My parents are getting a lost ready to build a home on and I reached out to Millwell excavation and they were able to help tremendously! Once getting started they ran into Caliche & that made the job twice as hard but nonetheless they worked two long days to insure they still got this done for my parents! They gave such a reasonable price on top of the services they provided for my parents. I will continue to use millwell and recommend them!

Had a plugged tub drain at a rental property that I own. I couldn't come myself so I called Rooter Ranger. Wow. They went promptly, solved the problem within a few minutes, all for a very reasonable price. I would stro recommend this company.

There's not too many plumbers who will come out the same day and finish the job with professionalism and quality of work. No job is too small for them and they care for your home as if it was their own. Great pricing   and knowledgeable for the work, even followed up to ensure work is satisfying after completion.

We used these guys this week to replace are shut valve for the washing machine and the service was outstanding. We will use them again for any plumbing repairs. I reached out Tuesday(7/25/23) and they were here within hours to see what was going on and gave me a quote. The price was very reasonable, the communication was there and the work was performed on time. Will is the gentleman I worked with during the process and he was very professional and patient. We had some hick- ups on are end and had to reschedule. He was understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. I'd recommend them to family and friends!

Knew exactly what to do in the middle of a challenge of installation of a very large garbage disposal that is non traditional installation. Great attitude. Job completed 150% satisfaction.

I had a routine tune-up performed on my three units by Frank Mata.  He was very informative about my systems and their performance.  I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of like I have with most service/repair man that I have hired in the past. Frank suggested an upgrade to our system, but didn't push us to buy anything or tell us we HAVE to have this upgrade for our system to work properly, like many do.  Frank was very friendly and easy to talk with through the process.  I have used Reddi Services in the past for plumbing and was equally impressed with their employees and service.  I think I found my new AC/Plumbing company! :)

Pretty pricey - had some under sink valves replaced. Pretty expensive for the work they did.  I had a question about plumbing for a whole house water system, they just wanted to sell me a commercial $5000 system instead, that had pretty bad reviews.

These guys are great! Quick response and great customer service. They extended our gas line to our fire pit in our backyard and installed the fire ring. Double checked/tested everything. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service on my water heater.  Needed a flush and anode rod - I was just too busy to get to it myself.  Same day, reasonable price, thorough, clean, and trustworthy.  Pretty much everything you would want in a service company.  Thank you!

Updating my review after receiving a follow-up letter from a Wayne Decker from PlumbSmart.  

Wayne read about our experience with the company and wrote to express his apologies along with a $260 check to make up for the extra expenses I described in my previous review.  He also enclosed a $25 gift card to Outback Steakhouse.  

I was pleasantly shocked and surprised by the act of kindness on the part of the company.  I am impressed that our poor experience was not only noticed, but also that the company made an effort to reach out to us and try to improve our experience.  

My feelings about using this company again have certainly changed. I would be willing to use this company again now that I can see that the company is a bit more honest and fair than I previously experienced. :-)

Horrible service!! We had family friends over to help us deal with our water heater leaking and we were ALL counting on Roto Rooter to come help. They drove here only to help us out, and it is a 35 min drive for them to come to our place!
Called at 10 AM to get a quote. The lady, Samantha, who answered the phone asked for a good phone number to call and I gave her my number. She screwed up my phone number and then told me a technician would text me and be here between 2-6. Perfect, we can wait.
It's around 3 or 4, and I never received a text or a phone call. I call again, and the person who picked up found out that my phone number was put in incorrectly which is why I never got a text. I understand mistakes happen, so I say it's okay. He tells me that because they are very backed up, I should expect a technician between 4-8 and I will receive a text from them. I say okay, we can wait.
I get a call at around 6, but there is no voicemail and it was a different number than what I had been calling. Plus, I was expecting a text, not a phone call! If I should be expecting a phone call, please tell me so I can answer strange numbers!
I call at around 7, asking if I can expect a technician within the next hour. The person who picked up told me that somebody tried to reach me at around 6, and that they should've left a voice mail. Well that's funny, cause they didn't leave one! The person then tells me to wait for somebody, and I ask if I should call the phone number who had called me and he tells me I don't have to.
Despite this phone call, I call the number that had called me earlier. The guy who answered the phone talked to the technician and told me that I should expect a call within the hour since the technician is finishing up on somebody and we are next. He told me that I can definitely expect somebody to come tonight. It's around 7:15 PM now. Our family friends are still here, waiting for a technician to come.
Well, it is currently 9:20, with no phone call or any updates about anything. Our family friends wasted 10 hours at our house, waiting for this company to help us. They ended up leaving at around 9, driving 35 min back home empty-handed.
This company is a complete waste of time and has HORRIBLE communication skills. I've been tossed around and every single person I've spoken to has told me a different thing. Nobody in this company knows what's even going on. I wasted my only day off from work waiting for somebody to come help us out and being led on with empty promises. And not to mention, I was supposed to use this day to go take care of a loved one but instead I cancelled it because I thought I would be able to get my water heater dealt with! This is absolutely atrocious and extremely disappointing. Shame on this company.

Alfredo Ramirez is the best, he went above and beyond! He helped get our water back on so quick and was so nice and helpful. Best customer service ever! Will definitely be a return customer!
