Alex arrived exactly on time as he did when he installed my water heater several months ago! This time I wanted an RO system and he thankfully helped me pick the proper unit! The install was fast and simple. He cleans up which is greatly appreciated and always wears a mask, so important at this time !! Thanks for a job well done!!

Prompt, professional and effective.  It was a critical situation of trying to get a house ready for sale and Tye Thomas handled the situation the same day.   Great job.  He is now my go to person for electrical repairs.  He also does some Handyman work as well.

My whole house water filter started leaking. I called one guy who told me he was booked way out, but  recommended James of Blue Eye Plumbing - lucky me. James knew exactly what the problem was and went right to work fixing it. He then found a smaller leak that I would not have caught until it was a serious problem. There was a bad O-ring and he just happened to have the exact same one in his van.
James got everything back to working order, cleaned the work area, and made a final inspection - looked fine.
I will definitely use them again - highly recommended.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! I will be recommending them to family & friends if anyone ever has plumbing issues!!! Thank you Sandra, Eugenio & Felix. I appreciate you all! Happy Easter!!!

These guys are great!  My water heater was leaking all throughout my garage. Ally answered my call and got a tech, MIKE, who was at my home in less than ten minutes.  When he arrived he was so professional, kind and informative.  He showed us what was wrong, explained our warranty coverage.  He got the tools he needed and was done in under an hour and we upgraded our unit.  Just wonderful.  Thank you guys so much! He replaced the damaged parts and my unit looks like new.  Can't go wrong here.  I sent their info to our community so that they can add them as a contact for senior residents who need a plumbing referral.

They are a full solutions company!  Charity and Rigo are experts in their field and can find a way to do things that you have been told are not possible.  If they can't find a way, there is no way.  They are honest, minority owned, reasonably priced and thorough!  Pls, do NOT hesitate to call them with your plumbing needs.  We had a tankless water system put in and it works great.  We are doing a whole house system with them soon.  They also are completely committed to the community and involved in so many things for the greater good of the Laveen/South Phoenix area.  I cannot say enough good things about them.  Thanks, Charity and Rigo.  See you soon!

I actually used their service back in May but just getting around to writing the review. I had a Washer delivered from Spencer's and the people installing it had broken a water valve. I had to scramble and find someone that is able to fix it ASAP so that water in the house can be turned back on, and also so the people can finish installing the Washer. Waterex was able to come by within an hour of me calling ( I apologize I can't remember the name of the guy since it has been 3 months) and replaced it promptly. He went to Home Depot to get the replacement part, then installed it and made sure everything was working correctly. The whole process probably took less than 2 hours. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

They came the same day I called to replace my water heater and had the heater on their truck. They were professional, helpful, and explained all the pricing.

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

I rarely feel compelled to write reviews, but I feel that others should know great Mike was. I live in a 1950's home where things are always falling apart. He helped me on a variety of projects including installing a new water heater, patching up walls, fixing my front door, balancing fans, and installing new locks on my front door. He did all these projects with great care and efficiency. I was impressed with how each project came out and how knowledgeable he was. He saved me money by fixing items I thought I would need to replace (like my front porch light fixture). And it's nice to find someone with a positive attitude and a sense of humor. Definitely having Mike come back.

Ok so I think they are pricy, but after calling a couple of other options, these guys had to come back and fix the other more affordable companies jobs so, they are good! And very kind. They had to come out 3 times in one week!

Nick came out to install a new faucet. While he was here he was able to fix a few more things we were having issues with! Nick was kind, courteous, and professional! We will always request Nick!

Just had them come out to investigate a weird smell coming through our AC. Mike M. made it out first thing the next day. Very kind, professional, quick, and a clear expert. He was able to diagnose the issue and solve it within minutes. He also recommended some maintenance on our older unit that I wouldn't have known about had he not gone the extra mile to do a full systems check will up there. The office was easy to contact and professional. Will absolutely be using this company again for all HVAC related issues at our home!

Used this company through home warranty. It took nearly three weeks to replace a water heater - they canceled multiple times and pushed back weeks+. Ended up not finishing the job, and I hired someone else to finish it.

They also constantly tried to refer their friends for other work.

Stay away.

Can you say fast service!! I called them at 6am for a leaking water heater, a small drip and not an emergency. They were at the house in Tempe by 9am with a new water heater ready to install. All work was complete by 11 and my troubles were over. Very personable and friendly. The area around the water heater was as clean if not cleaner when work was complete. The price was $200 less than the big name plumbers charge ( G Brazil). I very Highly recommend Above and Beyond!!
