100% recommend! Out of 5 companies Joe was the only one to respond and very quickly. On time, professional, and does great work. I shared his information with my friends I was so impressed. All around good guy too that you can trust in your home.

Joe came out assessed the job and provided an estimate the same day I called and came and did the job as we arranged two days later. He picked up all the materials as well based off our first meeting. The final bill was exactly what he quoted. Very reasonable price for the work done as well.

They are responsive and punctual, which is hard to find in a contractor.  I'm very critical of contractors as I have rarely had good experiences but Lin Construction impressed me.  They responded quickly when we had questions.  The job took 2 days to complete and they arrived precisely at the agreed upon time both days.  It was a smaller job I asked of them but they completed the work quickly and the finished result couldn't have been better.  Great work and professional approach.  They clearly explained what would need to be done and did exactly that.  I will definitely consider Lin Construction again if I need more work done on our home.
