My parents are getting a lost ready to build a home on and I reached out to Millwell excavation and they were able to help tremendously! Once getting started they ran into Caliche & that made the job twice as hard but nonetheless they worked two long days to insure they still got this done for my parents! They gave such a reasonable price on top of the services they provided for my parents. I will continue to use millwell and recommend them!

If there is such a thing as Karma, Raul--with Rooter Ranger--will be leading a charmed life. Suddenly we were without hot water. Raul helped us find out if our warranty was still good (which it was) and then made three visits, including a Saturday, to locate the elusive problem. He was able to locate the problem as an electrical one. Because it was not a plumbing problem, he said it was no charge! You heard right--no charge. You can bet that we will be taking all our future plumbing problems to him and recommending him to all our friends. Thank you, Raul for your honesty and expertise!!!!

There's not too many plumbers who will come out the same day and finish the job with professionalism and quality of work. No job is too small for them and they care for your home as if it was their own. Great pricing   and knowledgeable for the work, even followed up to ensure work is satisfying after completion.

We had an issue with tenants that were complaining that water was backing up into the shower consistently, we called Option 1 and they were there that day, had all of the tech to diagnose the issue and had the problem fixed that same day. They were professional, fast and reasonable with the price. They're plugged in the phone as the only plumber I'd call!

We used these guys this week to replace are shut valve for the washing machine and the service was outstanding. We will use them again for any plumbing repairs. I reached out Tuesday(7/25/23) and they were here within hours to see what was going on and gave me a quote. The price was very reasonable, the communication was there and the work was performed on time. Will is the gentleman I worked with during the process and he was very professional and patient. We had some hick- ups on are end and had to reschedule. He was understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. I'd recommend them to family and friends!

Although it turned out that American Plumbing and Rooter cannot service my area, the owner was so kind to offer some advice and helpful suggestions as well as referring us to another company who services our area! Another outstanding experience with Rooter Ranger.  I called on a Sunday morning, expecting to wait for service until Monday at the earliest.  The receptionist was super friendly and had a technician in touch with me within one hour.  We were lucky to get Cody (who worked on an earlier project at our house) -- he was friendly, professional and totally clear about what work was required.  He also jumped in to help us resolve an issue we had with our sink.  The work got done quickly and much more easily than I expected.  Thanks RR for the great service!

I've used Don Jones a number of times and now feel like I've got a go-to plumber. When you need a plumber, you usually need him real soon. Once on a Saturday when the boys were both busy, Don jumped in the truck and came on over. Glad to have found them.

I was referred to them by my friend and I had a fantastic experience. We had just moved into our new place and within a couple hours we noticed some water pooling on the backside of our kitchen, which we discovered was a leak under the sink. I called Phoenix Plumbing & Drain Services and they added us to their schedule that day. Their technician came out within a few ours and quickly identified that the garbage disposal and an additional pip were leaking. He fixed both items within an hour and a half and we have had no problems since. They helped us save from having a larger flood and they charged a very reasonable price for the work. I would definitely use and recommend them in the future.

Used to have good luck with these guys, but their scheduling people are idiots. They either will have a dead line when they call you, or they will not leave a message if your out and never call back.

Did this twice to me on different days. Got another plumber who did a fantastic job.

Jason cane to repair my toilet and shower. He was so nice and thorough. He explained what needed to be done, gave me an estimate and even mentioned a couple small things to keep an eye on. He had things fixed and left my bathroom, where he worked, even cleaner than when he arrived! The price was fair, he was on time and on estimate. I highly recommend Pink Plumbing!

J Monday is the an absolute Ninja of pluming and cooling...if you want it done right call them! Quick , fast and professional.

I had both a air conditioning and water heater replaced. They responded quickly and got the job because others were slow to respond or too busy. They are very nice people. The cost of the products and labor were very high. I looked up the exact air conditioner and water heater then looked at the average install costs. They were not on the high end but the very, very high end. They take extra care to be polite and helpful but it will cost.

...well that was interesting....plumber showed up, this company I've used several times now, and he immediately starts with the might as well replace the entire tank for $1200 bucks. It's 11 years old.That's about how long they last...I say yeah but it still makes plenty of hot water for me...he say yeah but this is applying a patch to a unit that is probably full of calcium and going out soon blah blah blah...again with the not so soft sell of a brand new unit. After going back and forth, I firmly let him know just replace that valve for now...How much is it? $289....I ask how much was parts and how much was labor..He showed me on his screen it was just the total price, 285 or 289. I said do it..I then watched him get a monkey wrench, undo the old release valve, put some pipe dope on the new one, screw it in..That was it. I check on Amazon later and saw that valve runs about 15-20 bucks...took him about 2 minutes as he had to put that sealant of the new threads of the one going in....Called a highly Yelp rated competitor afterwards...They said they do it for $160. YouTube videos basically showed I could have done it myself and saved all that money for more tequila and tacos...feeling kinda stupid right now...I'm not trying to get anyone to do work for free. There's their time, experience, overhead, markup, etc...but over $200 for that job was not nice...and he didn't even bother to close the overflow pipe loop that wasn't done when the unit was installed...see picture below. I'd think for north of $250 for a 2 minute job, he could've at least fixed that up for me...think I'll be dealing with that equally highly rated competitor from right here in Tempe from now on.

ps.Leap Day 2020-Owner of company has been trying to call me. We spoke today. He was very sincere in his apology that I should not have been treated this way and made offers to make it right. I accepted. We talk about how important creating 'raving fans' for both of our businesses is. He's committed to using what happened here with me in a staff meeting to educated his folks out in the field about how he's wants customers treated at all time. This was not inline with how he runs his business. I believe him.

Very pleased with this company . Had a difficult issue that even another plumbing company just could t clear. They came out promptly and Jen's, Jordon and Randy were amazing. Thanks for fixing a 10 year old problem that I had no idea existed.

Chris Ball did a great job on our 2 toilets! Came out same day on a holiday and no extra charge. Very fair rates for their services completed. Best part is they did a scope with a camera of our plumbing so we could see for ourselves what was going on. Didn't try to upsell us and actually said we didn't need new equipment as the previous plumber claimed. Will definitely use again!
