Based out of Phoenix AZ, we are a state licensed, bonded and insured plumbing service company covering the entire North Phoenix Valley. Our expertise includes general residential and commercial plumbing and appliance services including water treatment, water heaters, drain cleans, rooter services, gas lines, repairing broken sewer lines, smoke testing for sewer gas leaks, water mains, pressure reducing valves, camera inspections, hdyro-jetting and more! We are a full service plumbing company with a drive to serve our fellow neighbors with excellence.
HISTORY
Established in 2016.
Wyman Plumbing & Mechanical began as a husband and wife team out of our garage. Our mission started and has continued to offer complete plumbing and appliance repair services with honesty and integrity to our customers. Over the years, we continue to strive to efficiently serve our Phoenix Valley neighbors and deliver the WOW factor. Overall, our plan is simple! We plan to make sure each of our neighbors and customers have working appliance and plumbing systems as well as do our best to make sure each repair that we do is done correctly the first time.
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
My father was in construction when I was growing up and did his share of septic work. I realized how important it was laying a solid foundation on new construction and having a quality contractor was when making repairs. Although I didn't realize plumbing was where I wanted to help homeowners, I knew it was in the home services field. Life brought me into the plumbing industry! Growing my business here in Phoenix, AZ has been a wonderful experience. I have learned it is filled with great communities of wonderful people and small businesses. We are so grateful to be apart of the Phoenix Valley area and help those looking to do receive help with appliances and/or plumbing in their homes, remodel existing bathrooms or repair existing fixtures.

Pretty much every morning driving north on the 101 n, at 6:15am, I spot the blue WPM pickup illegally using the HOV lane and going 90+ mph running people off the road.
Such a flagrant disregard for human life and common decency speaks volumes about the way that they would treat customers and their service.
I filed a report with the police.
After having Wyman repair a broken pipe during the Pandemic, we had them install a water softener. Our technician was sick on the day of our appointment, but Wyman was able to get someone out later the same day. The unit was installed in less than two hours and everything works perfectly. Wyman gave us a very competitive price on a great system and we couldn't be happier with the results.
Eric from Wyman Plumbing was so nice and so knowledgeable, he did a smoke test and found a leak that 2 other companies were unable to find. He's fixing it now.
We are remodeling our bathrooms and needed a plumber to run the new shower systems. Our contractor had Wyman come install one. They gave a quote without asking us, the homeowner, what type of system we purchased. Needless to say, they missed installing the handheld shower valve. I am not completely sure how this could happen since the instructions are very clear and specific. They scheduled another day to come back and complete the job. They are charging us by the hour, fine. I was told it should take about a half hour. The plumber they sent did not know where to put it despite pictures that were sent, and notes written on the wall. Thankfully, it was only a half hour charge. I understand they need to make money, however, they should have contacted us prior to giving a quote for a job. My invoice says, install of a shower system provided by the customer. We will not be using them for the other shower system. We have another plumber coming out tomorrow to look at the job and give us a quote, which is what should have happened in the first place. This is not about the money, it's about the principle. As a business you made a mistake that you need to own. Not only am I frustrated, but this also put our remodel behind by two days.

My community FB page gave several recommendations for Wyman plumbing. Wyman Plumbing was able to fix my problem the same day I called. No additional price for having them work on the weekend (when all plumbing issues occurs). Work was done right the first time and for the quoted price. I would recommend them and hire them again.

We needed a gas dryer hooked up which became complicated due to the old fittings that didn't work with the new dryer kit. Making an appt with Wyman was easy, someone would be available to next afternoon and we were kept informed of the technician's arrival time with helpful text updates. Erik arrived and was personable, knowledgeable and kind enough to walk us through his work. He was done in record time and made sure the dryer was pushed into place and working before he left. We will use Wyman in the future and Erik made the entire process a pleasant experience. Kudos to Erik and the company!

Nikki was super helpful quoting me over the phone for the toilet install and faucet issue. It is great to know that I can get pricing before I have anyone come to the house. The pricing was very fair and was very detailed so I didn't hesitate to schedule. Jason H came to install the toilet perfectly and diagnose my faucet issue fairly quickly. He explained what was wrong and to contact the manufacturer for a free replacement part since it should be under warranty and instructions on the simple fix. Instead of upselling me a new product he gave me sound and HONEST advice! I really appreciate the service he provided and will definitely use this business again for any future issues! I had couple of slow leaks on faucets and shower. I called Wyman and they came out the very next day. Nikki on the phone walked me through what to expect and to have parts ready just in case it wasn't a common part they usually carry. This bit of information saved me from having them to come back with parts. Long story short, they were able to fix and replace all in one visit. Our technician was Joshua (Kane). He was professional, prompt, and courteous. He didn't even mind me looking over his shoulders just to learn/monitor what's going on. They would be first call I'd make for any future plumbing needs; worth every penny. Highly recommend.
Anthony was our tech who got our new commercial water softener diagnosed, ordered and installed in two day. No fuss no worry. Way man is a first class comoany.
Needed a new RO system. Wanted to give a smaller local company my business. Glad I went with Wyman. Setting up the appt was easy and pleasant, and she was able to have someone come out the next day. Text updates on the morning of the appt to let me know the tech was on his way. AJ was friendly and professional. Did the job quickly and correctly. I was very pleased with the service I received and will use them again.

Okay, this has to be the most amazing set of plumbers. I needed three toilets replaced in our home as they were very old. I called around all the recommended plumbers on yelp and they were VERY expensive. Most of them asked for 300 dollars installation fee. Finally I found Wyman and called them. The fee is much lower, they arrived on time. Great communication throughout including a text as they started towards my house. James and another plumber took about 2 hours to remove old toilets and install new ones. No mess at all. Did caulking all around and everything went very well. I would highly recommend them, hope they do not raise their prices as they become more popular!!
Called to make an appointment. $95. Told them it was a gas Kenmore dryer showing an F01 code. Thought they would be prepared for that. Guess it was too much to ask for. Guy arrives and didn't know what house it was. Comes in my house and starts searching the internet. He said he wasn't sure what it needed - really? Gives me a quote to replace a small part which is about $65 plus $150 for 20 minutes labor (1 hour minimum) plus the $95 diagnostics fee (internet search). If you're a senior on a fixed income stay clear. I know gas is high and prices are rising but this is just plain price gouging.

I had actually decided on Tamra and her company Wyman Plumbing last year before we moved from out of area into our new home. After noticing that most of our shut off valves were frozen, had no handles anymore or were flat out scary looking, I decided to have Wyman come out sooner than planned and do all shut off valves and supply lines. Their plumber Daquon pointed out that the main shutoff valve into the house was beyond old and probably shouldn't be touched, we replaced that one too. Wyman's prices are fair, they use quality parts, and their plumbers are friendly, and you can tell they know their stuff. I've used a ton or plumbers in different homes over the years, Wyman Plumbing is tops for us. Don't hesitate to call them.

I contacted Wyman Plumbing to get an estimate on replacing gas lines that had corroded and were leaking gas. Felicia, the Wyman representative, informed me there would be a 65.00 charge to provide an estimate...what??? I contacted a number of other plumbing companies that provided a free estimate. Considering Wyman's high customer satisfaction rating, I am guessing charging for estimates is a way of keeping their workload at a more comfortable level. If you read the From this business section here on Yelp, Wyman Plumbing states they provide a FREE estimate, I guess that applies to estimates that do not require Wyman Plumbing to drive to the prospective customer's location or invest time to make the estimate.

I have used WPM to replace two hot heaters in homes that I have lived in. Most recently, Eric was my technician, and I was very pleased with his work and the replacement process. I will continue to use and recommend WPM to those who need plumbing services to maintain their homes.

Although I couldn't use them at this point their follow up with with my concerns was great...I was suggested several good options to try first but if the quality of their work matches their help to a non- customer I'm betting they are a great choice.
I had a follow up visit from Wyman Plumbing last week after a not so great experience the week before. I really appreciated that they took they time to follow up with me after my first experience and ask how they could fix the problem. Both Doug (owner) and Tamra came out to replace filters in my RO system and check the work that was previously done. They were both friendly and professional.
Most companies wouldn't even take the time to follow up much less correct a problem. I will definitely refer Wyman Plumbing to others and will use them again.
Wyman plumbing recently replaced our disposal for us. Their office staff was a pleasure to deal with and the technician , Jason was very efficient and prompt and did a great job. They will definitely be our go to plumber in the future.

For liability purposes, I called to have a gas line hooked up to the dryer in my home. Nikki scheduled for a licensed plumber to come out for the job. She is very thorough and had communicated with me every step of the way.
Skyler and Eric arrived at my home promptly and completed the job and while the work was very simple, the little things are the big things for me. Skyler and Eric were both professional, personable, and friendly. They even installed the hoses from my washer to the waterline without me asking.
I highly recommend Wyman and will only look to them for any other future work in my home.

I did not get the chance to see their work, the plumber did not know how to install a new toilet so i hired another company and they did the job.
I do want to say the the owner was very pleasant to deal with and after charging me a service charge, i called and she did accept to refund the charge after verification that the toilet was installed.

I called Wyman's on a Friday night for a leaky kitchen sink and they came out the following morning. Doug was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue right away, was honest and did not charge astronomical fees. Will definitely be using them again and referring friends to them for plumbing issues! Thank you again!!

We have used Wyman for several jobs at our home. They were very informative, polite on time and did the job as described. We got several quotes and Wyman had the best deal. I highly recommend.
Ethan from Wyman Plumbing explained the issue I was having with my water heater. His explanations were clear and concise.

Wyman plumbing is our go-to plumber from here on out! They showed up on time, fixed all our problems masterfully and was polite and explained his work. It's a nice surprise to have an enjoyable contractor experience any more.
Great communication and fairly priced.
I was looking for a plumber to fix a leaking shower head and clogged sink drain. I sent some quote requests through Yelp and got a few responses back. Some of them were outrageous, but I thought Wyman's seemed fair. They also gave me some price ranges based on the outcomes (luckily, it ended up being on the low end of both).
Communication was easy. They texted me to confirm the appointment and when they were on the way. Doug was very good at talking me through the issues and wore shoe covers to avoid tracking dirt into the house. Payment was easy too as I could pay with cash, credit, or check. Overall, it was a good experience and I would use them again for big or small jobs.
Called for service on my LG ice maker.
They were able to come out next day.
Robert the technician was on time, courteous, professional and respectful of property. Ice maker was bad. They had one on the truck was able to fix same day . Very pleased. 4 days later I call back now frig and freezer not staying cold. Robert comes out again next day. Robert goes out of his way to read the paperwork I received earlier from LG about a bad compressor . He makes the extra effort to check to see if it's working.. it's not. Luckily he points out it's still under warranty with LG.

My dryer stopped getting hot yesterday. I called them this morning to see if anyone could come..not expecting it to happen today or tomorrow. They were at my house in less than an hour and my dryer was repaired so quickly! Turns out we had a small fire inside the dryer. This made my momma heart stop at the thought of nearly having a fire in my home. I didn't realize how important it is to have your dryer and vent cleaned...I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Great customer service and fair priced bid. Easily communicated what I needed done and I was scheduled with updates sent right to my phone and email. The repair took a bit longer than expected but was handled and the bathtub works like new again!
Excellent service! Came out same day for an estimate. Completed the work a couple days later. Reasonable pricing for work completed. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. We won't use another plumbing service ever again. These folks are amazing!
