They are very friendly, I needed faucets replaced for new tenants, they sent pictures and quotes of the faucets to purchase for my approval, they were replace in a timely manner. Needed them again for for another project (emergency) went by there (again in a timely manner), explained what was required, will help with the issue. Prices are reasonable, easy to speak with and always gets back to you phones calls ( currently 2 time zones away). Will always use them.

So far I have done business with them 3 times...Our tenant called us because the newly installed dishwasher was not draining and water was leaking outside near the laundry room. Cesar went to the house that afternoon and it turned out that the handyman had not removed the knockout on the garbage disposal before hooking up the dishwasher - it does say to do that on a sticker in big red letters, that you have to remove to install it. At any rate, if we had been in town, I would have installed it myself. The water leak turned out to be due to the water heater element overheating as it was at the end of its life cycle. Not mad-it was the original one and held up for 15 years. Service call was $75,
Cesar allowed me to purchase the gas water heater from Lowe's (I found a $50 off coupon and was able to apply it to a sale item) and he went to pick it up. He did give me a military discount on the labor which took the total from $410 to $320. He also installed a drain pan at no additional cost. I found the right one on amazon, but it was on back order and would not have arrived in time for the installation.
Our tenant called a couple of weeks ago to tell me that El Paso Water had contacted her because of unusually high water consumption, which pointed to a leak. It was a nobrainer for me to call Cesar. He thoroughly investigated all possibilities. He fine-tuned some minor water wasters. The major culprit turned out to be the plumbing for the pool equipment. The total with military discount was $720, which included the 2 days he spent looking for and then fixing the leak, as well as replacing the cartridge in the master bath shower as it was defective and the temp could no longer be adjusted. I thought this was more than reasonable as I was very much worried that it would be sky high.
While the nature of this business dictates by appointment only, Cesar is very responsive and ALWAYS calls back if he cannot answer the phone and you leave a message. He also works with you and sends photos and the invoice if you cannot be there in person. I find his positive customer service attitude very refreshing in an area where we have been often left high and dry waiting on someone to get back to us or making appointments and then not showing up.

Tried competitors. Most didn't answer phone or return calls promptly. Juan Badillo is amazing. On time, low cost and found all kinds of problems with our system. Highly recommend!

Mr. O'Hagan answered an emergency call from us on a holiday weekend. We had no water. The water pressure regulator to our home had gone out. Mr. O'Hagan and his employee, Cruz, came out and fixed everything within two hours. They saved us from an expensive and disastrous weekend. The work was performed professionally and Mr. O'Hagan's charges were very reasonable considering it was a holiday weekend.

We hired this company to find a leak in our house. They worked for two days , claimed they had found the leak and installed a bypass and left. Later we found out when we opened the valves , which they had left closed , the leak started again and that it was worse. They failed at locating the leak, which we manage later managed to locate later , they capped the wrong line, and charged for a completely unnecessary bypass ( which now are having checked to if it by itself could cause problems in the future ). Because the left the valves closed we know they never tested their work. We called them about these issues but they failed to show up. Incredibly unprofessional and incompetent, we regret having hired them.
