Thank you, Archer Electric Service! I had an outlet arc out in the middle of the night on Friday, which caused the entire bedroom to shut down (no lights, no fans, etc). I dealt with it over the weekend, thinking that I could fix it myself. After trying - and seeing the damage to the outlet - I knew I needed a professional.

Archer wasn't my first choice, because honestly, I've not heard of them. I called two other more well-known electric companies in the area, but they couldn't even come out for two weeks.  When I called Archer on Monday afternoon, they were available to come out the next morning!

They said they'd be there between 8:30 and 9am, and they showed up at about 9:02, which is still great! They came in, fixed the outlet and finished, all within an hour! They were quick and courteous, too.

And, the best part, they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for a simple service. I will definitely be calling Archer Electric again the next time I need an electrician.

Timely and professional. They fixed me right up replacing circuit breakers and installing new outlets.

I ran into some strange wiring in my garage and decided I needed a professional to come take a look.  I called Archer expecting to wait several days for someone to come out.  They arrived an hour later.  Their folks identified the problem and a great solution and had the entire job done in about an hour.  They were real life-savers...

We have used Archer Electric for my home and business for many years.  They charge a fair price, show up on time, and clean up when finished.  I will continue to use them for all of our electrician needs.

The nice & professional electrician came to my house to install a ceiling fan. He went out of his way to make sure it was done right. It turned out I had a broken wire in my wall and he tracked it down and fixed it. So now my fan works great.

He showed up on time and the cost for the job was very reasonable. I highly recommend them. :-)

We used this company three times and were very satisfied. All three jobs were relatively small. We recently asked them to look at doing another job which would have been the biggest they had done for us and may have led to a couple of more projects. They promised 3 times to set up an appointment before or after Christmas and never called.  We said there was no rush on getting job done just needed an estimate.  A larger competitor had no problem coming out to a new customer even when they were busy.  2 stars for dishonesty.  If you are too busy..say so.

He knows right away what needs to be done and goes over the situation clearly and allows me to make decisions without pressure. I know that the is not overselling because he often tells me that I don't need to replace the items I was planning to replace.

Terrible kept me waiting all day. I even had to call them for them to tell me they were not coming. Very unprofessional, I would not trust them to do electrical work in my home.

I think these guys are pretty good. Located close to archer rd and I75. Behind McDonalds. Very clean trucks.
