Baxter Electric, Heating & Air Conditioning

Devin, The guy that came tonight when our air was running so bad, was awesome!!! He was very professional and courteous. It was after hours and I know he had already had a long day. I felt bad, but he was really cool about it. I would recommend him to anyone that needs HVAC. He knew exactly what he was doing, and got our A/C fixed. He treated us great. I will ask for him next time we have issues. Thank you Baxter Air. Your the best.

Charged me $170.00 to do nothing but say to call AC repair, even though lightning strike blew fuses & circuits  throughout house.   Wouldn't even check the home circuitry.  Not sure what it is they actually do, but I'd avoid them.

THIS IS NOT BAXTERS ANYMORE  ITS A NEW COMPANY. If you want good work done quickly, when they finally get there, these are your people. However if you are like me and don't like the hassle of constantly changing dates and times, not communicating information properly, and then blaming you for their mistakes these people are not for you.  We had some electrical work done on a She Shed and they changed the job date 3 times WITH OUT TELLING US claiming that I had not given them a working phone number? Then the dispatcher says the electrician is supposed to call us and the electrician says the dispatcher is. BLAH BLAH BLAH! I had to reshuffle my schedule for an entire week and my poor pets had to be boarded at the spa ! Then the electrician says he's going to put one outlet outside and 2 inside. My mother said she wanted 4 inside but I said that was too many to just put 2. Apparently he got confused and just put 1 inside and 1 outside even though when he finished the work he told me there was 1 out side and 2 inside. Did I  mention that I  am BLIND. I told them this and they knew it and when I  called to talk about the incomplete work the dispatcher asked me if I had read the contract. Kinda wonder about the morals of this company.

The hours are incorrect on this site. They are only open M-F. They don't offer plumbing services anymore, that was discontinued a few months ago. I asked if I could get an estimate for an exhaust fan installation and was told that they would charge me $99.99 to give me an estimate and would deduct it if I used them. Not using them. However, the girl that answered my call was very pleasant.

We had Baxter replace a ceiling fan/light with a new light fixture. Apparently, it took two guys and they charged $300!!!!!!!!!!!! The fixture cost me $100, so $400 to replace a light.  Really??????????

Baxter Electric, Heating & Air Conditioning have always been prompt, courteous and professional.  They do quality work, and they are the only company we call for all our electrical needs.  We highly recommend their service to anyone seeking home improvements and maintenance.

We used Baxter for plumbing services.  Anthony was the guy that helped us.  He was great and professional.  Anthony was quick to diagnose our problem and fixed it in a very timely manner.  Highly recommend!
