1). Removed the broken 40-gallon Whirlpool water heater in the closet space inside the house.

2). Replaced the 7-foot deteriorating venting system that goes through the attic and roof.

3). Installed a new Bradford White 50-gallon water heater.

Nick came to the house and did a free inspection. He is very polite and professional. He clearly explained his scope of work and charges. He also explained the pros and cons of different water heater brands. It took 8 hours to completion and we are extremely grateful, he was very thorough and did an outstanding job.
