We called Ellison to figure out why our utility bills have been skyrocketing. Even thought we already had an HVAC company out to check our heat pump, within 15 minutes the electrician diagnosed the problem as the furnace running while the AC was on. There was a board in the furnace that controls this and should have been checked by the HVAC company in the first place. Even better Ellison called me in the evening to check if I was happy with their service.
