United Plumbing was sent to me through a program with the Louisville Water Company. I received a call from them almost immediately and they offered an appointment within hours. The technician, Seth, did a wonderful job. He was very polite, professional and courteous and resolved the problem very quickly. He explained what caused the clogged drain and offered suggestions on how to avoid problems in the future. I would definitely recommend this company.

Awesome job. Dennis was on call and got back to us within minutes. Did a great job of quick replacement of a water heater. He also took the time to insure he instructed us what to do to limit our hot water tank from causing further damage within its leak path. Well done! We were very impressed!

I have been a customer of United Plumbing for 7 years now, since I had my water heater replaced with a wall mounted tankless heater. They come to clean it out regularly and I have called them for other jobs like replacing a leaking disposal and installing a new faucet in the kitchen (they told me that my Moen faucet had a lifetime warranty and I got the new Moen faucet at no cost to me other than installation charges).
They are polite, on-time, professional and they do not manipulate customers into more than what they actually need (which can happen if the technician a large plumbing company sends to your house makes his money on commission based on how much he sells to you).
Plumbers are not cheap but if you find a good one who stands behind their work and is reliable and competent, keep them in your Contacts. If you own a house, at some point, you will need a plumber. I highly recommend United Plumbing.

My basement drain backed up for the third time in 2 years after functioning well for 18 years. Bill called 20 minutes prior to arrival. He was on time, masked and snaked the drain quickly. He suggested that roots may be causing the problem and a root control agent could prevent future problems. I appreciate his professional service, communication and advice!

I highly recommend United Plumbing Company! We needed a line replacement from the meter. Michael Hill and Chris Kestner did an EXCELLENT job! They were always on time, polite, and courteous. They completed the repair in the timeframe set and left the area clean when finished. These guys are great!

I've had a lot of problems when booking appointments because some how they act like I never booked one???? So when you call them directly make sure you call them the next day because they probably forgot about your existence and they still don't have an appointment schedule for you when they gave you a date and time frame that they will be there. Yaaaaaaay!!!! Also this won't happened to you just one or two or three times but several time. Hahahaha then your life will get better just finding another plumber in Louisville Kentucky because this company sucks :D

United Plumbing was assigned to fix my water line leak when I called in my line warranty for a broken water line. Although I would give the men performing the repair a 4-5 star rating, as they were very courteous and professional, I would give the completion of the job a 1-star. My lawn was a torn up mess. After calling them to repair the lawn, which was supposed to involve leveling and re-seeding, I'm left with a rocky, lumpy yard with patches of grass. I called to ask for them to fix it properly, and was told that they are only required to level (as best they can) and re-seed. I will now be renting a tiller and re-seeding the yard myself.
