This bit of information saved me from having them to come back with parts. Long story short, they were able to fix and replace all in one visit. Our technician was Joshua (Kane). He was professional, prompt, and courteous. He didn't even mind me looking over his shoulders just to learn/monitor what's going on. They would be first call I'd make for any future plumbing needs; worth every penny. Highly recommend.
