He arrives on time and goes above and beyond providing excellent service. Joseph Louis was our technician. Our job was replace 2 ceiling fans. He not only replaced them timely but when they showed a little wobble he fixed the problem. The problem wasn't him. The ceiling fans were flawed. He explored what the problem may be including removing the fans making a quick adjustment and securing them better to the ceiling.
