JJ's Plumbing is a family owned and operated business. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and reasonably priced for the project.  I had a leaky toilet valve, toilet innards needed to be replaced and the shower drain seal was broken. They came right out and had everything completed in 30 minutes.  I highly recommend this company.

Great service at a fair price. My pipe burst from the recent freeze and Stephen got it fixed in the next day even though most places were only able to come during   expensive after hours. He responded quickly to my Yelp project request and did everything as expected and held to his estimates. He was a gracious guest in my house and fixed things exactly like I requested. He added stop valves to help avoid losing water across the house in the future and insulated all of my pipes to prevent future freezes. I would definitely recommend and will be contacting him again for future handy man needs.

Andrew and the guy who came with him (can't remember his name) were excellent! they were here when they said they would be, fixed the problem the same day, and explained everything well.They were easy to get along with and beat competitors pricing in the area! I will definately recommend them to anyone and hopefully we won't have another issue like this again BUT if we do--- we will use them again!

I highly recommend Ironwood Custom Remodels. We had the best experience of any contractor we've worked with - Ethan was great at communicating throughout the entire project and finished ahead of schedule and in budget, which is typically unheard of. We were very impressed with his professionalism and the professionalism of the subcontractors he hired. The entire project (laundry room remodel) was seamless thanks to Ethan.

This Company build a very nice (looking) pool house for us, but they did not take care of the foundation work, grade it properly, and it floods every time it rains, now it has mildew. I contacted the company but they did not come fix it.

They helped me in a time of need when I had a water leak in my house! Found the leak, fixed it, and repaired the walls!

Competent, reasonable, efficient, Drew and Devan kept working on a tricky, stubborn problem until it was fixed perfectly. Company policy of not leaving a job until the customer is satisfied. Nice guys, too!

Avoid this business at all cost. My husband and I contacted this business for a bathroom renovation. We didn't end up going with him because response times were slow and we had a deadlines. But we did have a small project that we needed done that felt low risk. We needed new cabinet doors for our living room built ins. The quote was reasonable and we paid him and deposit. He took measured and took our old doors with him and we have no heard from him since months later. He stopped answering our calls. There is no where to leave a voicemail because the mailbox is always full. No one to take messages. What terrible business practices. Now we are moving out of the house that we originally contracted him to do work on and now have to pay someone else to complete the job that we paid a deposit on and never got the work done for. Avoid this business at all cost. He can not be trusted!

I bought a Toto Toilet at this store online, at the time I bought it I was told that will be shipped that same day or the next day, after 5 days I emailed the store to find out the status of the order and the next day I was informed by Ashley Crigger the
Office Manager,  that the order could not be processed as their credit card processing company deemed the charge as suspicious/fraudulent. I called my credit card right away to find out, and they say that the transaction was approved and is under pending status. I called again this lady and sent her several emails informing her what I was told by my credit card with no answer whatsoever, after the 3rd day of trying, she finally answered and told me the same excuse, I felt so bad, frustrated, so helpless with this lady, I have excellent credit, the name is the same as the credit card, same shipping address, same billing address I called from my phone, the same # the appears in the card, and this lady is keeping saying same excuse? What happened is, they did not have the item, they are selling something that they don't have physically in the store and they were not able to find the item anywhere at the price they sold it to me. That, I can understand, what is unacceptable is that she keeps telling me the same excuse and that she can't tell me why the credit department rejected as suspicious/fraudulent the transaction. Very bad, bad store service, I do not recommend it. Buyers save your time, don't fall into the same trap, and go elsewhere to buy, this store is a nightmare.
