When your AC dies in July, you need relief quickly. Enter Air Comfort Solutions to save the day. My husband called around 3 p.m. and was told we would be added to the waiting list. He was told that we would not be charged extra for an after hours visit, and someone would make it by our house that night.

A technician knocked on our door at 10 p.m. He took a look at our furnace and invited us to come inspect the outside unit with him. My engineer husband loved this and learned a lot about AC functionality and maintenance. Luckily it was a quick fix, and our ACS technician had our house cooling off within a few minutes.

When it came time to check out, we were presented with a larger bill than was quoted to my husband on the phone. He brought this up, and the lower quoted price factored in a coupon that the final bill did not factor in. Our tech allowed us to present the coupon (which can be found on the ACS website), and we paid the initial quoted cost. This could have been communicated better over the phone in the initial quote.

I am happy that ACS was able to send someone out the same evening we requested service, but a seven hour wait without fully functioning AC was a long time. I understand service is slower for evening requests, but 10 pm is pretty late for us. I wish this late time would have been fully communicated to us, and we could have stayed with family overnight and scheduled a time to fix the issue the next day.

Well here is a first. Let me explain;
So I'm staying with my daughter and son in law helping with my 3 week old 9th grand child. Our temps are in the 90's soon to be 100's and the AC stops working. They decide to get a window unit as they wait to get word on if and when Air Comfort Solutions can service them. When Kaitlin first called they could get someone out there that day but her landlord had to call and set it up.
So as of yesterday there hadn't been any return phone calls from ACS so Kaitlin called them back this am.
This is what she got told. Because they are renting they are not servicing rental properties due to the volume of calls and customers. Now mind you this is the largest AC company in Oklahoma they are on call 24 hours a day and this is what was communicated.

First and foremost why would anyone who rents their home have any  lesser need then a homeowner? That is so absurd and poor poor customer service!! A customer is a customer. Whether it is the landlord (owner) calling and scheduling or not.
Air Confort Solutions OK, bad decision to discriminate! Pass it on. People need to know this about them.

I knew I needed to have my sewer line routed and cleared of roots after having a camera run down the line. ACS was recommended so I made an appt for them to route the line. When their guy showed up, he immediately tried to scare me into installing a new line -- for $18,000.  When I rejected that idea, he told me it was going to cost abt $1,800 for him to clear it out. He never entertained the idea of just routing out the line, as I had requested.  I had to insist it was time for him to leave. Funny, it took about $200 to have  Ray's actually clean out the line. no problems since.

I had my ESA Spring AC tune-up this afternoon, Wednesday, May 24. I asked the service technician, Codie Philpott if he cleaned the coils (hosed down) the outside unit. He told me he had. I can hear when didn't the outside water is turned on and running. I asked him a second time and explain that I can hear when the outside faucet is turned on and running. Once again he assured me that he had used his own hose to clean the unit and that it was clean. After he left I checked and it was obvious that no water had been used to clean the unit. Additionally, the outside faucet still had the winterizing covering on it!

Codie was not truthful with me! I do not like being lied to!  I guess he thought I wouldn't or couldn't check since I'm on home oxygen. Also, he said he needed to check the condenser coils in the attic, but now I question whether he actually checked anything since he was here only a short time.  He did change the air filters inside.

I gave him a five star review before I check his work and now wish I had checked before leaving a review. I will note that Codie was professional and had a very pleasant demeanor.

I have been an ACS customer since 2009. I expected better service than this and I certainly do not appreciate your service technician outright lying to me. Please have a supervisor contact me to discuss this matter.

We had Kirk out last week he changed out our capacitor and got the unit to run. He also told us our unit had no refrigerant. We thought that was odd because the unit was working fine today before. After you told us a problem he was real pushy and eager to get a salesman out. Well I called another company for another opinion and found out that Kirk tied our thermostat wire together to energize our heat pump to run in heating and not cooling. Never have had bad service like this in past from Air Comfort Solutions. I will be talking with company's manager soon about the technician and what he did.

Been with air comfort for multiple years always had good service and good honest technicians. Had a tech named  Kirk out last week who told us are Compressor was out. Kirk sent Scooter over to give us a price on a new system but found it Strange he showed up 15 minutes later after Kirk. We took the estimate but called another company for a second opinion. The other company replaced are capacitor. Are unit has been running perfect since . Still waiting for Management to call us back before switching company's. Hope we can get issue resolved.

Had our regular semi-annual tune up today and Devin, our tech, said he smelled a faint gas odor in the furnace. He immediately notified his supervisor, Andrew, who came to our house within 45 minutes and diagnosed the problem as a leaking valve. He went back to Moore to get the needed part and had the whole thing fixed within another hour. Both Devin and Andrew were very professional and helpful to us old guys who really need our heat. We are on their ESA program, so there was no charge at all for the repair.
In my experience, these guys do what they say they will do, and do it right. They have never disappointed me, from initial sale through this latest service. Thanks!

They left me high and dry after the install. I am selling the house they installed a new system on last year, and in the inspection they found a rusted out, leaking plenum under the slab. Air Comfort did not make mention of this at any point. I ask them to put it over head in the attic but I was assured by Scooter (the salesman) that putting it upright like the old system was the best way to do it. Once I ask them for help, they said that they would throw in a free coil, which they would just be exchanging the coils and reusing the one they pulled off my system I'm sure, but it would cost another $7,000 to move it overhead. (Which I ask for in the first place.)

They did get one star because they were at least able to get out there and fix out system the next day. My wife was pregnant so that was a big help.

I wouldn't have used them because they were way over priced, but with supply chain issues and needing it done immediately I had no other choice then go with them.

I will never be using them again.

Well we had a hot water tank go out on us on Saturday. We call ACS and they said they could have a guy out on Sunday from 12-5 pm. We scheduled it and they showed up at 12. Great guys and they said the tank wasn't fixable. They gave us a estimate. The estimate was $3841!!!!! I was taken back on how expensive it was. We called a relative and her plumber would charge us $1900 and haul off the old one. Yes he is a licensed plumber. We had issues with ACS when we signed up for the service to two houses and they said they weee good and didn't need anything. A month later a part went out and it cost us over $150 and it needed AC Freon ? I called them and they gave me the two dollar talk around pitch. Sad to say they lost our business on my home and rental houses.

I don't leave reviews typically, but I feel I need to warn people about this company. This should be zero stars, but I'm required to give one. Our AC went out during June and we called Air Comfort Solutions and purchased a year long membership. The receptionist was helpful and made our appointment for Monday (it was Saturday). The first person came out, charged us $71 and said he fixed it. It cooled down for an evening and then got hot again the next day. Fine, problem was missed. We called a 2nd time, they came out the next day and told us our motor needed replaced. That was about $900, but I hoped it would be fixed. It wasn't. Got hot again in two days.

They came out a third time. House was getting to the mid 80s during the day. They put refrigerant in the system and left. And it stayed cool-ish for 3 days. That cost me about $300. Then, 80s again. We finally hired another company  to come out and they determined that there was a leak. They spent two hours finding it and are coming today to fix it. They told us that this was likely the issue all along and our motor didn't need replaced and the refrigerant that we paid for was just going to leak out.

So if you doing the math here, we spent almost $2k with Air Comfort Solutions and we still don't have a working air conditioner. We spent $200 to fix the actual problem.
