Called for service and they answered promptly.  They were able to come out same day. They gave a 2 hour window and actually showed up in that time window. The tech was knowledgeable and helpful. Patient and responsive in answering my questions. And they got the job done!  Highly recommend.

No one likes to be woken up in the middle of the night but in a plumbing emergency we had no choice but to call a plumber. I yelped commercial plumbing and luckily for us they Johnson's Plumbing has a 24 hour service.

Mother recently passed and I took over her home. Had some serious plumbing issues and saw she contacted Johnson Plumbing before. They came out one evening and did quick work. They returned to give me a better idea and quote on fixing the issue(s). What a waste of time. I don't live in Merced and it was such a hassle trying to get any questions answered about what the real issue was.

Quoted me over $8,000-$15,000 to replace a pipe. So of course I called another company for another quote. My mom had been using Johnson Plumbing for who knows how long.
In 1 week, the other company gave me a quote and got the work completely done, for 1/3 of the price Johnson Plumbing quoted.

I give some stars because they were available to come out during an emergency, but took stars away because it was too much of a hassle to try to get to the root of the situation.

No wonder my mom called them often, they had a long term customer in her because they never really took care of the issues. In Merced, there are other plumbers available, get a 2nd quote/opinion and you'll see other companies want to help fix your issue not just keep you as a forever customer.

Overcharged for time and supplies and our water pump still can't pump out water. Bad experience and wouldn't recommend for use.

Jose showed up and took care of everything in a quick manner, the service and quality in which he took care was surprising. We had poor water pressure, I was thinking thousands of dollars in repairs, a check was cut for under $200 and away he went.

I have used Johnson Plumbing 2 or 3 times in the past.  Up until the last time, I was satisfied with their service.  In early August of 2022, I called them to fix a leak near an outside faucet on my rental house.  When the job was finished, I met with the repair man and paid him the amount he requested.  Never was I told that the amount requested was only a portion of the total repair bill.  Logically, I assumed the repair was paid in full.  More than four months later, just before Christmas, I was contacted and told that I owed an additional $280.  Had I been told the total price of the repair when it was completed, I would have paid the bill at that time.  However, receiving an unexpected bill from a job completed over 4 months ago, it not only seems unprofessional, but suspicious as well.  Will I use them ever again?  I think not!

I have been using Johnson's Plumbing for years and can honestly tell you never once have I been disappointments it's not just about the bottom line and profit for these people. They truly care and take pride in their work you're guaranteed a great job every time!!

My property management called them to fix a problem. It was a Friday afternoon and they were busy. They came out at 7:30pm and fixed my problem quickly & professionally. The plumber was very nice even though he was clearly pooped from all day working (no pun intended LOL) -he did what needed to be done to get my bathroom working again and was very pleasant. Thanks!

I Called Johnson Plumbing because the sprayer hose on my kitchen sink had started leaking.  I told them exactly what I needed.  The plumber shows up, looks at the leak and says he can't repair it and doesn't have any parts.  I was informed if I got the part they would return and replace it.  The charge for the original visit was $106.00.  A second charge of $106.00 would be required for the second visit for a total of $212.00 to replace a hose.  I would have replaced it myself except I'm too old and stiff to crawl under the kitchen sink.  I called Johnson Plumbing's office and got a quite snarky customer contact guy who said the first visit was to diagnose the problem just like at an Auto Repair Shop and the charge was required and non-negotiable. He said it with a smile you could hear.  I got Lowe's to finish the project.  I've included a picture of the hose requiring diagnosis.  It cost $106 to be told there was water leaking out of my sprayer hose.  This company might be good for major plumbing jobs but for a small job - Forget it.
If you're a senior citizen with a small plumbing job, I would suggest you utilize another company.

The toilet started to bubble and all of a sudden water was seeping up both toilets and bathtubs...AGHHH! We called Johnson plumbing and began to grab towels as quickly as possible. The fantastic crew at Johnson plumbing arrived within 2 hours of the phone call; well within the estimated time of arrival. The plumber, Brad, was polite and worked quickly to unclog the main and reseal the toilets. Just like that my Monday went from crappy to happy! Thanks, Johnson Plumbing.

This is the BEST plumbing company! They called Whirlpool about our recalled hot water heater with a horrible noise and got the process started. Ended up replacing it as the part is back ordered for 2 weeks. Daniel, Jason and James were awesome! Great customer service and very professional!

These guys will give you a Quote at the start of the job and proceed to double charge you. A Quote at the job site should be the price and not needlessly add additional work that isn't approved and then bill the customer later.

JP came to repair a drain pipe.  Charged me over $400.  Within a year I had to have another Plummer replace the entire pipe. JP had only put a patch on a corroded drain pipe rather than fix the problem correctly.

I called Johnson Plumbing at 8am the day after a holiday, and they were able to send someone over by 9am.  There was an issue with having plumbing that was so old that they needed to send a second repairman later in the day to work on the toilet, and both plumbers were courteous and professional.  Jason (I think it was Jason) was worried he was going to have to do a more expensive (and time consuming) repair because there was a little metal tab getting in the way of a new piece going into the existing plumbing/pipes, but he was able to grind off the little tab so that a more expensive repair wasn't needed.  I got a bill of less than 300 dollars for roots being cleared from the main line, and a new toilet flange put in, and I was thrilled.

Kudos to Johnson Plumbing for a quick response. I was trying to install a water heater tank jacket, and accidentally loosened the inlet pipe thus causing a water leak. At that time, I did not know where the leak was coming from. They arrived within an hour after my call. They troubleshot the leak to the loosened inlet valve, and fixed it quickly. Since it was a simple job, they deemed that there was no need to charge. I really appreciate that. I would highly recommend them for their honesty & integrity, and for any plumbing need.

I've been using Johnson Plumbing for a few years now and have never had any real issues with their service until recently. In September, the hot water pressure in my shower was having issues so I called Johnson. They sent a plumber over who had been to my home before. He determined that a part of the shower unit was clogged and that a new part would be needed. He said he would look for a new part for us and let us know. In the meantime he was able to partially unclog the piece which restored the pressure for the time being. A couple hundred bucks for his time. After a few weeks the shower started to clog again and we had still not heard back from Johnson's about the part. I called and talked to the their dispatcher who had no knowledge or record of the previous visit. They sent a new person over. This guy had no knowledge of the previous visit so we had to explain it all over again. By this time I had purchased a whole new shower head set with the intention of having them install it figuring it would solve the issue. I also requested that he take a look into a potential leak under the house since I had noticed some moisture in the ground outside.  At this point he went under my house and started verbally expressing exasperation with profanity about the awful plumbing work that had been done before. This is with my wife being the one who was home at the time. He told her the work that had been done before was so bad down there that it could be up to $10K in repairs. He then proceeded to not install the new shower head unit, basically did what the previous guy did and partially unclog the part, charged us a few hundred bucks and left. His assessment of our plumbing situation alarmed my wife and upset me since it was Johnson plumbing who had done the previous work on our plumbing and never mentioned any issues before. I called to speak to a manager, got passed around to couple of guys who had no clue, then a woman told me the manager was on vacation. A few days later a manager called me, apologized for the confusion and said he'd personally look into the last serviceman's observations. He came to check on the house and address the initial issue, the shower head unit and hot water pressure which was clogged again with my request that the new unit be installed. Again, I was not home when they came, and again like the previous times he did basically the same thing the previous guys did and still did not install the new shower head and still asking for a couple hundred bucks for his time! When I asked why he didn't install the new unit, he said he was confused and didn't think I wanted him to do that. He apologized and said he would not charge me for this visit and said he would get an estimate me for the other issues as soon as possible. A couple weeks later they come back with a $4.5K estimate saying the entire hot water pipes needed to be replaced! I got a second opinion, got another plumber and the issues fixed for less than $1K, no leaks, my hot water pressure in my shower is stronger than ever, all without the need of putting in $4 grand of new lines. In the meantime I still keep getting an invoice from Johnson plumbing for their 3rd visit where they didn't do anything and which they said they would waive. These guys are clowns at best and crooks at worst. Don't call them.

Worst experience ever.  They sent out an incompetent person who had no idea what he was doing.  He said it would take three hours.  He had to keep calling other people.  It took six hours to fix a leak in a pipe outside and install two faucets.  We notified the office of the problem.  They charged us nearly $800!  All because it took him twice as long because he didn't know what he was doing, and that didn't include the price of the faucets!  I would never recommend them.

They had some difficulty getting the replacement faucet due to shipping. As usual, very efficient service worker. Mike was polite and outfitted with mask. Seems like we periodically have them repairing someone.

Was very happy with my service today. I will recommend Jack Frum for any further work too family and friends.  He got the job done quickly and was very informative about what he was doing.  Thank You again Jack

Just had my, 71 year,  old main water line replaced by Johnson Plumbing. They are so  fast and efficient. I highly recommend them.

These guys are the best!!! After having a bad experience with another plumber Greg came in and reassured us that they could fix the leak. They came back the next day and spent most of the day finding the problem. With my husbands health issues they took great care in keeping the dust down! Kudos and more kudos to them! Johnson Plumbing are my #1 go to guys!

Jason was great. Company is very expensive. Not sure if I would call them again. We were in an emergency situation and I did not have time to get other quotes.

We had such a problem trying to get a plumber to come out to fix our backup. We were recommended by another customer who was very satisfied with their work as well. They were having some problems while they were trying to fix the backup and they called 3 extra guys to come help. They came out and not only fixed our problem but provided GREAT service. It started pouring while they were here and they still kept working through it all. They also have super affordable prices! I highly recommend them!

Young man came out quick and took care of my moms problem.  It was a tree root.   He was also nice enough to go in and check something in her bathroom sink.  Outstanding service

My issue was resolved after speaking with the owner who is a professional and has owned this business for years...he takes pride in his business and understands the worth of his customers...we used them since we moved here and will continue to...

I called for emergency services and I called Johnson plumbing. Talked with a lady that was really nice and gave her all our information to get a call back form the plumber that's on call. Plumber called back about 15min later which  we felt was really fast But after hearing they wanted to charge 220 per hr with a 1.5 hour minimum. We where shocked and we will never call them back. I would hate to see what they charge during regular hours. I would recommend calling another company that is not going to price gouge you because they think they have you over a barrel.

I paid $100 for them to clear a clog in my shower. The employee told my son he couldn't reach the clog AND the snake broke AND he couldn't get the supervisor's permission to stay longer. So, I paid another $100 for them to return. It was fixed in about 5 minutes. It seems to me this could've been done the first hour and could've saved me $100.

I left a question to compare the cost, about clearing a sewer line of roots that has been an issue in the past.  Johnson Plumbing answered first with a reasonable quote, so I called to schedule an appt.  The person I spoke to said she'd call someone to go out to the address and that person would call me and let me know when he'd get there.  An hour or so passed and my renters called to say the plumber was done, do I want them to pay him.  I said no, they were supposed to call me first, but I'll head over there to write them a check.  Plumber said the renters told him the plumbing gets plugged alot,  I said it seems to be seasonal, happening in fall and spring, but it's been a problem for me and my neighbors for years; their problems ended when the city finally took out the tree on the edge of their property.  Plumber said they could put a camera down the line, find the problem, and fix it.  I asked for a price and said I'd schedule that for another time.
I didn't get the call I was waiting for from the plumber, so I don't know if the job was done in a timely manner.  I would've liked to have met him at my rental and talked to him about the problems I've had with the sewer line clogging.  The price the plumber gave me was a tiny bit over what I was quoted online, BUT it was a Saturday and they came and fixed the problem.  The plumber was polite and professional.

They are reliable and do a good job. We're landlords and call them to do plumbing jobs for our tenants. They have worked for us for several years. No complaints yet.

The two gentlemen that came were very knowledgeable and efficient. The reason for our call was an issue regarding the line from the freezer (ice maker) to plumbing of the house.

This is our second time using Johnson Plumbing. We discovered a leak in the main line leading to our fairly new house. The leak appeared to be before the main shutoff valve to the house. I did not want to screw anything up, so we called Johnson Plumbing. It was late in the afternoon and the dispatcher promised to have someone out to address the problem the next morning at 9am. Jerry arrived right on time with a smile. He asked about the situation and got right to work. He diagnosed the issue within a minute, shut off the main water line and started to dig. Jerry had to leave the job site twice to retrieve equipment and the correct parts. He communicated with us each time so we wouldn't be left wondering. The whole process took less than 3 hours. The invoice was fair and easy to understand. Jerry presented himself as clean, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Jerry and Johnson Plumbing to my friends and neighbors.

I really want to thank and do appreciate the work of Joe who has been to the house on two different occasions to install new equipment once, and to repair the leaking tank on the toilet.  He was absolutely meticulous with the installation and the repair.  He was on time and had the problem repaired in under 30 minutes.   Impressive

I've never used a plumber in my 75 years. These guys did a great job. Diagnosed my shower leak to the shower head extension tube. Replaced it and leak tested it and the shower pan. They also recommended a guy to replace the soggy drywall. Who also did a great job.

Another good experience with Johnson Plumbing. I have a small rental house built in 1926, so everything is old. The tenants are fantastic, and I try to keep them happy. I have been using Johnson for various plumbing repairs for many years. Today it was a moderate leak at the shut-off valve for the service supply line. I emailed Johnson last night after closing, and this morning when I woke up, I found a technician was already in route to the house. The problem was repaired within an hour. They replaced the buried shut-off valve by extending the pipes to keep the valve above ground, so it is accessible and functional, and not subject to corrosion from being in the dirt. It's so refreshing to deal with a competent, reliable company. Always friendly, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. They invoice me via email and take my payment online. Could not be more convenient.

If I could them a negative star, they would be most deserving of it. In July I called them to come out to fix our water heater bc we didn't have hot water. Unfortunately Manuel showed up. And when he showed up, he had an attitude. A couple minutes later he told me he had fixed it. Making sure that it was really fixed, I went to go run the hot water. I didn't feel any hot water so I told him that we still didn't have any hot water. With an attitude, he told me that the water would take at least 30 minutes to get hot. Well excuse me! I'm not a plumber thats why I called you. A simple explanation without the bad attitude would have been appreciated. He got paid and left. A hour later still no hot water. We called the owner and he was so rude. He said that it would cost us an additional $ 140 + to come back out to relite it. Umm, I don't think so. Their invoice states that their service is warrantied, but clearly it wasn't. No attempt by the owner to try and come back out the next day to get it checked out,  as a courtesy, at least. Please do not ever use their service. What a joke. Take your money and run. These positive review on their page must have been paid or fake. Now if you want great service go to MCM plumbing.

They respond very quickly and fixed the kitchen drain within an hour.

I had the emergency need for a plumber twice in two weeks. Johnson plumbing showed up on time they were kind and courteous, very fairly priced and honest. I highly recommend Johnson plumbing to anyone in the Merced a Atwater area. I would like to explain what I mean by fairly priced and honest. I had another company (Rotorooter) come out and provided me with a quote for $2300 to locate the clean out and snake the clean out. They also said it would take two days....
Johnson plumbing completed the job for $200 and the job was completed in two hours.

Technicians came twice and charge double for service to fix a water heater that could be done in one day. One day they installed the pilot (I was charged per hour of service and part) but my heater it wasn't fixed. Now my controller was broken , they had to come back another day. They  gave me the part number so I can buy it myself , I didn't go to the local store they want. I bought the part online (very carefully, with the model number and part number ) $250 dollar cheaper from the store they advised.  When the technicians came to install it, they  told me that it was the wrong part and  they made me buy it from the local store . Then, they compared the parts  and both were identical but the one from the store had a small adapter. The result of this, I was charged for two services , they made me return the cheaper part, after recognizing that it was the right part  but  the small adapter was missing. I could order the adapter easily but they were already charging per hour of service. The part that I bought in the local store includes pilot part  that I was charged the first day and they kept it. I called to complain and guess what,  I was blamed for all this just because I bought it  online. they sent me an additional invoice for $160 that I should not be charged. And I lost  $250 in the wrong part + $40 in the pilot they kept . I lost $450 for trusting this company. Stay away and find a company that is accountable for it mistakes and doesn't punish its customers  for trying to save some money.

I had them come out about a week ago to unclog the sewer line. I elected to have them run a camera down to check what the problem was. With the camera he found the problem area and marked the spot on the lawn to where they should start the did if I elected them to so.  They sent me a quote and I had my wife call them and to have them do the job.  The job was done in one day which was great and I was sent the bill. Much less than the estimate. But I did get charged another $300.00 for the camera to be sent again because to locate line again sense the marks did not stay in place How does a painted mark move? I questioned the hours charged because I like to know what I'm paying for like any responsible home owner should do. I got an email back all in capital letters like I was getting yelled at for questioning them. At least that what it felt like. I told him so whats with the capital letters? I was told that he answers all of his emails and estimates in caps with a lol. I hope this fix stays fixed. Maybe next time I need to get more quotes, sorry to say I did not. The pipe is repaired and I can flush without any  issues.

I had Johnson Plumbing come out to my house just because the faucet was leaking, and review seems to be ok.  The faucet was not too old, so I was hoping that we only need to replace the cartridge. Of course, they did not recommend that, and suggested to replace the faucet. It was ok, and we paid $429.67 to replace the faucet to save the trouble. I did not realize the true trouble came after that, they started to send second bill of $128.50 for trouble shooting the issue. I told them I did not need them to trouble shoot a leaking faucet. Then, they keep sending this diagnostics bill and threaten to send the bill to collection.

Trench less Sewer Main Line 4 Inch SDR 17 Fuse Weld.  My sewer main was backing up to the drain cleanout Johnson Plumbing had to cut two holes one where the line exit house the other in the alley and made all city required connections installed drain cleanout next to the house  put asphalt back to city compaction test code laid cement by house and cleaned all area worked on.Older house have main lines made of  Orangeburg  or clay and when they get old  they just disintegrate after time lots of people would rather do a quick fix by only fixing where the leak is  but in the long run it will cost more cause your main line will keep on breaking where the old line is Thanks to Scott and all the hard reliable workers that worked on my house main line By the way my house was built in 1956 my new main sewer line should last for very long time.

Great people and honest. I appreciate this all the more lately after having to deal with two separate plumbing companies who were not nearly as honest.

They mounted a toilet, roughed in two drains and some other work for $306. I was quoted by another company that this job would cost almost $2000.  

Honest people need to be rewarded and it is hard to find them these days.

I've used Johnson Plumbing several times with great results. Recently had a problem with my gas water heater and the technician (Manuel) went the extra distance to ascertain that my problem was covered by the warranty by contacting the manufacturer.  I just assumed any warranty was gone. They are prompt, courteous and there work is spot-on.  Highly recommend. Techs are professional and know what they are doing.

I had Johnson plumbing come out to my house because my dishwasher was getting backed up with water. They checked under the sink and the dishwasher. He said the lines were fine and that
I needed a new dish washer.

I had only lived in my house  2 yrs and I know the dishwasher was less than 4 yrs old. The dish washer always worked and that wasn't the problem it was the back up of water that would cause concern for me.

When I ran the dishwasher the water would drain out. I figured that it was the air gap I didn't have( thank god for Google) instead of going out and spending $800 for a new dishwasher they suggested.

I had another person look at it and he changed the hose with a new one and added an air gap I didn't have. I'm so glad I had enough common sense not to go out and buy a new dishwasher. I would of had the same problem with the new one since it wasn't the dishwasher at all, I just needed a air gap.

I'm thankful I didn't get a new dishwasher and have to pay someone to install it. That would of been a huge expense on my part. So disappointed that they had no brains at all to figure out but I did.

I Google everything these days you have to or people take advantage of you cause they know you have no idea of what's going on.

Had a leak at the office. Worked was done. Problem solved. Greg, the owner, reached out to make sure everything was done right. Highly recommend it.

I called Johnson Plumbing back in Sept 2019 for a rental property kitchen sink issue. They said I didn't need to be there, since they can fix the problem if needed, with cost estimate not to exceed certain limit. They went and inspected the issue, but was unable to determine the problem. Well, the problem came up again (Nov. 20), but this time the tenants had a video of the leak. When the technician came, he still was unable to duplicate the problem, but suggested that we replace the faucet, so it doesn't happen again. Because I was there at the location, I was able to make a decision at this time, unlike the last time, where I did not have the option to make that call. The rate quoted was fair, but not cheap, but they gave me a one year warranty on labor if it leaks again. I would recommend them, but be sure to be there when they are doing the inspection and giving you a quote.

Exorbitant price of 1000+ dollars to do basic handyman work of changing angle stop and supply lines. Didn't fix the original problem for which they have been hired where it needs real professional plumbing experience.  Charged 100+ for giving estimate and they don't give credit if you get the job done through them as well. Please avoid unless you have a large budget to spend on plumbing job and look for better options if you can. Not friendly and cooperative to work and get job done

Problem is job quoted was not completed, and price charged was more than quoted price without fixing the problem where it needs plumber experience. Basic small things were taken care and were charged beyond the quoted prices.  They charged a hourly rate of 118 dollars to look around for a part by driving to Lowes. Looking at other reviews , spending time on looking for part  and charging customer seems to be norm here.

Rude customer service. Impatient people working there. Asking clarification questions, and the lady had a rude tone of voice.

We had a leaky kitchen faucet noticed Friday at noon. Steve was here by 3:30 pm and fixed in 15 min or less. Very knowledgable & professional. Thanks to Susan who answered my call for help!

I have used Johnson's Plumbing for years.  I've always got a great price and fast service.  They changed out my entire drain from home to street in one day at a cost lower than any other.  I have called them numerous times for plugged drains.  Their response time is always within a few hours.  Yesterday, the poor service guy was working in 100+ degree weather.  He was nice.  He completely cleaned the entire drain.  And he cleaned the entire area before he left.  Great Way To Keep Customers.

My house is 40 years old and was a rental for 24 years. I've just moved back in, (and it seems as if everything I touch in the house falls apart -- but I digress.)  Jason Pettit from Johnson Plumbing came to my house to fix the leaking water valves to my washing machine, a leaky bath tub faucet, and (last but not least) to hook up a gas dryer. I appreciated the company's phone call and Jason's timely arrival.  He wore a mask without being asked, was very knowledgeable, and explained each step as he worked. The charges were quite reasonable. Most importantly,  I have peace of mind knowing the work was done right!

Thank you to Wayne and John for wonderful service at our home. They were amazingly proficient and very tidy while they worked to find the problem and fix it. We definitely would recommend them to others. Thank you again guys!

Greg Johnson is a God-send! I had a broken waterline and on the advice of the city got 4 quotes for service before choosing a plumber to do the job. Boy am I glad I stuck to following that advice. This company was the first I spoke to. Two men from other companies were able to get to my house before Greg could get there so Greg was the 3rd plumber I experienced in person. Two of the 3 other plumbers were nice but it was clear to me from meeting with all of them and asking them all to send me quotes that the one who didn't want to rip me off was Greg. All the other plumbers were laying groundwork for a possible total replumb or slab leak. The lowest bid I got for just repair work and not replacement/replumb was still sky high. Greg saved the day! He got it done for  only a few hours of labor and whatever the parts cost which weren't much. I have no idea about plumbing and all the plumbers knew it. Greg wasn't interested in taking advantage and as a matter of fact came and oversaw the work while it was being done by his worker and let me tell you, Greg has definitely earned my trust. He makes sure his men do the job properly, that his customer isn't getting ripped off or mislead, or that work isn't done that isn't actually needed, and that a bigger more costly issue isn't accidentally (or on purpose) created. He clearly cares about the service he provides and isn't interested in raking people over the coals. This would be my recommendation to anyone for any plumbing issue, and they span over a pretty large territory that covers multiple counties and cities in the central valley so try these guys first. Greg also has a background in construction so he knows what he's looking at beside just the plumbing, and has folks in other trades that he can connect you with that will do the repair work his company doesn't if you don't want to be burdened with finding a company you can trust on your own. Good people tend to like to create a network of other good people to work with, and it's nice to have the option of a one stop shop so to speak, and to trust that they aren't collectively ripping you off. Greg got my issue addressed next day despite being slammed with work out of nowhere that day. Greg is a man of his word and doesn't just care about securing business and what's going to get him the most money, but about the people he's helping and the affects on them. His hourly rate is higher than the others but to be honest it is well worth it. The others might have a lower hourly rate but they're going to rake you over the coals. Greg will give you honest, quality work, at what is a very reasonable price especially considering the amount of honesty and piece of mind the extra ~$30 an hour gets you. I'm happy to pay it.

We hired the company to take care of a leak at my elderly uncle's home.  We do not live in the area and were concerned about how this might effect the cost.  Johnson Plumbing, came out to the house and completed the work in a very timely manner.  They did a great job and took care of the leak.  They also provided photos of the before and after for our review.  We are grateful for their professionalism and knowledge.  The serviceman, Jason, was great!

This plumbing company work 3 hours in my drain system and never unclog anything just left a mess and charged me $399 I don't recommend my brother that has no experience at all rented an equipment to unclog the drain and did it in 1 hour.

I had an unfortunate leak in the upstairs bathroom leaking onto the downstairs living room! David from Johnson plumbing came that same day, explained everything for me very well. He did a great job and got it all fixed in a couple of hours. Super friendly. And knowledgeable and explained things to me very well. I highly recommend David from Johnson plumbing :) thank you!!!

Never use Johnson Plumbing under any circumstances! Johnson Plumbing take advantage of elderly people. Johnson Plumbing take advantage of Veterans. I called them out to repair/replace a copper hose running up to my mother's swamp cooler that had been leaking. Instead, they took pictures, stayed for 10 mins and charged my mother $126. They stated that the float was broken and that was the cause of the leak. We changed the float and the swamp cooler still leaked. I called the next morning with the same request, please repair/replace the cooper line due to it leaking. This time I was told the Swamp cooler needed to be replaced and the manger would call me later to discuss the issue. Not only did the manger never call me back, but I called another plumbing company that came out that same day, replaced the cooper line and now the swamp cooler runs perfectly! I gave Johnson Plumbing a chance to redeem themselves and make my mother whole, they were not interested.  Johnson Plumbing clearly have no integrity.
