Darren and Chris from Lesco just left. Darren and Chris arrived early, put booties on before entering, and explained everything. They didn't mind me asking questions and were smiling the whole time! Very professional. The owner, Mike, is a great guy. He got back to my request within three minutes on a Sunday! Had his team out this morning by 8:50 am so I could get to work for the rest of the day. This is my plumbing place from now on. Thank you!

I had a leaky radiator and called a few local plumbers to get some help with the repair. I have a difficult work schedule that made a visit during normal business hours difficult, but Mike and the team at Lesco plumbing were happy to work with me to find a convenient time.  

These guys are EXACTLY what you hope for when you have a service team enter your home. Honest and easy to understand explanations, no pressure or fear tactics, and always considerate of your home (like cleaning up messes and wearing shoe covers).

I highly recommend Lesco plumbing. I've called them back for several issues now and they are always great. It's a great comfort having a plumber I can trust, and Lesco always delivers :)

Lesco is a great company and they have my endorsement. My only concern about them is that they charge roughly ~$150 to simply come out to the site; however, they are worth the money. I've had them come out to my house several times, both for emergency and non-emergency work and each time I've been impressed with their professionalism, price transparency, and quality of their work.

Like many of you, I was trolling Yelp to find a company that I could TRUST!

We have had ongoing issues with our sewer line and HVAC unit. We've obtain multiple quotes, inspections and so on, not just looking for a good company, but good pricing and more importantly a company of my choosing to spend my money. A company that not only has good intentions, but delivers superior customer service, professional strategic analysis  of your issue, coupled with the best equipment and personal to complete your project on time, on budget without you having to project manage the whole thing.

Long story short, Mike Lesco and team conducted a site visit for the sewer line while I was at work (in another state). Lesco used a camera to figure the problem; no speculation, no extra cost, simply I found your issues. FYI for this project we had two problems; not just the use of (the old school) Orange-berg piping which basically acted like a flower pot for tree roots, and it was also warped. I was told by another so-called reputable company - that the interior house floors would have to be torn up I order to fix the problem (my floors are heated), Not the case thou !!. As you may know, that could have cost me about $6k (say goodbye heated floors). Lesco  diagnosis saved me 50% of the so-called reputable company's quote.

Lesco quote for the replacement of our complete HVAC system was better than all the others, however, the company wasn't able to conduct financing at this time as they transition from one bank to another. Unfortunately, I only had 5 consecutive days to complete a laundry list of township inspections, repairs, property refresh including a new sewer line and HVAC system install.

But, Make No Mistake in knowing Lesco had Won the HVAC job- hands down and flat out, based on their reputation and actual work history with me.

We have used Lesco for a number of years for a number of different plumbing jobs. 5 stars doesn't do them justice. The customer service is top notch and the crews are courteous, professional and really know their stuff. Their pricing is great and they try to fix an issue, instead of trying to sell you a new product which other companies will sometimes do.

They are the only plumbers I trust and recommend.

I will try to keep this short.  We have been having an issue with our 2 year old boiler for months.  Had one Company come out 3 times (JMC Quality Air and Heating) and could not figure out the problem.  Enter Mike from Lesco Plumbing Heating and Cooling, NO LIE within 5 minutes he knew the boiler was cracked inside and leaking hence it not working.  This all happened on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving which I was hosting and already had not had heat 4 days! He provided a quote on site and I had no choice but had to replace the 2 year old boiler.  He went above and beyond to get to me on Wednesday morning IN A SNOWSTORM (the day before Thanksgiving), and he is taking care of returning the boiler to the manufacturer and seeing if I can get some $$ back on a warranty because it was cracked on the inside.  

He and his crew were not only professional but neat, pleasant and VERY polite and they also went above beyond to the point where they left and then Mike called one technician back to my house because the radiator wasn't working properly he came back and fixed it!

I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!  They are TOP NOTCH!!!!

I could not have been happier or had a better experience.  My old furnace finally kicked it Monday December 21st - few days before Christmas.  They had a technician out to me early Tuesday morning, and we confirmed that it needs to be replaced - no small ask with Christmas being three days away, and Covid getting in the middle of everything.  
But Lesco came through and was able to get a crew and the parts out to me the very next day - making sure we wouldnt spend xmas in a freezing house -  all the while wearing face masks, cleaning everything up after installation, and just being professional through and through.

We couldn't have been more pleased with Lesco. Last Fall, we had a mysterious leak in our bathroom that went through the floor, and we were concerned that it spelled disaster. But thankfully we found Lesco, and the problems were diagnosed and fixed expeditiously, and there is no more leak or any other problem.
From our first contact with the company in November 2020, everything went so smoothly. During the current pandemic, it's more important than ever to have clear communication; and that's what we got with Lesco. Ahead of our first appointment, we received a text messages with heads-up about the time of arrival and even a short biography of the plumber who would be coming to our home.  In our case, it was Chris, and he was fantastic! He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and he patiently answered all of our questions. We really appreciate his professionalism. Even when we had a few specific follow-up questions about the work that we emailed to Lesco, Chris prepared detailed and prompt responses to our questions; and moreover, Michael, the owner of Lesco also took the time to provide additional input.  Amazing!
We had such confidence in the diagnosis and repair of our leak that we asked Lesco/Chris to do a toilet bowl removal and installation too. All of the work was done well and efficiently. In addition, great care was taken to make sure masks and other COVID-19 protocols were followed. Lesco will be our plumbing and HVAC company from now on!

Incredibly fast and professional service!  Jonathan quickly resolved the problem and the cost was far less than I has anticipated!  I can't recommend Lesco highly enough.

Woke up to a leak in the guest room ceiling.. hours before we had to leave for a weekend trip. We called our normal guy & he wasn't available until 7pm, so we went to Yelp. The office rep was so professional & helpful, she gave a window of 1:30-4pm. We had to leave for our trip at 5pm so we wanted the earlier time but she said no promises because they had other jobs already for today. Angelo came at 1:38pm :) he took a look at the HVAC (in the attic which feels like a sauna today), and diagnosed the clogged pipe instantly. He fixed it in 7 minutes. I'm not lying, I timed it because I was on a phone call while he was in the attic. Not only did he do it fast, he also helped us fix a broken drain lever in the downstairs bathroom. Then, he patiently waited 6 minutes while my husband & I rushed to the bank to get cash to pay him. Much appreciation goes out to this company for being genuine good people! We are so relieved to be able to go on our trip in 2 hours & have comfort knowing our home is alright! Thanks again, Angelo!

Used Lesco a couple of times over the years with great results.  They came by the same day and are very professional and honest.  The last time, I had to get the final fix through insurance, but if not, Lesco would definitely be my go to.

Our experience with this company was completely unprofessional, and I want to warn people not to make the same mistake we did in waiting for a quote from them.

About 3 weeks ago, we had Kevin come out to a house we purchased to estimate the costs for installing AC. At this time, we informed him that we would be doing a renovation that would be starting the following week.

3 weeks go by, and we hear nothing about our estimate. My wife called about a week and a half ago and was told Kevin was out - there was no return call. Finally, I called and was told we would get an estimate the next day. When the next day comes, Kevin calls and tells us he cannot do the work because they are booked for the next three weeks. When they are ready, our renovation will be complete, and apparently he cannot do the work once that has happened. This is the first time he ever told us he needed to do the work while the renovation was proceeding.

When I asked why it took three weeks to hear back, he told us he was busy.

End result: We wasted three weeks waiting to hear back on a quote that never materialized. Had we known, we could have gone with another AC company and started work immediately.

Lesco had helped us with a small plumbing job and after the great experience, when we were having issues with our boiler, we decided to call Lesco again. Mike walked through the issues with my wife and explained that we needed a new boiler. He gave us estimates for two different boilers that were both very reasonable compared to other estimates we got so we decided to go with them. They did a great job with the installation and we'll definitely use them for our yearly maintenance on the boiler. Highly recommend!

I'll make it short: former HVAC repair service  says, the Compressor is shot. You need a new unit about $2,400.00,

Enter Kevin from Lesco, who spun the fan and checked out the unit, and said it's working fine now, and recommended an acid wash after most of the pollen comes down. May need a me fan motor at worst, but let's wait and see.

I have used Lesco on numerous occassions (Oct 2019 & May 2020) for a leaky pipe and a new water heater install.  Mike and his team (esp. Marco) are fantastic.  They are very professional, communicative, and very thoughtful with you home.  

They also help you with other ad hoc things around the house regarding plumbing.  For instance, they helped me adjust the water pressure intake - and now I have awesome water pressure throughout my entire house!

We were having problems with our AC freezing up on a fairly regular basis. I took all of the steps that I could take to help to try and fix the problem and it did not help. After getting some recommendations and reading reviews for multiple local companies, I decided to call Lesco. Andrew, the tech that came out to see what was wrong, was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable about what our issue was. He made some recommendations and after a testing things out he indicated that our refrigerant was on the low end and needed to be topped off. He refilled the refrigerant and our problem seems to be fixed. I would definitely recommend Lesco and I will be calling them again next spring for a tune up or if we have any other issues.

Chris Susicke did an excellent job of replacing my water heater. Mike and his team were very responsive when they were diagnosing why my heater sensor kept tripping. They worked hard to resolve the issue.

My AC just stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. I had a guy come out, looked at my system for 5 minutes, told me I needed a new one, and sent an estimate of $5,000. It didn't seem right, so I called Lesco and had them come out the next day. Andrew looked at my system for 5 minutes, asked me where my breaker was, flipped the switch, and it started working. There are a lot of people out there looking to take advantage of people, and I am so grateful Andrew came and fixed the problem. I cannot recommend them enough!

Had an issue with my sewer pipe backing up into my utility sink. Called a couple of other local area plumbers. One gave me a quote of 1,400 bucks to remove the old cast iron sewer pipes. Mike from Lesco came in and told me all I needed was a cleaning and they removed roots that had grown into the pipe causing the blockage. Cost was $260. These guys are honest and do a great job. Very polite and professional. Highly recommended.

I left a yelp message this morning and was able to book an appointment the same day for a clogged kitchen drain. Tech cane out promptly (sooner than estimated time frame, however they called and gave me a 30 min heads up).

Tech fixed my drain, also checked out my toilet stopper issues. I approved the repair after he quoted me and checked to see if he had the parts. He was in & out in no time. Very polite, professional & clean.

I found a new plumber!!!

i called yesterday about a clogged tub that two previous plumbers had been unable to fix (no bad things to say about them, one said his was temporary and the second said he didn't have the training for the older plumbing in our home), and they scheduled me for 11:30 to 2:30 today.

Marco called me at 11, a little early, that he was here.  I let him in, and he was extremely professional.  He looked at the tub, gave me the cost of the process, and got my signature, then went to work.

At 11:20, he said, There you go! and had me check the tub to make sure it worked, and it did.  He went over everything with me so I knew what I was signing and paying for.  He was very professional.

Before he arrived, the company texted me his name, some information, and a picture, so I knew exactly who would be coming in, which was a brilliant option.

I hope I don't need to call them soon, but if there is a plumbing issue, I know exactly who to call.

Mike and his crew are awesome. We've had these guys in to work on a number of issues over the past couple of years. They've done work on our boiler, radiators, kitchen sink, they fixed the drain to an old tub, installed a spigot outside and recently replaced our water heater. They are reliable, friendly  and curtious, they know their stuff and they're really easy to work with. I highly recommend Lesco for any plumbing our heating work.

New homeowners in town be sure to add Lesco to your vendor list. They are reliable, professional and always there for advice even if it means losing a few bucks. They saved us a big headache by recommending we contact our HVAC installer who had a warranty so no out of pocket cost for us. From unclogging bathroom and kitchen drains, Lesco is my number one recommendation in the North Jersey area. They send text alerts as your serviceman is on his way and send surveys out to you right after to ensure a happy customer.

They came to our rescue 2 days in a row when we needed a new sump pump ASAP and then a frozen pipe fix the next day which they responded to quickly. So happy to have found a professional, friendly  and reliable plumber!!

They showed up for a same day appointment. Chris Susicke was the technician who was sent to my place for an AC condenser issue. He looked into it and was able to figure out what was wrong and fix it quickly. Chris is a friendly good dude and he know's what he's doing.  We will be using them going forward.

Wow, I can't say enough good things about these guys and the work they just did in my house. We have an old house and we're looking to finish the basement. We had a lot of water and gas lines running below the beams which restricted how high we could go with the ceiling. A lot of the lines were old (probably original to the house) so in addition to re-routing lines and getting them up in the beams we had them replaced. Let me start from the beginning.

I procrastinated pretty much all summer to call a plumber until one day I was home from  work and decided to call Lesco (based on positive reviews on here). The woman I spoke with was very pleasant, asked all the right questions, and informed me that I would be receiving a call within the next couple of days so someone could come look at the work needed. Well, I received a call in less than 2 hours and Mike was at my house within 2 hours of my initial call.

When Mike arrived, I feel like all I had to tell him was that we were looking to finish the basement and he immediately knew what he had to do. He walked around the basement, identified all of the piping that needed to be replaced and re-routed, made some recommendations that I hadn't really thought of, and he promised an estimate right away. I received the estimate the following day and was so thrilled with the very reasonable cost I approved it right away and we scheduled the work to be done just a week later.

Mike and his crew showed up on the day promised. The job was definitely 2 days of work, but Mike was able to secure more of his crew and they got the entire job done in a single day. To top it all off, they replaced my dryer vent (which they did on their own accord), and they serviced my boiler for the winter. When they were done they walked me through everything they did, showed me where all of the water and gas shutoffs were, explained in detail how I do maintenance on my boiler, and gave me an opportunity to ask any questions. Every single one of them seemed like they legitimately cared about the job and they were so knowledgeable about everything.

They did everything right, and I'm excited that after living in our house for almost 2 years now, we've finally found our plumber.

We had an emergency plumbing issue and called them first thing in the morning and they dispatched someone within two hours. Service was fast and very professional. While my pine was getting fixed I called them again to see if I could have someone come and fix my air conditioning which decided to act funny the night before. They had someone over to fix the air conditioning unit within and hour. And in another hour and a half both plumbing and air conditioning were fixed. I HIGHLY recommend them and have them on speed dial for all future home issues.

Came out today right on time , very courteous and fixed the problem right away , I highly recommend this company bc it was a simple fix very reasonable and didn't try to make the bill higher. I have had an intermittent heating problem in one zone of my home for over a year. We have had PSEG out here twice and have been told it's because the filter's were old, we have the vents blocked, etc.  We knew it wasn't that. This past weekend the heat shut off in one of the coldest nights of the year. We left word for Lesco. The following morning, bright and early, they responded. I was prepared to hear that they could send someone in a few days. They actually said the technician would be right over after his current appointment. Before he came they called and said Joe is on his way. He will have an ID and driving a Lesco truck. Joe was such a pleasure. He climbed into a really tight squeeze in the attic and was so diligent about making sure he thoroughly solved the problem. He was there for fifteen minutes and figured that we needed a new part. Inexpensive. He returned in a few minutes with the part and was able to solve our problem.  What a great experience. Diligent. Hard working and honest. I love the local company repairing the neighborhood problems. Nothing but praises for this company. Thanks Lesco!

I requested a quote and Mike got back to me within 30 minutes.  2 hours later he was at my house to fix our shower valve.  Prompt, friendly, and saved me some money by showing me how to install a new part on my own.  He's in the process of writing me up some quotes for a couple of future projects. Highly recommend.

We were in NEED of a plumbing service and had called several of the local services recommended by our realtor first. Sadly, there were either too busy or couldn't be bothered to return our call (Woolley).  Turning to Yelp we noticed that Lesco was highly rated (relative to their peers in their category.) I have to say people are far more apt to rate a burned tiramisu than a boiler cleaning - fair enough.

We called Lesco at around 8am, when they opened, and were shocked when someone answered the phone. An actual person. My previous phone experience with other Plumbing services led me to believe that skynet had taken over this industry and the robots were winning. But, not at Lesco. People rule over their subservient machines.

Not only did the pleasant person on the phone offer to help us they sent someone over THAT DAY.  A brilliant and affable chap called Andrew arrived at the promised time and got to work teaching my wife and I, Boiler maintenance novices, the inner workings of steam heat technology. He was thorough, kind, and patient with us and made sure all our questions were answered.

Excellent!  A good friend recommended Lesco to me and I had an excellent experience from beginning to end.  They did a lot of work for me (new water heater, water softener, pressure reducer valve, and fixed leaking faucets) and Mike and Mike did an impeccable job.  Scheduling was easy, their diagnosis was fast and spot on, they took a lot of pride in their work, they took care of my house as if it were their own and they are nice guys!  I would call them again in a minute and highly recommend Lesco.
