There's not too many plumbers who will come out the same day and finish the job with professionalism and quality of work. No job is too small for them and they care for your home as if it was their own. Great pricing   and knowledgeable for the work, even followed up to ensure work is satisfying after completion.

Had a difficult drain clog in old pipes. These guys made things right quickly and professionally, at a fair price.

We used these guys this week to replace are shut valve for the washing machine and the service was outstanding. We will use them again for any plumbing repairs. I reached out Tuesday(7/25/23) and they were here within hours to see what was going on and gave me a quote. The price was very reasonable, the communication was there and the work was performed on time. Will is the gentleman I worked with during the process and he was very professional and patient. I had been having a problem with my plumbing for a few months.  I had a strange sewer smell that would come and go from under my kitchen sink.  I couldn't quite pin point where or when I would smell it so I decided to call Phoenix Plumbing and Drain Service.  Joe was able to come out and check out my issue within a few days.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly!  Not only that but he was able to answer a lot of my questions about other plumbing and drain related things around my house.  For instance, he told me that he was able to service my water softener and RO system.  He also let me know ways to keep them working efficiently.  I was so impressed with Joe's professional nature and wealth of information.  He was very kind and got the job done quickly and efficiently.  The price was reasonable and affordable and I highly recommend to anyone who has plumbing or drain issues.  You can't go wrong with Phoenix Plumbing and Drain.  Thanks Joe!

Prior to our service, a text confirmation was sent with the name and picture of the technician and he was at our house within an hour. Needed a Plumber for a slow draining shower and was recommenced I call Chris at Pink Plumbing.  Tremendous guy, and had a technician to my house to fix the problem in less than an hour!  That has never happened before.  The technician Jason, was very knowledgable and fixed the slow drain quickly and efficiently.  Highly recommend and don't call anybody else!

I hired Penguin to come and service my three air conditioners.  Matthew was the person they sent.  I got a call (after putting in request on the web) and after I got an email with the time he should be arriving.  Matt also called me so I could let him into my building.  I also got a message when Matt was soon arriving telling me who was arriving, his picture and a short profile.  It was great to know and see who would be arriving.  Matt did a great job of looking and servicing my three air conditioners which had never been serviced since it was installed.  He went over everything about the a/c's and I agreed that they needed to be fixed up the way he described.  The next morning he was over and did all the updates that were necessary for these a/c's.  Matt was very personable and friendly and very knowledgeable.  Thank you Penguin for having such great people in your business!!!

I've used Qualtire in the last 20 years for everything from very small plumbing fixes to complete bathroom remodels. Never received anything but impeccable service. This week my 80 year old house needed a little piping repair. Well, it's that holiday week between Christmas and New Year's. Wasn't sure what would happen. A couple of hours later, the Owner (Dennis) showed up. Not to quote me...to do the work! I'm impressed! That's why I use this company exclusively on my household work. They do it all.

We had an annoying situation, and had to live with all of our water being off.  In the morning, we called the Plumbing Medic, and a very polite dispatcher said that they would send someone out in 60-90 minutes.  Well, 45 minutes later, Francisco came out.  He was dressed in a uniform, put covers on his feet so he wouldn't scratch our floor, was polite and patient, and extremely patient.  And most of all, he quickly solved our problem, and then took a look at a few other issues that we had around the house.

If all businesses were run like Plumbing Medic, and all service people were like Francisco, the world would be a better place.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

I woke up last night to a hot house, and my AC was blowing hot air. Called a few AC companies and could not get an appointment scheduled for today. Then I called plumbSmart and they scheduled me for an appointment that day, although it was from 3 p.m. to 5pm At 4:50 they called me and explained to me that the technician was running a little late. That was not a problem I just needed my AC fixed. The technician showed up about 45 minutes late. He came in the house and check the filter and check the thermostat and went out to the unit and opened it up and corrected the problem. The price was reasonable for the problem that I had. I would recommend this company and I will use PlumbSmart again.

Roto-Rooter saved the day! We had a house full of teens staying with us for a few days and on the last day we had raw sewage backing up into the front yard, out of the access pipes. I called to have someone come out first thing Monday morning. Mason got to our house around 8:20 and had it fixed by about 9! He snaked our drain, did a free camera inspection, and fixed our clog! We had two big rocks stuck in our pipe that he had to really work to get out, how they got in there, we do not know. He even helped us fix the seal for the access pipe! Thank you, Mason!!

About 11 months ago, we spent a great deal of money to have our drain line jetted to clear an obstruction. At that time, we were advised that within a year, the company would return and camera inspect the line at no charge to make sure all was still OK.
We scheduled a visit for 02.16.2021 between 2pm & 4Pm. At 3:55pm, we received a call stating that they were short handed and would not be coming. After complaining that they had just wasted 2 hours of our time, they agreed as a courtesy to send someone the next day (02.17.2021) between 2pm & 4pm.
At 4:00pm (again after waiting 2 additional hours), the technicians stated they did not have the camera equipment and could only clear a clogged line. They left after about 3 minutes. I explained we did not currently have a clog, but were advised they would camera the line to insure all was OK. After speaking to customer service, I was told I did not tell them what equipment they needed to bring! I do not recommend this company to anyone expecting decent customer service.
