Triple Play Home Services was established in 2009 after many combined years of HVAC experience and customer service drew us to a more honest way of wanting to conduct business.

After serving his country in the U.S.C.G Mike decided to enter the HVAC World and began his career in California in the Union where he gained a worlds worth of knowledge from Commercial, Large Refrigeration to Residential work of all sorts. After we moved to Oklahoma in 2007 Mike worked for a local HVAC Company as their lead Service Manager and sadly as the owner's health declined and they closed, Mike was ready to start on his own! In 2009 he created Triple Play Home Services with his Wife Stacy and together they built a business based on their Christian Faith values of God first, treating people as they would themselves and being actively involved in their community to improve the lives of others. Our team works together to achieve team set goals that they take seriously to hold themselves and each other to, Accountability, Honestly, Teamwork, Excellent Craftsmanship and Community Involvement.

Just moved back to OKC was looking for a new relationship for taking care of my HVAC system.  I called based on their reivews!!! Austin came out to take care of the maintence I have to say what a wealth of knowledge.  He took the time to edcuation me on how the system worked and what would help with my ever existing allergies.  I ended up having my ducts cleaned by two of the Josh's.  Great very professional guys came in took care of business.  I truly enjoyed dealing with Triple Play Homes Services.  I bought a membership package so this will be a long term relations.  Thanks again for the quick attention.

We called up Triple Play for a Tenant's place in SW OKC. The heater would not get hot and will shut off.. It was a frigid day with temperatures in the 20s. The tenant had to leave but the technician said that he could do everything from the garage. The technician never entered the house. They were able to send someone that day to check, so that is a pro, hence the 2 star vs 1 star review.

The quotes were provided for multiple options ranging from a few hundred dollars to $3000. It was very confusing as each quote seemed to indicate different parts added on that needed to be replaced, like one has the gas valve controller ($389 + $849= $1338), universal inducer fan( $775), pressure switch ($338)  . The issue seemed to stem from an apparent failure of the control board?) Of course there was no guarantee or warranty on this and there was a push to replace the entire system. The last option was a whole new furnace at $5000.

There is a $99.95 service call. On their website it states $0 Service Call.

I was able to swing by later, plug in the furnace and do a quick scan and saw that the air flow filter in the garage was filthy and the return air filters inside the house needed to be changed. Everything else looked clean and in great working order.

As a temporary measure, I cleaned a couple of the filters and lo and behold, the house started to warm back up without cutting off. It has been a couple of days without the issue arising, so am not able to replicate the issue.

I am not sure if this is their normal practice or if this is incompetence/ignorance of the technician who came out. Nonetheless, I will NOT recommend this company, unless you are desperate and have a few thousand dollars laying around to blow.

Blaine came out and put in a backflow valve for a sprinkler system and did a great job. He even cut the sheetrock in a way to make it super easy for me to patch back up! It was originally scheduled to be done yesterday, but the previous job ran over, which is fine because Vesper and the Triple Play team were very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. Great experience, professional and courteous team, and got the job done quickly & efficiently. Definitely recommended!

Called to look at a potential gas leak issue exposed via a pressure test another vendor did.

They didn't even arrive with the equipment to reproduce the test, and all they ended up being able to do was spray some leak detector on the valve.

They charged $282 for that.
Another competitor with the actual tool was $170.

My girlfriend purchased a service agreement from Triple play and has had reasonably good service from them to this point.

Today, her heat went out.

The technician stated that she had a cracked heat exchanger and that he had readings of as much as 5 parts per million on the second floor of her home, which made little sense since she has Carbon Monoxide detectors.  He never stated why the unit stopped working.  He gave her a choice.  Spend 6200.00 on a new furnace, or spend 16000.00 on a new system as her AC was also old.

I asked the technician to put in writing his carbon monoxide findings and he said it would be on the quote, which he would email to her.  She never received a quote at all.

Another reputable heat and air company came out the same night and could not get a carbon monoxide reading whatsoever.  They stated that her unit was indeed original to the house and gave us a choice between replacing the furnace for 3200.00 or repairing the gas valve for 575.00.

I do not believe any HVAC company should work for free, but to charge a single nurse, mother of two 6200.00 to replace a furnace that Lowes sells for around 1200 dollars is unreasonable, opportunistic and not the way to treat anyone that you would want back as a repeat customer.

Triple Play will be hopefully refunding the service agreement they sold her, and they will not be on our list of companies that we will consider doing business with in the future.

Same as another reviewers post. Discrepancies in the service call rate. Online stated $79, when I called I was told $99. Also had a similar confusing conversation regarding their price packages. And unless I went with the higher package of $250 just to come out & diagnose they couldn't come out until Monday which would have been 3 days later in this 100 degree weather without AC.

I had my toilet back up on a Saturday so I called Triple Play and they were able to come fix my issue. They charged $160 to show up on a Saturday which I think is pretty much normal these days. I was out of town working so my wife was the only person home. The technician came out and charged an additional $450 to snake the drain from my clean out back to the house  which was probably 20-25 feet. They were able to resolve our issues and get the water flowing again, but I can't help but feel like I was taken advantage of when I was charged $610 to have my drain snaked.

When the cold snap hit, Triple Play Home Services came through.  Our waterline started leaking and within 24 hours Arthur, the plumber, had us up and running.  He showed up around 7pm and didn't leave until we had running water.  He even came back on a second call and  removed debris from our faucet and showers lines.  A real professional and nice too.  Nothing but praise from this customer.

Woke up on a cold January morning with no heat.  Called our usual heat/air/plumbing company.  They came out and told us they think they know what the problem is, but the replacement part is on backorder till February.

Asked what our other options are.  They said replace the entire HVAC system.  This is something we were not planning on doing this year.

We were also told our current HVAC system is too small for the house (2,000 sq ft with a 3.5-ton unit).  It was suggested to go to at least a 4-ton HVAC system.  Knowing this could cost A LOT of money and we weren't completely sure what we were told is correct. So, we decided to get a second opinion.

We did a Google and Yelp search of the Top Heat & Air companies for our particular area and Triple Play Home Services came first on both lists.  We took a quick gander at their website and then decided to contact them through their Contact Us link on their website and gave a brief description of our problem.  Less than 5 minutes went by, and Naomi called to follow up.

Naomi was patient and so very kind on the phone as we explained our problem.  She sent her Technician, Ethan J. out to help diagnose our issues.  Ethan was prompt, polite, and professional.  We explained what our problem was and what we had been told by the original company we had out earlier that day.  Ethan did a much more thorough job of reviewing our current system.  He felt pretty certain he knew what the problem was, but there was a high/low voltage issue, and he didn't want to risk going any further without a supervisor present.  He said he could get the part the next day (when our original company said it would be on backorder till February).  During his in-depth evaluation of our system, he did note that the current HVAC system was too small for our size house and suggested at least a 4-ton unit.  Additionally, he pointed out that we really didn't have that much insulation and explained insulation for our part of Oklahoma is around 16 - 18 inches.  

Knowing we had some tough decisions to make we asked Ethan and our original heat/air/plumbing company for quotes/estimates for an entire HVAC system replacement.  We got 6 quotes with 4 of the systems coming from Triple Play.  The prices ranged from $10,000 - $17,000.  Based on the quotes and information, we selected the one that best suited our needs.

Before completely committing to this rather expensive endeavor, we contacted Ethan with about a dozen more questions.  Ethan called us within a few hours of us emailing him and provided us with comprehensive answers to each question.  

We also found out that Triple Play does blown-in insulation installation (and our original heat/air/plumbing company does not).  We did research online to help determine what might be a ballpark idea on cost.  Triple Play's estimate came in at a very reasonable price.  

The decision was made...we're going with Triple Play Home Services for both the HVAC and insulation installation.

We scheduled our installation and Installers Austin F & Brycen B came to our home.  Just like Ethan, they were prompt, polite, professional, and knowledgeable.  Installation of the HVAC and insulation took the entire day, but those guys did an amazing job!  They tested our system thoroughly when they finished and left our house inside and out spotless!  

As a final evaluation, they had a supervisor, Hector, come out and do a quality control check and make sure everything was running smoothly.  Hector, Brycen, & Austin also asked if we had any questions and even asked what we wanted our thermostat set at before they left.  

One final note, Ethan followed up at the end of the day to see if everything went fine.  

Never have we experienced such VIP customer service.  If you ever need a HVAC system replacement, we recommend you go with Triple Play Home Services because they are professional, courteous, and put their customers best interest at heart.

Came out the day I called. Gave us a text with a tracking app to let us know how close they are to our home. The service was provided by Brett. He is highly  professional and friendly. Found the leak below the foundation and gave us several options with prices to fix the problem. Other companies I talked to wanted to send out a separate company to find the leak. (Runs around $275)  it would have taken multiple days to get our problem solved. We will be using this company and requesting Brett for all our needs.

I have shower back up...I call HVAC after using another company that wants to rip me off, because they can't find the outlet drain in the flower bed due to landscaping.  Brett shows up in less than 2 hours...diggs around for 10 minutes till he finds the outlet drain, snakes the system, does an excellent job, and has my plumbing operational again!  So grateful for the excellent customer service from the dispatcher, Ashley, and the initiative of the Plummer for a timely and minimum cost repair!   Also, I loved the text I got prior to the Plummer arriving with his photo, tracker and experience to ensure this 62 year old disabled veteran let the right person into my home!  You guys are the BEST!!

The tech was a nice gentleman, but he was not well trained.  I got so many quotes from this company on the way to fix my HVAC heater side and the requested work to do was overblown.  I had another company come out and replace my blower motor and re-wire a few things and for less than 500$ I am back up and running.  There is something wrong with the way this quoting was done.

We had our entire residential HVAC system replaced very recently. Just wanted to give a 5-star nod to Triple Play Home Services. Getting an HVAC system replaced is a rather financially intensive endeavor and not something a homeowner takes lightly. Before we made our final decision to go with Triple Play, we discussed which HVAC system would be best for us (they provided us with 4 estimates) and we also decided to add the proper amount of insulation that was recommended for our area. We're happy that Triple Play was able to provide the insulation as this kept us from having to research and hire another company.
Once we decided we were going have the entire system replaced, we went with Triple Play due to transparency in their pricing (no hidden costs/nor extra fees) and how thorough their associates were in answering our questions.
We dealt with several associates (we believe 8 people) from the company and each person was polite, professional, and courteous in every encounter. Never have we experienced such impeccable customer service from so many people from one company.
When the installation of the HVAC system was complete, the company set up the inspection with our City Inspector and we'd like to report the inspection passed with flying colors! Something we have never experienced is that Triple Play sent a supervisor out to our home to be there when the inspection took place to make sure there were no issues.
Needless to say this company's communication is excellent and their associates are top-notch people to deal with. If you ever need any heating or A/C work done, we recommend you contact Triple Play.

Unbelievable service.  Called them, they responded in 10 minutes as to a schedule to get to my home.  I called 7 other places today, only 2 even answered the phone.  One could not get there for a couple days, the other said they would call back in 5 minutes.  They called back over an hour later.

Mike happened to be right around the corner, so he made a quick stop to see what the issue was.  Low freon, he knocked it out quick.  They sent me a text when he was starting to my house, with a tracker app to see that they were on the way.

The responses were what set them apart, that I didn't wonder what was going to happen and when it may happen.  Quick and easy.  

Cannot recommend them enough.  Thanks again Mike!

We have had quite a bit of plumbing work done in the house and this is by far the best company we have used. Kenny was our technician and was masked and ready to go on time. The price was fair and no hidden fees were included. The quote we received two days prior was the price we paid. We really appreciated his knowledge and most of all the quality work! We will be using them exclusively from now on.

I called and left a message to schedule a service call. I actually wanted them to check the furnace, too. I never got a call back. I don't have much faith in an organization who says they'll call you back and doesn't for well over a week, regardless of their Yelp or BBB reviews.

They texted me and said they would out between 8 am and 6 pm.  Large enough window for an appointment. They  never showed or called or even texted that they weren't coming. Just no-showed me. Do not use this company!

Highest recommendation! Mike has taken excellent care of us over the past few years. He and his team have earned my trust -- and that is saying a lot. Great service, reasonable prices, just couldn't ask for better people to work with!
Also -- they not only text you when they are on the way and give you a real-time tracker, but you get a PHOTO of the person who will be showing up at your door. What a GREAT idea! Why doesn't everyone give this kind of customer-friendly service?

I had a great experience with this local company! I woke up freezing at 2:30am - my heater had stopped working during the night on a 28 degree evening. So I emailed before 5:30am when I actually got up for the day to get a head start on getting my heater repaired. I got an email back from the owner within 10min! Then when their offices actually opened, I got an appt all set up with Naomi. She was awesome & got it set up for that afternoon when I could come from my office. Hector was waiting on me when I arrived. He was so nice & polite & went right to work diagnosing the issue. He found it quickly, went to get the part & had it fixed in a flash! For an unpleasant situation, it all went so smoothly - they all were prompt, nice, & knowledgeable in their customer service. Plus I loved how well they communicated every step from their arrival time to completing the repair.

I had this company out to check my heater prior to the winter season. They did a great job and got me lined up for the cold weather. They arrived on time and did excellent work for a reasonable price. I will hire them again.

My current dealing with this company 2 times had been a breath of fresh air in comparison to the other several HVAC companies I've dealt with in last couple of years (I have an older unit).  They call you back immediately for an appt or questions., they send you an email prior to techs arrival with a photo of tech and info on him so you feel more comfortable., they send an email with an estimate before they work on your unit after diagnosis for you to approve, they then send me a invoice to my email and also a customer satisfaction survey.  Not to mention the very first time I've had a tech fix the real issue on my unit and explain the problems in terms I can understand.

I love that everything is documented via email and they are very professional all the way around.  I wish I had found them sooner. I could have saved money and many headaches.

We received great customer service, excellent response time and a very reasonable bill for service.  I could not be any happier with the services they provided.  We called over Memorial Day to report and issue.  They indicated they were fairly busy and would get to us around 5-6 pm that day.  They called back to say they could come assess the issue by 2:00pm.  They showed up and found it was a capacitor and the system was low on coolant.  They solved the issue in minutes and had my AC cooling in no time.  I was expecting to pay a fortune for same day service...especially over a holiday but the bill was far below my expectations for such good service.  I am sold on HVAC Solutions and will use them exclusively from now on.

We have been using HVAC for almost 2 yrs and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Mike is very knowledgeable. Jon does our 6 month checkups and he installed our new heating/ac systems. He answers all questions, very meticulous in his work, and knows what he is doing. They are quick to respond even by email and when we had issues they came as soon as they could.  I recommend them every chance I get.

For a second time, HVAC A provided excellent service in our crisis.  No heat during an Oklahoma Artic cold spell in January was a frustrating situation one Friday morning. I called the office, got an immediate call back and had two techs working on my system within the hour. It wasn't an easy diagnosis. Everything on the unit and the thermostat  checked and it was looking like a new motherboard might be possible...A $700.00 proposition before labor on our unit! Mike remembered something he noticed when inspecting our attic after the rebuild following the 2013 tornado. The exhaust had a  pretty severe 90 degree angle in 2 places (installed by the roofing company, but that's another review). On a hunch, he checked, and turned out enough water had collected in the exhaust to keep a relay sensor from functioning properly and that kept the unit from turning on. Nothing was actually wrong with our unit, it was the ducting in the attic! He went to the local hardware store, picked up supplies and replaced the ducting and it has worked perfectly ever since. Mike credited his hunch to a one time event when he learned the business that had been similar. Without his professional experience, ethics and knowledge, We could have easily have replaced a computer board and who knows what else, and still been cold! We are very happy with this company, their people, and their extraordinary service!

I've used HVAC Solutions for 6 years off and on. Very nice people. The secretary is nice and prompt returning phone calls. Mark shows up on time and i think there's a tech called Jason who explains everything well. As of today their BBB rating is A+. Bonded and insured. So, why the 2 star rating?
They've done a few things well in the past, but Im going to cut out alot of detail and get to the main issue. It all began when they misdiagnosed one of my AC 6 years ago. For the most part i think it was an honest mistake, and i believed their advice. Cost me $2k but they were nice and i thought they did a good job installing the $2k part. They didnt fix the problem and i had to hire an electrician that solved the real issue.
Recently that AC stop working, on the part they installed, so i called them again. The damaged part was a manufacture defect. They said it was out of warranty, there was a leak, and gave me advice that i should add Super Seal with Dye for $275 in addition to my $490 bill for other repairs. Their repair came with no grantee and the AC lost Freon in less than a week.
I would have been fine with their repair since i knew the AC had a leak, until i found out they never added Super Seal with Dye. Why do i know that? because i got a second advice from a different HVAC company.
The different HVAC company used ultraviolet light and showed me nothing was added. They also found the leak and fixed it. Pulled remaining A22 out and showed me again that no Dye and seal was added. Then I was told that the reason why my 6 years old unit is out of warranty is because HVAC solutions never sent in the warranty card. If they sent it in, then i would have received 10 years warranty.  
After this horrible experience. I am not 100% sure if HVAC solution lied or simply misdiagnosed my AC 6 years ago. But at least this time i am 100% sure they lied about the dye. Losing my warranty and spent $3k on HVAC solution is enough for me. No longer will I employ them.

Mike (the owner) came to do some repairs that we found during the home inspection prior to us buying our house. He was incredibly personable, very professional and very good at his job. He was honest with us, and tried to save us money whenever possible. We signed up for their biannual service plan which cost ~$159/unit. For that amount, we get spring and fall tune ups and 10% off any future repairs that we may need as long as we maintaing a subscription to the service agreement.  Mike answered all of our questions and was incredibly patient with me (as I know very little about HVAC systems). I have confidence that we'll have a good experience with HVAC Solutions in the future.

bought a groupon for service. they came in mis-read the readings shut the system down, then said it would be 4200.00 to fix. I called another company for a second opinion. They fix the furnace for 112.00. This company is not the most honest , call someone else.
