I have been nothing but satisfied with this company when I've needed a plumber since purchasing my home. George has been prompt, polite, and fixed the issues. Moreover, he quoted less than others I called.
Should I need a plumber again (fingers crossed that I won't!), I won't hesitate to call again. I would recommend this company.

My home warranty uses Rooter Rite, they have come to my house on many occasions over the last few years. They have always been professional and done a good job. My only complaint is they don't communicate very well.

Lousy service, I had them out through my warranty company twice, once as a recall for the first service call. To start the technician tried to rebuild my shower diverted stem but some how made it worse, beat up the handles and trim, and never recaulked the trim back to the wall (which leaves it vulnerable to leaking). I had to call them back and after he said he was done I asked if he recaulked the trim (I did it after his first visit) he said he doesn't do that because he's not good at it. He left and I had to call to have him come right back and fix it because it was leaking even worse (technically this was the third recall), he then said he would replace the stem, but when he got back from the part store he said it was a rare stem and couldn't get a new one, this isn't true because it was a common price pfister stem but he said he couldn't get one so he rebuilt the stem I had and left. These guys are hacks and don't know there asses from there elbows, call Rapid Rooter who make sure the job is done right the first time.
Hey George. Piece of advice. Don't walk into someone's house that you've never met before, making remarks about how gay something is and asking about if our neighbors are white, making remarks about how it's ok to say such things because my husband is white.
Who the hell do you think you are? Hope your business profit reflects your racist views...

George from Rooter Rite did a terrific job in replacing a worn shower cartridge. He arrived at the time we agreed upon and got the job done quickly and effectively all the while practicing water safety. Further, he was pleasant and answered all of our questions and concerns. All in all a very professional job.
Best plumber in Reno. George is the best and his staff are awesome. I now have a guy! Thank you for all you do and all you did. The staff are Veterans and deserve a big thanks.

American Home Shield decided to assign Rooter Rite Inc to my case to help with a stoppage, because they say on their website and in their system that they are a 24 hour business. After calling them yesterday evening I quickly found out that was not the case. Not only did they not answer George started forwarding my calls. So yeah, this business is definitely not 24 hours, I would update that if I were you. The morning came (still pipes completely clogged) called into Rooter Rite and there it was George answered the phone to tell me that he cannot make it till Friday.... Friday?! cannot fit someone in while they are having an emergency... that is crazy! After calling back into American Home Shield I asked to get my case transferred, however, they would need to call them to make sure it is okay. George told them we had scheduled an appointment for Friday and bold faced lied to them. After dealing with another 20 minutes on the phone with them I was finally connected to a decent local business that can service my pipes same day. I highly recommend to never do business with Rooter Inc and George. Crummy service, unresponsive and rude.
Rooter Rite came out to our newly purchased condo in Reno to service a bathtub faucet and the garbage disposal, under our Home Warranty. They were friendly and professional and fixed the issues. George did have to reschedule due to the Pinehaven fire. However, he communicated and it was not a problem. I am happy to have found a good Plumbing Co. in Reno.

I am a property owner of several rentals in Reno, Rooter Rite is my absolute first choice on any Plumbing project I have. The owner is an Army Veteran, honest and the best plumber I have ever worked with. They are the best!
We had a bad clog somewhere far into our plumbing. We called another plumbing service who dithered around for two hours and did nothing. He then refused to use a power-rooter (though that was obviously what would have fixed the issue...and eventually did). He only wanted to do a very costly and time consuming repair.
We felt the first company was not going to be of help, so we called Rooter Rite and was given an appointment the next day, due to the number of service guys available. The technician, Forrest, was at my house promptly at 10 when he was scheduled. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He set to work and had everything working in no time and at less than half the price quoted by the first company. I will definitely be using Rooter Rite in the future. Great work guys!
What a major disappointment George and router Rite are! Patiently waited for approximately a week for him to arrive. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 66 years. We were having a problem getting hot water in our master bathroom shower. He turns on the shower it's cold or lukewarm at best he then turns on the tub an entirely separate fixture and gets somewhat warmer water out of the shower. We have a brand new water heater and every other fixture in the house works perfectly. He said he had to look under the master bathroom sinks in the process he knocked over our space heater. He said he would like to look at our recirculating valve and he said that's working as it should. As most of us know some problems may be intermittent which might be the case here but George was so interested in getting out of my house that I couldn't explain the situation to him properly. As he was leaving I turned on the shower again and again got lukewarm water at best with the valve turned fully to the hot position Max. Like I said some of the worst customer service I've ever received.

George responded to a request from my home warranty company to unclog my sewer line, which had backed up. He did a great job and seemed knowledgeable. He came back the next day, used a camera on the line, and recommended it be replaced due to a break in the line. This was around Thanksgiving 2013. He said he would email me an estimate in the next week. I called him on 12/10 because I never heard back, and no one ever returned my call. Good service at the moment, but no follow through.
I am a property manager and unfortunately have to use plumbers too much.george and his crew do great work and are always responsive. If it means anything i use him on my personal plumbing as well. The fact that he is a navy veteran and prefers to hire veterans is just a bonus to me.
Man oh man do I love this company, I am a property manager and constantly have to deal with plumbing issues regarding rentals. Rooter Rite is there every time to help solve our problem, big or small. They always respond quickly and the price is very reasonable compared to other companies in our area. George and staff will forever be my go-to guys for plumbing!

Horrible service! I had an appointment with them for 3-5 today to simply snake my drain. George calls me at 5:40 to tell me he got stuck on another job. I asked him where my call was earlier, before my window had expired. He said he guess he didn't make the call. Sarcasm? Very unprofessional. Sadly, I'm at the mercy of the management company on who they send out. They have been notified about the lack of a simple phone call, during the scheduled window. Hopefully I won't gave endure this nonsense, again!
Had a blown vacuum breaker on my irrigation system that i don't use and George came out and fixed it on time and honestly. His original quote was 100$ for the service which is more than reasonable. After George showed up he realized that the job simply required digging through some dirt and snow to turn off the valve which I couldn't locate since I'm obviously not a plumber. George ended up only charging us 40$ for the service call! THAT'S AN HONEST PLUMBER! THANKS AGAIN GEORGE AND FOR AN HONEST, TIMELY AND RELIABLE PLUMBER GIVE HIM A CALL!

George was sent out by our home warranty company. Faucet broke twice in two months so he was called back out. I had purchased a new kitchen faucet for him to install the second time around. He told my husband that purchasing the new faucet was a mistake because we were fixing the faucet again (per who?!).
George and I discussed the day prior that he would likely be replacing the faucet given it failed again. Regardless, he shouldn't care if he's fixing or replacing the faucet given I'm the one who spent $400 on the kitchen faucet out of my pocket. He went to his van and literally took off and left without telling us, never came back. My husband called to see why he just left - and was hung up on. Kitchen faucet is still leaking when you turn it off so I've got another company on the way to install my new faucet.
I don't know what kind of company just walks off a jobsite without saying anything and then hangs up on the customer?!

I sent in a request via the website contact form and George called me within half an hour, and had someone (Forrest) at my house 20 minutes after that. I have a mystery leak, which wasn't leaking at the time. He couldn't find anything wrong, but despite spending quite a bit of time looking, he only charged me for the two sinks I had him snake since he was there, and told me to call right away if I find water again. He was also very nice about my three crazy dogs following him around. :)

George was called by my home warranty to repair a leak in my water line behind my refrigerator. He was called on Saturday, I never heard back from him and was anxiously waiting because I had a water leak, and was worried about water damage to my laminate flooring. I called back the home warranty company they gave me his company name and number. I called him on Saturday night, had to leave a message because he didn't answer the phone. Sunday morning I called him again, he told me he was busy over the weekend and he could come to my house on Monday. Who waits three days to repair a water leak? Now my floor is warped and it is supposedly secondary damage so the insurance company won't cover to repair the flooring. Had George come out Saturday or even Sunday the floor would have been fine. He is more interested in his needs than his customers needs. 3 days to respond to a water leak
