He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!

We had a gas water heater go out and they came by first thing in the morning and had it done by noon. Great service and great staff with everyone being very professional and kind. I taught customers service and they nailed it. I highly recommend them.

I'm telling you if you're in the Lexington area this is the company to call get good quick results for your plumbing needs. They don't mind residential jobs of new clients. So many of the plumbing companies around Lexington only want to come to you if they have been to your house before. Which I think is totally ludicrous because who knows when you need plumbing needs. This is the best plumbing company for your hard-earned dollar around. They don't give you smoke and mirrors like other plumbing companies do. They simply fix your plumbing needs in a high-quality but try to save you money along the way if possible. They don't try to blow you out of the water each time they come by with over-inflated fees. I don't think you will find a better company for your plumbing Solutions. They sent out Mike and Braxton this time. Mike was very knowledgeable and training Braxton at the time who was also a pleasant young man. But I got to give my kudos to Mike he was very efficient and knew what he was doing. Solve my problem in a very timely manner. Once again I have to give this company five stars for being on the ball. In the Lexington area this is about the best bang for the buck in plumbing you're going to find. Take it from a Navy veteran of 20 years honorable service to our nation. Jeff Agnew is a life saver. We had a totally blocked main sewer line and Jeff worked us in to his already full work schedule to come to our rescue. In intense heat and in a small, cramped basement work space he worked to exhaustion trying to unblock the line. Unfortunately, the blockage was apparently beyond the reach of his cable line. But he would not give up on us. He said he would add additional length to his cable line and return the next day to continue his efforts. Good to his word, he returned the next day and attacked the problem again. This time he was successful!
His timely , conscientious and compassionate work allowed us to return to our normal life. I highly recommend  Jeff Agnew to anyone seeking a really competent and caring plumber. Dan Patterson, Burlington, NC.

If i could give A zero, i would.   DO NOT USE THEM.  In October 2020 i called regarding a clogging problem.   They suggested running a camera down my pipes to find the problem.   They came out, (i never saw what they were doing).    They then came to me and said they couldn't show me the pictures of what they found because they couldn't get a wifi connection and had to go up the street to try to get a connection.   He came back collected my money and said the owner will be back to let me know what he saw.   Kaleb ( the owner) came out and said i needed my pipes replaced.  He offered an alternative just incase i couldn't afford the pipes replacement and said he would give me a quote on both.    It took about a month to get the quote after calling multiple calls.   And all i received was a quote for replacing the pipes.   I called multiple times again to ask for the pictures of my pipes and the second quote.  I even text the owner through social media, were he contacted me after i posted asking for a plumber referral.   I've gotten no response.  I basically paid for a service that i have no proof that they did and whether i truly need my pipes replaced.   If i call someone else i will have to pay for the service again.  They just took my money and never followed up.    I've been more than patient.    Looks like i need to pay a visit to the court house.   Small claims court, here i come!!     It's sad these companies take advantage of peoplelike this.

Upsell, Upsell, Upsell. ARS appears to be a very sales driven organization, that is attempting to pull money out of my pocket.

I went with the AC and heating system maintenance contract. The AC was done in the spring and the heating in the fall. Both technicians told me that I need several things done...but I don't feel comfortable with the recommendations and therefore service. You can tell they are trained to sell you products.

One of my neighbors recommended a small company out of Durham, as they are honest and have been in business for 20 or so years and provided good service. Another neighbor made this comment, both ARS and Service Experts, who ALWAYS tried to get us to put in new ducts, dual thermostats, etc....you name it. Will never go back to either of them. This is my experience. I'm going with CWJ next time.

The heating guy just recommended replacing a component. I checked youtube and we are not experiencing the related symptom and if we were, the first thing to do is clean it. Did he clean it? No idea. But he wanted to replace it but did not have it on hand.

I had a disappointing experience with Edwards and Mills. They fixed a toilet, only for it to do the same thing it did before I called them and they have not followed thru and tried to fix it, after I called them numerous times to tell them it's still broken. They are VERY expensive. I do not recommend them.
