What a delightful experience. I don't usually associate plumbing with delight, but in this case it works. Toilet got backed up at my sister's house. Called at 2pm, came out at 8am the next day. Friendly person answered right away, said they had cancellation, could come out the next morning. Dave came right on time, was friendly and fixed the toilet quickly and also did quick assessment of sink issue. Super efficient, really knowledgeable, friendly. We deemed him my sister's official new plumber when she needs.

Worst company! AVOID them...your better off  going to YouTube than using them.  Unprofessional and send complete idiots to your house. I would pay double to not use them.

Will not honor home owners warranty, will not honor their own warranty that they publicly address with their pricing. Went to them to cover a gel coat failure on my tub. At 1st Paul acknowledged that the gel coat had failed based on the information and pictures and said I need to go through my builder to get this taken care of. But my MBA and builders warranty documents say to go to the plumber for plumbing issues and call them directly. . When I mentioned that they immediatetly backed down and said it isn't a warrantable item and they didn't say the gel coat failed and said that I will have to pay to have it repaired. Was extremely rude and said this is how its going to go down. Great sales pokerface but aweful customer care from Paul who I talked with directly.

Do not use them. We called for them to fix a leaky sink. They charged us $220 for coming to the house and doing nothing. Their diagnosis was that it was leaking. They didn't even try to fix it, yet charged us for the visit. I understand there's a cost for travel but not $220. They are a rip off, stay away!  I wish i had read the other reviews before calling them.

He is supposed to do warranty work for state water heaters. He was lazy on the repair. He swapped out a part on the water heater and couldn't be bothered to reset the error code and make sure the unit was operational. Then when called for a correction he was too busy to actually finish his job. Doesn't stand behind his work if he isn't getting paid what he thinks. Also  charges for a service call in addition to the hourly fee. Do many people bring sinks into the shop for unclogging. Straight money grab and con.

Fast and friendly service!  I called on a Saturday afternoon about leaking in my basement and on my ceiling and they came out that day to assess the damage.  Thankfully not a broken pipe but we found it to be a leak in the roofing that was letting the water in.  Thank you so much for your fast response!

My co-worker referred me to PJ's Plumbing and we were very pleased with the work they did for us. I had great interactions with Paul in-person, phone and by e-mail. I would highly recommend PJ's Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber in the Lake Country area and will be using them for future projects!

I needed help on a Saturday for a valve that would not shut off.  My only alternative was to shut the water down for the whole house.  Paul came out and fixed it for me.  He was very personable and highly professional.  I greatly appreciate the quick response and would recommend PJ's Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

I found their number of my water heater's manufacturer website. First thing the owner asked me for was the serial number so he could check if it was under warranty. Right from the start, what a difference compared to the other company I called the day before (see the 1-* review...). I was pleasantly surprised when they said they would be able to replace it with a brand new water heater that same afternoon. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job.
