He does get the job done and on time. He is courteous and friendly. I must say, though, that on two separate occasions he took some items of mine with him. The first time I hired him was to install some kitchen appliances, one of the appliances being a gas stove. I purchased a gas range connector kit not knowing that the stove already came with one. So, I ended up with two gas range connector kits. I kept both kits with the stove. He finished installing the kitchen appliances (a dishwasher, a gas stove, and an over the range microwave) in a timely manner. After he left I could not find the extra gas connector kit that I had left with the stove. I thought maybe he placed it somewhere on the counter or in the adjacent room where the appliances had been sitting. The extra kit was never found. We hired him again several months later to replace our old garbage disposal with a new one. Again, he showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. The new garbage disposal came with its own gasket, flange, and rings. He replaced the old one with the new one in a timely manner and then moved on to some other things in house that needed fixing. Upon him leaving, I looked at his bucket of tools he was carrying with him. In the bucket I saw a gasket, flange, and rings. After he left, I was checking out the new garbage disposal and realized that he reused the old flange (and most likely reused the old gasket and rings as well). The new garbage disposal came with a nice, shiny flange. It was obvious to me that he did not use the nice, shiny flange. The gasket, flange, and rings I saw in his bucket of tools were the ones that came with the new garbage disposal. It is one thing to reuse the old gasket, flange, and rings because they seem like they are in good condition. That I can understand. But, he took it to a whole different level of shadiness by basically stealing. Yes, I probably would have just placed that extra gas connector kit, gasket, rings, and the nice, shiny flange in a drawer, never to be used. But he could have at least asked to take them. I probably wouldn't have cared if he asked but he didn't. So that is why I would not hire him again.

I had an awesome experience with this company.  Larry came by to fix the draining and plumbing issue I had in my nail salon.  He gave me a very fair estimate and even came early in the morning to fix before I opened my business hours.  Very honorable man and came when he said he would.   I would recommend Larry to anyone who ask.  Thanks again

I highly recommend George.  He was amazingly responsive and on time.  He came over to give me an estimate and started working on my project right away.  I was really impressed on how detailed and thorough he was in order for it  to look perfect.  He exceeded my expectations.  I am already recommending him to everyone!

Worked with Danube for one of my projects at Sky Las Vegas (Flooring, Baseboards, Canned Lights and TV Mount).  Did a fantastic job was a jovial person to work with.  Cleaned up well after and completed the assigned job.  One day behind schedule but that is almost anticipated in this business.  Overall was satisfied with the job.

Excellent service and by far the least expensive , and I tried about 8 of the top Yelp results. Called and got a service appointment in a matter of hours on a Saturday. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the replacement/installation of my new water heater. Took a little more than an hour . Highly, highly recommend.

Jimmy did a very good job on installing my light fixture. He is patient and detailed. He made sure everything is perfect. At the same time, he is a very good communicator. And his price is very decent. I highly recommend him.

Blane is the owner and he is extremely professional, honest, works hard, pleasant to talk with, and very easy to understand. I explained in detail all the work that I needed done prior to him coming here so he knew what he would be getting into and when he came to my house I showed him the areas of concern and he went right to work. He took his job very seriously and still cautious about Covid he wore a mask and booties w/o being asked. :) Perfect!

After he was done he did a walk through showing me what and all he did. He used drop cloths to pick up any water and/or debris to make clean up a breeze and then used a special cleaning agent to disinfect the areas he worked on prior to saying job done.

Even the payment process was painless in that he doesn't take/see your credit card information (gives you peace of mind nowadays) and you pay through an app and get a receipt when done. Wish more service repair men would use this in the future.

It's hard enough when your new to an area to find quality workers but he is above and beyond quality and I'm thankful that now I have a good rapport with him that he will be a permanent contact if I need his help in the future. Thank you Blane! A+

Hard working, professional, punctual and friendly.  He completely changed out 2 toilets in a very timely manner.  His price was very acceptable.  Highly recommend.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this company.  My AHS home warranty had me use this company for my water heater leak.  Fernando, the first technician came on a Friday, and told me he would have someone come the next day to have a new water heater installed.  He saw that there was a lot of water under the heater  and showed me how to divert it into a bucket.  He made NO MENTION THAT THERE WAS WATER DAMAGE in the walls and I would need a full mitigation and reconstruction of the damaged walls (which took weeks to complete).  The next day, when Arthur arrived, he told me that he wouldn't be able to install the new water heater until the water damage was fixed.  When I attempted to call Air ProMaster, dispatcher Tracey tried to give me an excuse as to why Fernando wouldn't have told me that there was water damage in the walls.  When I told her that he clearly saw the water under the heater and even told me how to divert it into a bucket, she had nothing to say.  She said she would have manager Yvonne give me a call to discuss, but that call never came.  The only reason I am giving this review one star, is because of Arthur, who made sure I did not go without hot water because I have a 4 month old baby in the house.

DO NOT USE!   Charged us for repair, labor only, no parts replaced.  A waste of $276.  Repair failed and he refused to answer our calls.  Left several messages.  He would not  return our calls or texts then made a silly excuse.  He doesn't take credit cards so you can't dispute the check or cash you give him.    Another company fixed the problem and it was much less than what he charged and that included replacing a part!  Demario Gates should not be trusted to follow through on the job.

Hired this company to install hot water straps on two heaters and was ripped off with their ridiculous price. Should have asked how much the install was going to be but didn't expect an hour of work and $75 worth of material to cost $450. Would definitely not recommend this company.
