These guys have saved my home TWICE so far in 2020 with plumbing emergencies. The professionals that came were very kind and knowledgeable. Even during the COVID19 crisis, they are exceptional.

I had an emergency at the last minute. Both of my toilets wouldn't flush and was running over. Called PF Plumbing the same day. Nick came with a pleasant smile and was very patient with me because I was really stressing. He explained everything he was going to do. He really knows his work. I think he deserves a big fat raise!!! I know I will need more complex work in the future on my plumbing and Nick will have someone to come out and access what I will need to do financially. I recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!!

I'm telling you if you're in the Lexington area this is the company to call get good quick results for your plumbing needs. They don't mind residential jobs of new clients. So many of the plumbing companies around Lexington only want to come to you if they have been to your house before. Which I think is totally ludicrous because who knows when you need plumbing needs. Mike was very knowledgeable and training Braxton at the time who was also a pleasant young man. But I got to give my kudos to Mike he was very efficient and knew what he was doing. Solve my problem in a very timely manner. Once again I have to give this company five stars for being on the ball. In the Lexington area this is about the best bang for the buck in plumbing you're going to find. Take it from a Navy veteran of 20 years honorable service to our nation. I wouldn't hire him again. He made a mess and didn't even unclog my line. Plus he missed the first appointment, that should have been a clue.

Poor experience. Unprofessional technicians. Technician informed consumer of one issue and input a different reason into the system causing confusion. Please find another servicer if you can.
