Cumming's Plumbing

Have used Cummings for a number of years.  Their service is always great and prices are reasonable.  Anthony came out to diagnose gurgling in one fixture and went the extra mile to make certain the entire plumbing system was in good working order.  So appreciative of Anthony and all at Cummings Plumbing.

Had a slow leak in the main water flow from the basement to the rest of the house. Plumber Dennis came over, went to turn the water off at the main and noticed my old ball valves were very hard to turn and recommended that I replace them with the newer valve style (can't remember the name but it only requires a half turn or so). I did get lucky in this visit in that the city was able to come over immediately because they had nothing better to do due to the corona virus scare essentially shutting them down. The city shut off the water outside the house while Dennis worked on the original leaky area. All said and done I was charged about $340 for 2.5 hours labor and materials, to me it was well worth the price for what I had done. I was not charged $220 per hour like I was from another company (rhymes with Boto Booter) and spent 500$ on 1.5 hours (they rounded up after the first hour passed) and way less materials. I will be contacting Cummings for future jobs.

Nobody ever wants to call a plumber, but when we do we call Cumming's Plumbing! For years they have been our go to and they never disappoint. They always come through for us.

Dennis came out to my house today. I had several plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. He did a great job fixed everything and offered some good advice. He left my home spotless. I highly recommend Cumming's plumbing and Dennis is a hard worker and very efficient. They are also very reasonably priced. Definitely will use them again.

I was very pleased with the work done in my home by Cumming Plumbing!  Daniel was very professional & timely.  He completed all of the work requested despite the fact that we lost power shortly after he started!!  I would definitely recommend Cumming to others....and plan to call them for any of my own future plumbing needs!!

I screwed up, and Cummings rescued me. Nancy was awesome in scheduling emergency/after-hours service for me, and Dan arrived in short order to take care of my problem. We were having trouble with our 10 year old garbage disposal and were able to get a same-day appointment with Cummings Plumbing. Brandon came out on time and confirmed that it was time for a replacement. He worked quickly and took time to explain the new disposal and warranty. He left the work site clean. Would use again

Daniel came over within the window given, and called 15 minutes before. He quickly got to work, and was very honest and thorough - we expected to have to replace two outdoor spigots, but he advised us that neither was leaking, and they did not need replaced. He crawled into our crawl space and found another hose was leaking (from utility sink) and was able to repair and tighten the fitting. Overall, very happy with the service, and will definitely call Cumming Plumbing again in the future when necessary.

Cumming Plumbing is a great company! I called today because my child flushed a toothbrush down the toilet and my toilet would not completely flush. The lady who answered said no problem and gave me a time window of 3p-6p. I had the pleasure of having Justin as my plumber and he called before he came. When he got here he was very professional and I directed him to the toilet with the issue. In less than 5 mins Justin was able to get the toothbrush from the toilet, and now my toilet flushes perfectly!! I would recommend Justin and this company to my neighbors!

Loved that they showed up on time. Very careful, clean and wore PPE. fixed a problem two other plumbing companies couldn't. The level of professionalism was very high. I really appreciated the lack of small talk and consideration on the task at hand. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

In my opinion, this is a highly unscrupulous company.  If I could give zero stars I would. They are extremely rude, unprofessional and promise things they refuse to follow through on. The owner retired and left it to his kids who care more about money than quality or their reputation. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and this company has been fighting me every step of the way since November 2019..  My next step will be to file official complaints with LARA and the AG office.  Don't walk away from this company....Run.

Dennis Soule was fantastic! He was very friendly and made us feel like he had our best interests in mind! His work is quick and clean and accurate!! Nancy in scheduling was so sweet and professional! We are really happy with this team.

Cumming Plumbing is a team of real professionals, from the person who answers the phone to help you schedule service to the plumbing experts who do the work. We needed a gas line installed for a new dryer. Brad & Justin were awesome! Very knowledgeable, thorough & neat. They explained everything they did, along with very detailed summary of charges. I would use them again & recommend them to anyone!

After trying my hand at using a power snake to unclog a basement floor drain, I found Cumming Plumbing on Angie's List. Wonderful experience! Justin and Josh were early, called before coming out, and explained their work in detail. It was a tough clog, almost 80 ft to the main line, but they persevered and cut out the blockage. Cleaned up everything as well. Very professional and knowledgeable. They recommended maintenance clean outs to prevent this in the future and I will definitely do that! Thanks again guys!

Dan and Justin came out to help me with an issue involving my irrigation system. They were quick, courteous and professional. I've found a local plumber for all my future needs.

The township came up with a mandate which required that every home with a sprinkler/irrigation system had to have its backflow prevention assembly tested and certified.  I had utilized Cumming's Plumbing on multiple occasions in the past, so, when I saw they were on the list of state-approved backflow testers, I gave them a call.  A gentleman named Daniel came out.  He seemed very experienced and professional, and he answered several questions I had while he did his work, adding some helpful observations and suggestions to optimize my sprinkler system.  Even though our system was on the older side, I was pleased that his testing indicated that it passed.  After he completed his official work, he went above and beyond by offering to take a brief look at the controller module inside the garage, which had given me problems, and he gave me some advice about that.  A job well-done!

They were pleasant, did a great job, cleaned up and I thought they were reasonable. They are now my go to plumbers. We would definitely use them again....

my 2 plumbing concerns, these people are as professional and experienced as they come.  Not only was Emily able to give a fair assessment over the phone in terms of probable cause, but explained
charges in terms of hourly rate etc.  Very fair pricing.  Brad was a gem and explained potential issues, charges, and how he would first proceed.
He was correct in his assessment and fixed the problem in one visit.  Had
necessary repair parts on the truck.

Nancy in the office was awesome to schedule with.  Daniel called prior to arriving, and quickly and efficiently moved from one issue to the next.  He was polite and professional.  I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I've used Cumming's a couple of smaller projects in the past, but I just had them complete a major project that involved significant disruption.  They did excellent work for a fair price.  I had a couple of other plumbers take a look at the job, and I received bad advice and information from them.   I have complete confidence in Cumming's work and rates, and I won't be looking to any other plumbers in the future.  Shoutouts to Dave, Emily, and Nancy for their excellent customer service.

Hired Cumming's Plumming to replace all the hose bibs on the exterior of my house several years ago. Everything was great. Then hired them to fix a broken pipe this week due to me leaving a hose connected over the winter. Nick was great. Very courteous and professional and fixed our issue quickly. Terrible customer service. Called to get a quote on a bathroom remodel. We scheduled a time for them to come out and the day of we called after they missed their 2 hour window. The lady on the phone was very rude and insisted multiple times they called me and I canceled because I didn't want to remodel my bathroom. They never once called me and I have the phone records to prove it. After I insisted that never happened the story changed to well maybe it was a voicemail. Nevertheless they continued to blame me and rather than reschedule they said how busy they were and perhaps I could call another contractor and they would do the plumbing. Too busy for business, rude customer service, and never once apologized just blamed the customer. Stay away!

We had a relatively minor pipe problem that needed to be addressed and based on positive reviews here at Yelp decided to contact Cumming rather than Horton who appears to be the big dog in the area but had mixed reviews.  Glad I did!

It was easy to set up an appointment and on that day Dan called to let us know he was running ahead of schedule (!) and offered to arrive early.  You bet!

He quickly assessed the source of the problem and did not point and laugh when I admitted that my ignorance had caused it.  He made the repair quickly without making any mess and was kind enough to give straightforward responses to some additional questions about other plumbing issues.

In short, Cumming/Dan were easy to work with, prompt, professional and fair in their pricing.

Been using them for years and always a good experience. Dan came out to help with faucet and did a great job. Professional guy. Will be using them next for new hot water heater in February.

Crawling around under a kitchen sink to fix a leak sucks to the max. This is one job coming off my home maintenance list. Cumming is quick friendly and reasonably priced. They will do the job in a Lot less time than I could do it.

I have used Cumming's Plumbing a few times, and my recent experience in the last week has left me disappointed and frustrated. My previous experience last year was that they are at the higher end of pricing, but they are reliable and did quality work.

Last week, I had them out to replace water filters for a reverse osmosis system. They quoted the pricing prior, but when they arrived onsite, they brought an apprentice with an additional $20+ fee that I wasn't aware of. I expressed this to the office that they need to notify customers of these things in the future.

A day after installing the filters, there was a leak, which wasn't there before the replacement took place.

I contacted them to come back and repair the leak, and I was told that I wouldn't be charged another service fee if the reason for the visit was tied to the previous service call. In addition, I was having them repair my sump pump connection which unexpectedly broke over the weekend. Upon arrival, the plumber assessed the situation and said he was not responsible for the leak and that the connectors needed to be replaced. This was not told to us the previous week when he was onsite. Because of this, he charged an additional service fee for the call. When I expressed my displeasure over this to the office, they told me there was nothing they could do.

For being a family-owned business, I expected a different level of customer service and understanding in working with repeat customers. It feels like they are simply gouging customers with these fees.

I've worked with many plumbing companies in the past, and I've never experienced something like this. As a result, I will not be using them again.

I have been very remiss in writing my 5+ star review for Cumming Plumbing. We needed a new water heater installed and after checking online reviews on Yelp, we contacted Cumming.

We were SO glad we did! Dennis was the perfect person for the job. He was incredibly efficient and a very hard worker. He was so nice, very professional, very friendly and laid back. He commented on how happy he was to work for Cumming and to me, that says a lot!

We have been recommending Cumming to our family and co-workers and if we need plumbing services in the future, we now know exactly who to call.

Book with confidence! Great experience with Cumming's and specifically Nancy and Dennis. They were patient and worked with me and the city to replace part of my water main, costs are very reasonable. Nancy was really nice to speak with and went out of her way to work with schedule conflicts as they arose and communicate. Dennis explained everything and talked with me about preventative maintenance and Dennis did a great job and in a timely manner.

We had a garden faucet installed in our yard, which involved tying into our cold water line, drilling through the basement wall, trenching under some sidewalk, and anchoring a 6 foot 4x4 post to mount the faucet.
Dave came out and gave us our estimate, and Scott came out to do the work.
Scott and his helper (I'm sorry I've forgotten his name, he was excellent) were great to work with. They were friendly with my dog, very patient explaining the details to me (I wasn't able to be there during Dave's estimate), worked quickly, and did a very good job cleaning up after themselves. Scott was happy to listen to my input about where and how to mount the spigot.

We will be happy to use Cumming Plumbing again in the future.

We've been having trouble with our plumbing recently and Cumming Plumbing has helped and guided us through it all like pros.

We'd been using Horton Plumbing until it became clear that they were doing more harm than good. The first time we called Cumming, they disclosed their prices and fees right away. After having issues with surprise fees with Horton, this was a huge plus for us. Dave came out to snake and see if that would fix things. He talked us through the whole process to make sure we understood what to expect and where we might need to go from there. Dave went out of his way to work with our tight budget as new homeowners and even offered to talk us through a few simple corrections we were going to need to make on Horton's work. On top of all that, he did an extremely clean job! Our floors were still spotless when he was done.

Last night we had a flooding situation and called Cumming again. Dan came out and was one of our two heroes of the night. We were at a loss, but he helped us every step of the way. I really can't praise him enough.

My household (and my family too from the sound of it) is definitely going to be working with Cumming Plumbing for all our plumbing needs from now on!

Dan did a great job today helping me out with a toilet that overflowed and caused flooding. He found the problem (supply line) and repaired it really quickly and was very informative. He provided me the documents I would need for my insurance .  I have been very impressed with Cumming Plumbing's service and promptness. This is the third issue I've had them come for and they have come quickly and made the whole process easy.

I would highly recommend.  Great experience from start to finish.  I used Yelp to get quotes and Cumming's responded quickly with a fair and transparent quote.   We scheduled an appointment quickly.  Plumber (Dennis) arrived on time with a call before to let me know he was on his way and was just outstanding.   He replaced my faucet in a very difficult space under the sink quickly and efficiently.  He even had to customize shims and spacers to make the faucet perfectly centered.  This was not an easy install in an very awkward space but he did a great job.  I will definitely use them again for any future needs.

On time, friendly, clean, and excellent installation.  Nancy, who rook call and scheduled, was friendly and helpful.  Would definitely recommend Brandon (our plumber today) and Cummings.

Had a leaky pipe in the basement. Toni arrived on time, very friendly and efficient. Explained what needed to be done, then quickly did the work to replace the segment of the pipe. We have used this business in multiple homes, and they always deliver. Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Further discussion with employees at the company, and was ultimately agreed to a refund from Emily. However, further phone calls in regards to said refund proved to be mere lies. Attempts were made to defer the refund by offering to send the SAME employee to re-evaluate the shower panel issue. Then offered a different employee to come evaluate, yet was initially told by the first plumber who came to the home that no one at the company is really familiar with these panels. Why would a sane person even agree to that? This was declined, obviously, as the initial evaluation was worthless. They had the exact information of the issue at hand prior to in person evaluation, video attached. Clearly this company does not care about their customer satisfaction, let alone being trustworthy. They claim to have explained an $80 minimum per hour, yet this was only noted WHEN I called in regards to concern of being overcharged. This was not told to me in advance. Employee was not there for an hour as noted previously. Now they state the shower is not repairable. How would they know if they did not remove the panel to evaluate for such? False claims. Again, would NOT recommend this company for any plumbing services based on their poor customer service, untrustworthiness, and outright lies. Spare yourselves the headache, and use a different company.

My job:  I had a forced water back-up for my sump pump installed.

My situation: I have a basement, with a sump pump pit, and I have a high water table, particularly in the spring.

My goal:  Never to have to ever again, haul over 100 buckets of water out of my sump pump pit because of a prolonged power outage.

My actions:  I researched back-up sump pump systems, and my findings were that my needs dictated that I go with a forced water system (more expensive) over a marine battery type of system.  Honestly, I think everybody should go with that system, and most folks would agree.  I then researched plumbing companies in my area.  I looked at reviews, and I paid attention to who had both the best reviews, but were coupled with the most reviews, for obvious reasons.  I found that Cumming's Plumbing excelled at both.  Being the kind of guy that I am though, I called the top three plumbing companies, and based upon my conversation with Nancy, at Cummings, it was an easy decision.  Nancy is smart, and the thing about her, is that she not only answers your questions, she has the unique ability to answer the questions you forget to ask.  She not only knows her stuff, but she teaches you during the pleasant conversation.  I can't say enough about Nancy.

The plumber:  Dan is the guy who Cumming's sent to my condo to do the work.  Now I'm gonna say this right out of the gate.  I'm not the easiest person for a contractor to work for.  I ask a lot of questions, many of them unnecessary.  Dan had the patience of a kindergarten teacher with me, and my questions.  More importantly, he brought with him many years of knowledge, and skill.  He easily answered all of my questions as he did a terrific job installing my system.  My system was not a simple job either.  I needed a new water line installed to feed the system. I have a drop ceiling, and a finished basement, which are all complications to a simple installation.  Dan was able to install my system, complications and all, and do it with the least amount of turmoil to my walls and ceiling.  When the job was done, and Dan was gone, my basement was clean.  I really can't say enough good things about Dan.  

The price:  The price was as competitive as any on the market, and even though there were complications, the install price that Nancy gave me on the phone, was the final price.  Cumming's Plumbing did not try to tag things onto the price that was quoted over the phone.  I can't say that would be the case for everyone, but I was surprised that there were no add on costs.

The conclusion:  Since this work was completed, I have decided to use Cumming's to do some more work that I want done in my condo.  In other words, they passed the audition, and I will not only use them exclusively for my work, and I hope there's not a lot more, but I will also recommend them to my friends...

Heard gurgling from toilets and saw back up in shower and bathtub. Called Cumming's Plumbing bc this was not new to me, but they were. $165/hr plus 25% of each 15 min increment  Nick and Brandon show up at 4:50 pm, and hand me invoice for $247.50 at 5:20pm. Nick said Brandon's fee was the additional $82.50 to expedite the job...??? Asked about guarantee can't guarantee what we don't know what goes down sewer..fair enough. Told him NOT happy with the misrepresentation of fees. Nick so not cared and SAID nothing would be done per price adjustment.  So, WHAT MADE ME WRITE THE CHECK OUT FOR $247.50 you might ask as I asked myself same question. Called CP and told gal NOT HAPPY. How would she like herself or Mom/Dad or family member(perhaps a sibling)  to be hoodwinked like this? She said it wasn't hoodwinking. Went on to say that I would be cancelling check for $247.50, and sending one for $165. Thank you for letting me rant. Will be posting on Nextdoor.com next...and BBB.

Great company fantastic job! We (Red Bell Preschool) just had them out for a clogged sewer line. Immediate Service, arrived in 1 hour after my call. Dans experience brought a quick and efficient resolve. Dan and Nick kept it from being a bigger issue and they didn't gouge me on price. Leak behind bathroom vanity wall.  Daniel found/repaired leak by replacing PVC for old galvanized pipe elbow in no time with only a small hole cut in the wall.  Daniel is very professional & nice guy.  Work was reasonably priced.

I am stunned this company has such a high ranking. If I could give negative stars I would.

They took advantage of my mother in how they installed a sump pump and serviced it. After repeated calls to them to fix the pump as it would NOT turn on, they would wiggle the installed switch, say it worked, and then it would fail again. Since this debacle and because of how Cummingsy made it drain out when it did work they have water damage in their basement.

We had Eric come to our house while I was at work.  My wife said he was fantastic.   Eric explained things very well and was thorough with his work.  Eric also went out his way to give suggestions on how to fix our plumbing issues.  My wife and I will be sure to call Cummings in the future and request Eric.

My parents used Cumming Plumbing to replace their garbage disposal and check on a few issues. The two men, Daniel and his apprentice, arrived on time. They were efficient and answered all of our questions and solved all problems quickly without issue. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Wonderful. These people are happy in what they do. Nancy, talking my call, and Dennis, managing the tight fit and the grunt work, are so nice to speak with. This, of course, means little if it didn't also come with Dennis beautiful work. All the previous junk under our sink now looks so bright and clean and neat. Dennis and Nancy both were able to give clear explanations of the process - and were professional, in addition to being fun.
There is an extra charge for coming to Ann Arbor, which I feel is well worth this quality.

I would recommend this company unconditionally.  We have used them twice with excellent results.  On Sunday August 2nd, 2020 we had an issue with our sump pump.  Cumming's came to our house - diagnosed the issue - suggest a solution we accepted - they did this with no charge.  A Sunday mind you!

Today, they installed the new sump pump.  The young man installing was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job.

Another fantastic experience with Cumming's Plumbing!  As much as I would prefer to not require their services, I am so glad I discovered this company.  Brad came out today for some work on a shower and hot water heater.  Everyone at Cumming's is always friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful.  Their prices are very fair and the quality of work is excellent.  I'll also mention that with both Dennis and Brad, my typically over-eager dogs remained remarkably calm while they were on-site.  Since one of my dogs is currently recovering from surgery, I truly appreciated Brad's calm demeanor.  Thank you again, Cumming's Plumbing.

WOW! Cannot give enough thanks to Nick for the job he did at our house today. Needed a new water heater installed. Got 4 estimates and Cummings was the best. We have used them before and have been very happy with the work. Nick was on time and very polite. He got the job done, cleaned up, and showed how the new heater was set up. ( our old one was 23 years young). Nick had to deal with a few snags and code requirements but he was very efficient with his time. He is definitely a plus for Cummings and I would not hesitate to request him for future plumbing needs.

A surgery left me a bit down and out, made worse by a backed up sewer line. That sewer is the bane of my existence.

In December we fired our old plumber which felt sad and good and bad and everything all at once. But we didn't have time to find a new one - and of course the fix from the old plumber failed. Again.

At first Cumming's was not going to be able to come until the following week, but after I explained our situation (literally after surgery the only thing that provided relief was a hot shower) they did squeeze me in on the same day. I cried happy tears. The also reviewed my video from the prior plumber.

It isn't good news, but at least Cummings explained the video from the other plumber - an easy task which was never done by the other guy. Cummings isn't the cheapest guy on the block, but he did me a solid by coming the same day and explaining what needed to happen to my sewage line so we don't continue to dump $1000 / year into it.

I had a garbage disposer issue and called Cumming's Plumbing based on the reviews that I read. The reviews didn't lie.  Tony came out that day to solve the problem.  He was prompt at arriving after calling.  He was very specific with what the problem was and explained what he was doing when I had questions.  He was friendly and left the area clean when finished. I will definitely be calling Cumming's Plumbing if I have any other problem (hopefully I won't though). Kudos to Tony. #72509

Great company.  Prompt appointment times.   Bert good service.  I have used them three times for jobs around the house such as new toilet installation, new sump pump installation, Refrigerator water line replacement.  Tony and Brandon did a great job today at our new house.  Second time they've helped us out.   Will use them again in the future for sure.

Old toilet leaking and wouldn't flush. After talking with Nancy (who was very helpful and knowledgable) over the phone, I was relieved and knew I called the right place. Nick fit me in at the end of his day on 1/5/22 and after investigating offered to either replace the tank or the entire toilet.  Most would have only offered a toilet replacement. He was very professional and after the work he not only cleaned up but he cleaned the rust off the tiles where the tank had leaked! They are awesome. Called Cumming s Plumbing to fix a leak around my bathtub they sent 2 so called plumbers out they didnt fix that problem or the leaking faucet I had charged me 170.00 just to look no service I had to pay another plumber to do what they were suppose to do.I called there office to complain they blew me off. Don t expect good service from this company.

I used the service a while back. The guys are professional and get the job done. I was quoted for a single plumber but was charged for two( the other one is the apprentice). The job was to fix the faucet which did not need 2 guys and I wasn't told that I will be charged so that left me with the feeling I was scammed and took advantage of, so please be ware to ask how you would be charged before using their services.

Cumming's was subcontracted through my landscape company.  I felt that their pricing was very fair.  Work completed (install of 3/4 gas line) was decent.  My big beef was that they completely miscommunicated with regards to the steps required for inspection by the township.  As a result, I waited all day for them to come out to do the inspection with the township and they never called me.  I called to inquire why they never came out and was informed that they did the inspection from outside.  Now, they have to come back out AGAIN on another day to connect the gas itself.  Totally wasted hours of my time.  

Instead of owning up to a communication mistake, the owner Dave just wanted to move past it and finish the job.  That's good, I wanted the job done too, but the least I could have got was an apology.  

Dave, I own my own business too. When we make a mistake that impacts the customer, we do two things!  1. own the mistake and apologize.  2. Fix the mistake.  Please take note of #1.

Tony was our plumber from Cummings and he was outstanding.  He arrived on time, was professional and courteous.  He answered all our questions and addressed all our issues.  would highly recommend him and Cumming's Plumbing to anyone.

We needed a hose bib replaced. Called Cumming's Plumbing and they were one of the few companies that actually answered!  Set up an appointment.  Nick and John called before arriving, were very professional and cleaned up when they were finished. Will call again for future work.

My plumber was Nick.  He addressed my bathroom sink leak.  He was fast, clean, neat.  The office is also a pleasure to work with.  I will use them again.

I called Cumming's Plumbing after hours because we discovered that we needed a new water heater.  Our call was answered and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning.  Dennis was very professional and the work was completed in a timely manner.  He discovered valves that were not working/installed as they should have been and corrected them.
We will use this company again.

This is my second service with Cumming Plumbing and always pleasant, professional, on time, and quick.  Brad fixed the garbage disposal, cleaned up after himself and completed the job well.  Thank you and would highly recommend.

Cummings came out really quick called in advance and they were early. What I thought was an easy fix took about an hour and a half. My only complaint is their $75 fee to come out and we were told after the first hour ($80 an hour) they billed in 15 minute increments .  we were charged $85 an hour and a full 2 hours. The work done was done very well.

Had a significant leak after business hours. Emily got me on the phone with Dan who walked me through a simple repair and I was all set in a matter of minutes. No service call or charge. I can't thank you both enough! I definitely recommend Cumming's Plumbing and will be calling them again as needed.

I had Dan (and John) drill through cupboards to fish drain line and waterline for a non standard dishwasher install.  Dan did an excellent meticulous job and was quick! I am a repeat customer and will call back again with any plumbing needs.

I waited 4 weeks before posting a review and wish I could leave 6 stars!  Dave (the Owner) and Brandon were absolutely amazing!  They installed a new dishwasher and replaced the wax ring on a toilet for my elderly parents.  They wore masks and shoe covers and were completely professional, efficient, courteous, warm and comforting to my mom.  Brandon is a big teddybear and managed to juggle removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one, all while answering my mom's endless questions (ranging from Did you play football in high school? to Where is the filter on the new dishwasher?)

My mom's floor and/or the countertop aren't perfectly leveled and John immediately identified and pointed it out to her and tried to split the difference so that the gap wouldn't be so noticeable to the eye.  

This was our first time using Cummings and are so grateful to have been referred to them.  The entire team and operation are A++.  I would be remiss in not mentioning Emily and Nancy, the receptionist/schedulers.  Many businesses lose potential customers before they can even become an actual customer because the receptionist/schedulers are unfriendly, curt or just plain rude. First impressions matter!  Emily and Nancy were amazing and could teach a master class on customer service, responsiveness and follow-through.

Our toilet was loose and we called Cumming's Plumbing last week. They sent Daniel today and he repaired the toilet quickly and efficiently! He was courteous, timely, and provided excellent workmanship! Highly recommend Daniel and his team at Cumming's Plumbing!
