to the point where it leaks for a while after being used, and while they were at it, to remove the old bypass valve to a departed water softener that some previous owner used to have. I wanted them to install a new shutoff valve with some threaded pipe so that someone in the future could install a new water softener with less trouble than if it was all sweat fitted. Well, they didn't come prepared to do it when they replaced the water heater. I went on a trip to the East Coast for a week, came back, responded to their email quote with specific instructions and a diagram of what I wanted, and got back this little lecture about needing to set up an appointment to come into the office and meet with so and so and then have someone come out and look at things to see how to set up a new bypass valve, which is definitely not what I asked. It was like they had no record of who I was or anything about what I'd already said I wanted. Rather a pain when they'd had two guys working on the water heater, which is literally 12 inches away from the shutoff and bypass, two weeks prior. It's pretty clearly not going to be worth the bother to have them do it at this point; I'll either do it myself or call a regular plumber, probably the former.
In all, it seems like the water heater was right in their wheelhouse; simple plumbing modifications, not so much.

This is probably the most disreputable company I've ever encountered. I've fallen victim to their SHAPE service plan hustle. Basically these guys show up and charge you an astronomical show up fee. But then the techs tell you if you sign up for their SHAPE three year service plan for $199 dollars, that fee is waved. What they never told me was that I signed up for a service plan that self renews every three years indefinitely. I'm so livid right now. This is outright deceptive, shady, and bait and switch business practice at its worst. I'm still assessing the damage their unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account has caused me when an additional $199 was taken from me out of the blue three years later. Evidently the company is well aware of this practice and writes it off as unscrupulous service techs misrepresenting the terms and conditions of the service plan to customers. So much so that they have a specific plan in place to address it. I'm waiting to see what happens to me and my money. Will update review if problem resolved.
Review update*. Funds removed from my account have been returned. Still sorting out the collateral damage. Be very aware that if you sign up for the SHAPE service plan that you are not signing up for a simple three year service plan, but a service plan that automatically renews itself every three years unless you take the time to cancel it. You will not receive any notice whatsoever of an impending withdrawal of another $199.00 three years later. Perhaps if notice were given misunderstandings could be avoided.
