I hired Handiwork Hero to do a few small jobs but he ended up entirely renovating my 2400 sq ft rental property.  He did it all. Flooring, carpentry, plumbing, installed new garbage disposal and lighting fixtures. Changed bulbs, window blinds, outlet covers. Extensive and minor repairs throughout the home. He found and fixed things I had overlooked, and saved me money on parts and supplies wherever he could.  He  picked up and returned items I ordered online and shopped himself for what I needed and he did not charge me one cent extra for these services.  He cleaned and polished and set out the trash. He made my rental move-in ready! I can't say enough. I was overwhelmed when I hired him and he truly was my hero! His fee is incredibly reasonable. He provided every receipt. The total price was far less than the contractor's bid. I highly recommend this pro and will definitely hire again.

Right away I noticed that Dan was very friendly and personable.We made arrangements for him to come out and give me an estimate. He arrived right on time and I was able to show him exactly what I wanted him to do. I liked that he listened to what I had to say and that he was very organized and professional. He took a lot of notes and pictures on his tablet and told me he would email me a detailed estimate within a couple of days. He did not disappoint. A couple of days later I received a very detailed estimate including what he intended to do and the total cost of the labor and material he needed to get the job done right. The price was right so we agreed on a start date. He showed up exactly when he said he would and went right to work. I have to say that besides being organized and easy to talk to, he is very skilled in what he does! He did a fantastic job on the fence and gate and totally exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with the work he did and will definately call him again for other projects that I will need to have done. I highly recommend him to everyone who needs a great handyman.
