We called this company because of previous experience via a home warranty program...and they were the only ones that serviced the brand we had.  The service seemed okay but an hour after they were here, our home was burglarized.  Not saying they did it, but highly suspicious.  Buyer beware.  If you find you have similar experience, post it here so that a pattern will show up for the police.
