After working in the plumbing field with companies having questionable business practices, I decided it was time for a change and a new bar to be established for the plumbing industry. I purchased the very best scientific equipment I could find, established a National Training Program for my team to elevate them from untrained Scopers to trained Plumbing Inspectors with an understanding of construction and hydronics. Mainline Services was designed to educate people in the plumbing field with real world pricing and give top rated service at one low all inclusive price. Our portfolio consists of Residential, Commercial, Warehouse, and Military establishments. We inspect pipeline construction in waste lines, septic laterals, vacuum lines, bridges, and fiber optic/power line shells. WE DO NOT REPAIR plumbing, perform excavations, or clean lateral lines. All we focus on is the absolute best on-site recorded video inspection with written accuracy in problem solution.

Mainline services was great to work with. Showed up on time, and did a fabulous job of documenting every inch of our sewer line. Our technician Matt went way above and beyond in helping us to identify an obstruction. He stuck around for an additional half hour to help us retrieve the piece that had fallen into, and was obstructing the pipe. Could not recommend this company higher. They really care about doing a great job. Matt is a great representative for this firm.

If you are a homeowner or considering buying a house you have GOT to use this company to check out your sewer lines! WOW!  I learned so much from them! We were explained everything  and I always love it when a company educates you on how NOT to get ripped off by other companies by informing you of industry tricks not to mention how to not get scammed by the city either! At $7k and up in fines, thats crucial to know how to avoid!   For $99 how can you loose?!?!  Reallllly really happy AND empowered here!

Very happy with Mainline Services.  Jackson was a pleasant and knowledgeable tech who stuck through a difficult situation in the cold - on the last call of the day right before Christmas.  Highly recommend getting a video done so you know exactly what is needed.  Peace of mind is worth every penny.

My partner and I contracted with Mainline to do the sewer inspection on a house we were preparing to buy, and are we ever grateful that we did! Dewayne, our technician, did an incredibly thorough scope, finding a number of concerning features of the existing pipework including cracks and shoddy patchwork repairs, and also took careful time to deduce which lines from the house were (illegally) not feeding into the city line. Dewayne and Mainline saved us thousands of dollars, and everyone we interacted with in the process was polite and professional, and took great pains to explain things to us intelligibly.

I have been referring Dwayne & Mainline to my clients for the last 3 years, and he has done 25+ sewer inspections for me and my clients.  I also have Dwayne scope all of my personal residences and investment properties.  Dwayne has the best HD equipment for a sewer scope, which is important so that something isn't missed.  I especially like that they can digitally flip the camera so we are not all standing there hanging our heads upside down.  I think the most important part of the sewer scope tech is explaining when/why there is an issue, and that's just something that takes a ton of experience.  It's not always black & white, there are a ton of gray (and brown) areas when it comes to these sewer lines.  I have done sewer scopes before where I knew more about the line than the tech, just because I have seen so many of them.  Anyone can stick a camera in a sewer line, dissecting where there may be costly issues is a whole different animal, and can ultimately cost someone a lot of money ($4,000 - $15,000) if an issue is missed.  Most of the techs out there have less than one year experience, yet they are evaluating something that can be very costly or terminate a Real Estate transaction.  Mainline explains any issues in a way that is easy for anyone to understand, and will do free locates if there are issues found.  Locating is identifying where the issue is (yard, garage, street, etc) and marking the depth and precise location.  This is helpful when contractors come to give repair quotes.  Mainline doesn't sell plumbing repairs, so their scopes are not biased towards costly estimates.  Trust me, you don't want your scoper to be a big plumbing company, they always want to sell you a brand new line (go figure).  Mainline will also talk to both sides of the Real Estate transaction, helping buyers and sellers understand what issues truly matter.  And if you do get Dwayne, the dude is just plain funny and always has a big southern smile.  I recently met Dwayne for a scope and he told me that he is writing the first training manual for all Colorado scopers, it's fantastic and tells you the amount of experience he has and how he stands by his craft.  They just charge $99 flat rate w/ no hidden fees, free locates and no charges for pulling a toilet and re-installing with a new wax ring.  If you want honest, friendly service (with a smile of course) call Dwayne & Mainline.

The best money we ever spent. Matt showed up right on time (!) and scoped our line.  He was very knowledgeable and spent the time to explain what we were seeing. We had been told we needed 18k worth of repairs.  In fact a clean out every couple of years would keep things flowing nicely.  There was nothing wrong with the pipe.  It just hadn't been cleaned for fifteen years.  Be careful of those other companies out there that really only want to sell expensive and excessive services.  Thank you Matt and Mainline!  I heartily recommend this business.  There is an honorable business out there!

I have used this company for years and it used to be great, when it was just the owner Dewayne.  But he now has a bunch of people working under him and does not do the sewer scopes himself.  Recently we had a sewer line scoped by one of his employees, the employee could not get into the house from the clean out, so he just went inside and scoped out.  He said the line was in great shape.  Well, a few weeks later the buyers moved in and toilets started backing up, causing major issues and an emergency call to a very expensive plumber.  Turned out the line was broken.  After this happened I called Dewayne for his help in resolving the issue.  He was immediately defensive and refused to admit his employee had made a mistake.  We talked about this for weeks and he was very uncooperative and combative.  We wanted him to come to the house so we could discuss what happened and he said the only day he could be there was Father's Day because he lives 175 miles away.  If he lives 175 miles away he is probably not very hands on on his Denver business. And it shows.  After all of this I posted a review on the BBB, after which he called the El Paso Co Sheriff on me, not really sure why.  Then he sent me numerous threatening text messages starting at 11:40pm. Needless to say, I will no longer be using this business.

Similar to below I was disturbed by the response when trying to get several bookings for this service. I had asked to speak with Renee as I had in the past only to be told by the new manager that Renee no longer worked for the company. After a mild query to why I was hung up on abruptly. Shortly later Duane phones back harassing me for business and makes very personal comments about his former employee, never mind berating his new office manager for having no more responsibility past answering the phone!
I politely declined the service. Christian?

Tom Payne was incredibly thorough and kind during his call. He took his time going over everything and walking me through what he was seeing as well as even a few other plumbing items in the house. He then went above and beyond by going out in a blizzard to mark the location of the sewer line for me. Beyond pleased with his work.

This place is amazing!!! The owner and their team are the best at customer service and recommending people and services that meet your means and needs. Plumbline Services came to my grandmother's house and quoted her a $9000 patch job, thankfully for the amazing and honest work mainline did they found Plumbline was lying and trying to scam an elderly person for thousands of dollars. Thank you Mainline and the amazing work you do and we are so thankful for you!

Mainline Services saved us more than $6K on replacing our main sewer line. They are the BEST.

I suggest to anyone needing to get any type of sewer scoping done they call Mainline for an independent scope. After nearly being ripped off by a plumbing company who quoted between $13-20K+, we called Dewayne for a second opinion. We're so glad we did!

  - He was extremely thorough.
  - Explained everything in terms we could understand, walked us through problems and options step-by-step, and gave us the should-and should nots.
  - Pointed out problemmatic work done by other company (including bio hazards and things not done to code).
  - Gave us a DVD and link of the sewer line scope.
  - Communication was top-notch (prompt, courteous, professional) -- not just with Dewayne, but with his office.
  - Gave us their preferred vendor list (they gets nothing for referring other companies), which gave us the opportunity to have multiple businesses bid on the job.

By working with Mainline, we truly felt we had an advocate and a partner in fixing a major problem. Cannot recommend them more. Definitely worth the small investment. Do it!

These guys were super responsive and were able to make it out right away.  There inspection report was done quickly and thoroughly.  They even performed locates on the damaged section of the sewer.  The crew on-site was super knowledgeable and friendly, I'll will definitely be recommending this company for anything in the future.

Thank you Mainline! I wanted to get an impartial third party when it came to my sewer scope.  I had a backup and called Roto Rooter.  BIG MISTAKE.  $650 later... I got a bad snake and my scope guy told me that it was going to cost $14,600. I cried...  Lol.  I was so stressed out! The Roto Rooter guy was super uncomfortable and then he told me that... I didn't NEED to do it right away.  Then I tearily said okay. I'll do it in 2 months.  Then he reassured me that there was no TRUE timeframe to get it done.  Weird, right?

I talked to my parents and they said to get a second impartial opinion.  I decided to go with Mainline, because of their great reviews.  Guess what? I saw huge roots that weren't even snaked! No wonder the water was pooling.  He took his time explaining everything and the different falls and what to be concerned and what not to be concerned about.  I DON'T HAVE TO FIX ANYTHING! I do need to get things cleaned again. I honestly don't trust Roto Rooter to do the job again.  I'm going to go with the guy Mainline recommended.  I'm not paying $450 to get a snake... I've read many reviews now and know that the going rate is about $100-180.  It was recommended that I do this once every 1-3 years.  I feel good about things again.

Summary:
I have not come across a company that is as honest as this one. I highly recommend them!

Details:
We had a backup in our sewer line that caused damage to our finished basement. We called a widely used company here in Denver that came out to do a sewer line scope and gave us a quote of $30k to replace the line. That's not a typo. Apparently, our line was longer than the typical line, and the line had roots and was in bad shape according to the plumber, and the line needed replacement. When we asked the company for the DVD of the scope work (which was included in price paid), they refused to provide it. This told me that they simply didn't want any evidence that would go against their obscene quote.

After many tears shed, we decided to call a second company for an independent assessment of our sewer line-meaning a company that does not do repairs. After reading reviews, we decided on Mainline Services. Dewayne came out to see us and it was apparent from the beginning that he was about as knowledgeable as it gets. On top of that, he was very polite and friendly. We scoped the entire line, and we viewed the video together on a much bigger screen. We found NO major issues. The only thing we'll need is a cleaning to clear out some roots. That's it! Every question we had was answered in depth. We paid $99 for the scope, and what we received in return was exceptional service and a relief that I can't put into words. Thanks Dewayne!

I will start by saying I call this company often to help my clients get a real/honest opinion of their sewer line.  Often times in the real estate business sewer lines are scoped by unlicensed inspectors that don't understand the complexities of a sewer line, this is where mainline comes in.  Mainline is my first call to professionally scope and recommend what we are to do next.  Often times they disagree with the inspectors findings and help my clients feel at ease about their sewer line.  I share all of this because this company is extremely honest, upfront, trustworthy and easy to work with. They are also priced very well for the work they do.  I highly recommend them!

These guys and gals are top notch!
First, I called on Sunday, just expecting to leave a message. Low and behold, a real live lady picks up the phone. (+1) Then, she tells me, why yes, they can squeeze in a sewer scope the very next day at 1p. (+2)
The next day, Robert shows up, right on time, does a quick review of the property and plumbing and gets setup with the camera equipment. (+3) Myself, wife, and our realtor are peppering him with questions - because, you know, you have to sort of get a feel for the type of serviceman that shows up - he answers patiently and to our satisfaction, even lets me watch as he scopes the sewer line. Total pro. Also, the video equipment they use is very nice, state of the art stuff. Great video resolution, takes still shots along the way. And, Robert is explaining everything he sees and points it out to me on the video screen. Super nice, weill informed, great interaction, again just a total pro. (+4) In the end, we got a great sewer scope, it left us with peace of mind about our property, and it was done in a courteous and professional manner. (+5 stars all around.)

We have used Mainline on multiple properties.  The most recent was our property on Osceola.

Mainline did the initial sewer scope before we bought the peoperty, there was one low spot they recommended fixing.  We did fix.

During the sale of the house,  the new buyers did another scope, they found cast iron debris in the line.

Our contractor tried to tell us it was plaster.  Which we knew it was not.  The contractor had his plumber come and try to rooter the drain.   He assured us he got it all out.  When we asked Mainline to re-scope it for us,  they found the debris still in the drain.
Because we are such good customers,  Tommy tried several things to get the debris out of the line.   Tommy spent allot more time on the drain, went over and above what I thought he would.
Mainline is a great company to work with and saved us Thousands of dollars on repairs.

I would highly recommend Tommy and mainline for all your sewer and drain needs.

Tremendous service, expertise and integrity!  Mainline got to our property quickly after the prospective buyers of our house claimed to have found a flat spot in our home's sewer line where it ran under a city street that had to be repaired.  Michael Nutt from Mainline did an inspection and found the area in question wasn't as big as was claimed, was not impeding water flow, and did not need to be repaired.  He had seen this shady tactic before and knew we were getting taken.  We highly recommend Michael and Mainline.

I had an outstanding experience with Matt P from Mainline Services.    Was having an inspection done on a 1947 house that was under contract.  Matt went above and beyond to be able to scope the sewer line.   Because of various 90 degree turns in the sewer line, it was tricky.  Matt had the expertise and commitment to getting a good scope.  Found a crack in the line.  I was so grateful for Matt's professionalism and expertise.  A great company with excellent technicians.

They changed there initial response to my review, to make it look as though there was a compliance issue with the reviewing customer (when in fact you were talking about another issue/mistake you made with another customer) You made a mistake twice, and it really shows the ethics of your company.

Tom was great and knowledgeable.  Apparently the Sellers had plumbing issues the morning of my sewer scoping which was scheduled that morning.  They supposedly paid someone else $250 to do the scoping and have it cleared out.  Mainline charged $99 for the sewer scoping and long be hold they found roots and baby wipes in the pipes.  They are definitely trustworthy.

I'm a real estate agent and I've been referring all my buyers to Mainline for the last two years because they don't do sewer line repairs (no conflict of interest), very organized, friendly & easy to work wit, and now I know... if anything goes wrong, they have your back!! My client recently move-in and discovered a leak that was accidentally caused by the sewer scope during inspection. I assured her, Mainline is a great company and they would help. I was absolutely blown away when the owner of the company, Dwayne, showed up within a few hours, took exceptional care of her, paid to have everything repaired, and even paid for carpet cleaner. He even offered to put her up in a hotel room. I'm 100% confident in referring this company, they will take care of you!!!!

Had the great opportunity to work with Dewayne. He is far and away the best most honest person I worked with during our house buying days. Very prompt, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I was referred to him by my real estate agent and to our surprise was our favorite inspector/service that we worked with when we were inspecting everything. Dwewayne not only will be honest with you but will only recommend the services/repairs you need, no upselling. Great guy, great service, the new standard for home service providers.

SAVED ME 17,000.00 !!!!!  NICE TO KNOW THERE ARE HONEST PEOPLE OUT THERE!
After many plumbing issues, inspections, line jetting, and quotes of thousands of dollars I decided to have Dewayne from Mainline services come camera my lines for another opinion.  He fit me in between a couple of jobs, was so professional, explained what would be done & furnished me with a CD for viewing.  After a 17,000.00 quote from a previous inspector with another company......Dewayne confirmed that I did not in fact have an issue with a broken pipe, but a blockage that was not cleared resulting from our jetting not being done completely to the main sewer line which Dewayne easily dislodged.  He saved me a bundle of money that would have been paid by an unsuspecting customer for a false diagnosis and bid!!!  LOOK NO FURTHER. . . THIS CO IS HONEST....A RARE FIND!

This crew has taken care of more than 30 of my clients to date and not one--not even one--has had a complaint. Even better, most of my clients talk about how pleasant, professional, timely and clean every one on them team is! Could you ask for anything more? They are simply the best: the best service, the best equipment, the clearest results and the on-sight expertise to make home buyers and sellers comfortable. They even came to one of my properties during my listing appointment with the Sellers. Amazing!

I contacted Mainline after I had the basement drain back up and 2 snake attempts didn't work.  They were able to find the source of the blockage with their camera and then flag the area so my plumber would know where the issue was.  They were great. Professional, courteous, and fast. They don't do repairs so they aren't try to sell you services you don't need. They had to take out the toilet which was part of the $99 fee. I have a 100 year old house so I was scared to hear the diagnosis. But thankfully it wasn't as bad as I thought. Am super happy with their service and now my plumbing works again!

This review is long overdue.  We used Mainline Services for initial sewer inspection during house purchase.  They came highly recommended and it quickly became noticeable why:  They are prompt, very professional, detail oriented and do not cut corners, fair in their pricing and great where many companies fail.

We recently used a sewer line cleaner that left a lot to be desired and inaccurately diagnosed a problem with our main sewer line, claiming that we needed to call another company known to him as we may be looking at a need for sewer line repair.  That led to some suspicion as it had not been 5 months since Mainline Services inspection and the line had been repaired less than 3 years ago, so we were less than convinced of what this technician was reporting.  We called in Mainline Services to repeat inspection of the main line and they were more than happy to do so and even charged less because it was our second time using them.  We requested to have the same technician come around as he was more familiar with the line and we generally prefer working with one technician for any job.  Robert Peters has been our service technician and will remain our service technician if we have anything to say about it.  He truly represents what the company is about, which is providing great service to all their clients and going above and beyond to educate clients of what are concerns and what are not (all within the realm of his job of course).

This is a company that we would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for a professional plumbing company that specializes in sewer line inspections.  We would go a step further by highly recommending Robert Peters for the job.  You will not regret the decision to use either this company or the recommended technician.  The service speaks for itself.  You get a detailed report and video recording of your sewer line on DVD on the day of service.  Thank you so much Mainline Services and special thanks to Robert for the work that you do.  Our sewer line has been operating fine and with you by our side we know we have a great team to address any future issues!

First off, you should know that I did not actually hire Mainline for the plumbing work I thought I needed at my house.  I left Dwayne a voicemail around 7:30am when I realized I was having back-up issues in a basement bathroom - he called me within an hour.  After describing what was going on, Dwayne actually referred me to a different plumber with a specialty in the area I needed.  He also provided valuable advice and recommendations, as this was the first time I've dealt with mainline issues.

The plumber Dwayne referred me to is insured and trusted, and was at my house by 10:am, problem fixed by 10:30am.  I'm SO happy with the outcome.  Will be keeping Mainline Services and Dwayne on my short list of excellent contractors to work with in the future.

Yesterday, a guy from ARS cleared my sewer line and told me it needed to be replaced and they would do it for $15,000 minus my senior discount, which made it $13,223.  I called Mainline Services and John did an inspection today for $99.  He assured me that there was nothing wrong with the line, except it needs cleaning which should have been done by ARS.  So after an evening of stewing over a huge expense, it was great to be rescued by Mainline Services.  John was friendly, professional, and efficient.  Thanks.

When buying a house, get your sewer line scoped! That was great advice. Dewayne was able to get the job done on short notice while the inspector was at the house. He found and break in the line and saved me almost $6000. Got a bid from a contractor he recommended and the seller paid for the fix. Re-scope done by Matt just to make sure the job was done correctly. I'm happy and have over $5800 more in my pocket because of them!

In the past, we have received nothing but excellent service from Mainline. We have used them on 4 different occasions to do scopes for different properties we've purchased. The most recent time, however, was a swing and a miss, and regrettably, they have declined to accept any responsibility.

We purchased an older house that had an addition built on many years later, and as a result, there was more than one drain line going into our main line out of the house. Dewayne came out and scoped one of them, and told us everything was in great shape. We came to find out after moving in that there was a severe blockage in the other line of the house causing major drain back ups, and necessitating us having our concrete patio broken to access and replace underground pipes.

We called and asked why they didn't scope both lines coming off of the house, and Dewayne's response was to say that if we wanted the other line scoped, we should have told him it was there, and requested that he scope that one as well. Based on our previous experiences with Mainline and the high level of expertise I believed them to have, I wouldn't have thought they would need direction about which lines coming off of the house needed to be scoped. I'm not an expert on plumbing or sewers--that's why I hired one! The end result? We didn't have any inspection objections on the plumbing because everything looked great, and now we're on the hook for a several-thousand dollar pipe replacement due to a months-old blockage that should have been found at inspection.

We will not utilize the services of Mainline in the future.

We experienced two sewer backups in three months, even after outside clean outs. I called up Mainline Plumber and Matt Palmer used his investigative skills to find the source of the problem at a y-intersection that the cleaned outs were not covering. He explained the issue in detail with evidence from camera video and even worked to clean the issues with the camera. He showed the before and after and tested each toilet for clear flow. Amazing, amazing job. He is the Sherlock Holmes of plumbing issues!!

I would note that Mainline Plumbing sent Diamondback Drains to conduct the clean-out. I asked the tech to run a clean-out from inside the house yet he insisted that outside clean-outs were sufficient. Yet as Matt Palmer found out, this did not solve the issue.

Dewayne at mainline just potentially saved me $13K.  A potential buyer of my home hired AAA Services to scope my sewer for their home inspection.  AAA said I had a hole in the sewer and a belly that needed repaired to the tune of $13225.  I about had a heart attack.   My realtor insisted on a second opinion and we hired Mainline to come out with their HD camera and take another look.  The hole in the pipe turned out to be a piece of schmuck, and the low point is self flushing with no evidence of any clog there ever.  A 3' long low point in a 200' run is a non event and doesn't need any repair.   You could tell on the video that sewage has never even touched the top of the sewer pipe before or after that spot.

What I like about mainline is
1. They explain exactly what you are looking at and why something is or isn't a problem.
and
2. They have no vested interest in the results of their inspection.  They are going to make $99 whether you have a problem or not.

Great work by Matt. He was thorough, knowledgble, attentive, and very reasonable. He located and scoped an older property I just purchased. He even came to my home after and shared his expertise with me. Good to see in an industry beset by all manner of huckster, Matt and mainline are doing things the right way. Definitely a breath of fresh air in this wild west world of sewers!

I called Mainline Services after hearing neighbors' war stories about problems they were having with their sewer lines.  I have lived in my home 20 years and thought by some major luck I had not yet experienced their problems.  Yelp reviews prompted me to contact Mainline.

Dewayne, the owner, came out and scoped my sewer line.  Even before starting the job, he explained that homes built after 1993 used plastic rather than clay materials for sewer systems.  At any rate, he set up his equipment, explaining step-by-step the whole process and I was even able to watch his computer screen as he plunged the scope camera throughout the line.  He worked incredibly hard - my line had 9 curves before he could even get out to the street tap.  It was impossible, even after switching to a more flexible scope, for him to run the entire line.  He just did not want to give up and looked for alternative access points to the line - none.  The man had cuts on his hands and was just beat from trying to work the scopes through the full length of my sewer line.  He estimated he was just short 12 feet.  I called the job done; I felt so badly for him, but GRATEFUL he saw my line was perfect, just as it needed to be - the full 77 feet he was able to scope.  I was incredibly relieved - a major factor I did not need to worry about.  Dewayne gave me a DVD of the line he was able to scope, but refused payment for the job, because he could not complete it.

The man is wholly dedicated to providing ethical, customer oriented services - not just quality customer service, but customer support, protection and education!  I have never done work with any company of such dedication, tenacity, and integrity!  Mainline Services deserves 20 stars.  This is the ONLY business to contact to ensure you get honest input about your sewer line issues.  They do not repair the lines; they tell you what the actual problems are - if any - and provide you with credible information.

Dewayne, as a contractor, is friendly, professional and morally invested in his company!  CHEERS to him!!!!

We were about to get ripped off by a company. Mainline came out and did another analysis and we realized that we did not need to be replacing our entire sewer line. Even if we had to, we had been quoted 20k over what a sewer line replacement would have cost. I sincerely appreciate this company and their service. They came out quickly, the day before Easter. I would highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

Matt and Brian came out to scope our mainline today. They were sooo helpful!! We had been told by a plumbing company that we needed to have part of our line replaced right away for $5000, yet when the guys at Mainline looked, they identified issues in a completely different location in the line, and as it turns out, it isn't as bad as we thought. They recommended a thorough cleaning and re-scope before we make any big decisions. And we will get a copy of the video they took of our mainline. Plus, they gave us the number of a guy who can come out and clean the line out really well. Top notch service. Both Matt and Brian were very professional, friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. Plus, they were super sweet to our slightly nervous doggie (bonus points!!) All around great experience. I highly recommend this company!!!

Matt & Tom were fantastic to work with.  They showed up on time, thoroughly checked out the property (two buildings), and did a great job with the scoping.  Matt went above and beyond by helping me find out if I had any other issues in the area I was having difficulty with.  Their integrity and awesome attitudes were refreshing to work with.  I will definitely refer Mainline Services and use them if ever the need arises again!

Dewayne and his assistant  were very helpful as we had questions about some cracks in our clay pipes and had had three backups over the past few years. He was on time, spent quite awhile with us, gave us helpful hints and good advice. He also supplied us with a labeled DVD of our pipes, and names of reputable vendors who could help us. He carefully explained the whole process as well as a plan for the next steps. We had been told we needed a $6,000-$14,000 job to replace our main sewer line.We were happy to find out that is not the case but with regular roto-rooting and maintenance we should be okay. We would definitely recommend Mainline Services as a reputable company! They don't complete the repairs, so you know they aren't out to make money off of you.

Dewayne is the man! Mainline Services is hands down the best team I've worked with when it comes to plumbing issues. After a local rooter company came out twice to snake our line and scope it, they couldn't tell me what was happening. In comes Dewayne...within an hour we had a high res video showing us everything we needed to know. The video given to us from the rooter company was blurry, dated wrong and didn't have proper depth measurements. Dewayne was able to definitively identify the issue and recommend both short term fixes to get the line open as well as the PROPER long term fix.

I will be calling Dewayne FIRST when plumbing issues arise. He will save you money in the long run. Use the best first and save the hassle! I cannot recommend Mainline Services enough!

I called mainline services this morning hoping to speak with a woman named Renee which I had spoken with in the past. A woman named Hanna answered and proceeded to tell me she was the office manager, I asked to speak with Renee and Hanna let me know Renee was no longer with the company, since I was familiar and comfortable with Renee I let Hanna know I was going to shop around a bit more and probably use another company.I wasn't trying to be rude but when I had spoken with Renee in the past she was very welcoming and informative. So Hanna proceeds to say that would be fine goodbye and hangs up, geesh she couldn't even try to save the call!! So much for office manager! I don't know about u but I've worked in customer service and was trained to save the sale. Hanna could have offered a 10% discount, anything!! We hung up and about 10 minutes later I get a call from a man named Dwayne, I'm guessing he is the owner. He starts off the conversation off by say how badly he wants my business. I explained it was nothing personal. Dwayne proceeds to tell me he understands I had spoken with a former employee Renee but she was no longer with the company because she was a bad person and doing bad things! I asked bad things as in giving me wrong information? He said no, she was doing weird things and stuck in a rut with her life!! I'm listening to the guy bad mouth a former employee with my jaw on the floor! Wow!! Talk about customer service!! Could u imagine the service this guy provides? He is clearly in capable of running a copacetic business! I was shocked I explained that his words were highly unprofessional and Hanna was just as unwell trained. Dwayne tells me Hanna just answers the phones and is not an office manager. Im confused and a little irritated at this point because I've just wasted 10 minutes of my work day on the phone with this shmuck! I inform Dwayne I must go and turn down any of his services. Moral of the story this company is highly unprofessional and had no customer services skills! If I could I would give it a negative star rating.

I'm so glad I called Mainline Services for my sewer scope.  They do not complete repairs, but rather provide an unbiased report of exactly what work needs to be done and a general estimate of repairs.  They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and were able to answer all my questions.

After completing the scope, Mainline provided me with a list of preferred vendors.  Ed Holdcroft (Ed's Sewer and Water Repair) did an amazing job repairing our sewer line.  His quote could not be beat, literally half the cost of other quotes I received from vendors outside of the preferred list.  Ed is a downright honest and super nice guy.  There really needs to be more vendors like him in this world (I wish he had a Yelp page so I could write a 5 star review for him).

I would also note that I got quotes from other vendors on the preferred list and they were all incredibly competitive and significantly lower than non-preferred vendors.

Thank you Mainline and Ed for helping me navigate through this process and doing such stellar work!

You won't find a more knowledgeable and passionate sewer line technician than Dwayne. Recently we received a sewer line report from a local company (who also does sewer line repairs) stating that the sellers would need to replace the entire line.  We sent Dwayne a copy of the video and given the terrible quality of the other companies camera, he rushed out with his HD Quality sewer scope and got to work getting his own video and providing his expert analysis.  Dwayne and Mainline do not offer repair services so he is able to give a non-biased expert opinion and analysis.  Turns out the hairline cracks on the top of the clay pipe were not causing flow issues and a pipe replacement was not required.  Shame on some of these sewer companies trying to drum up business.

Dwayne took his time to call both sides of the transaction to ease everyone's concerns as to the condition of the sewer line.  He really went above and beyond and saved my client Sewer line replacement which can cost $1000's of dollars.

Dwayne might also be the best deal in town.  At $99 you get the premier sewer scope technician in Colorado.

Dustin was out last week and was very professional and thorough. It would be helpful to have the preferred vendor list available at time of visit as I ended up having to go a more expensive route to get my kitchen back in working order. Highly recommend that you have this service done as part of the homebuying process. I will never buy another home without having this done.

I highly recommend Mainline Services to anyone needing a mainline scope or 2nd opinion of the state of their underground plumbing. I had my main line back up a few nights ago.  Water seeped into finished areas and ruined some carpet and boxes in storage. It was around 9pm at night when we noticed so when we called the next morning we took whomever could get to us earliest. What a mistake. If only I knew at that time about Mainline Services, I would have saved money and slept better. The first company came out and after running water for 10 minutes and no backup we concluded that the most likely culprit were some wipes that were flushed the night before as we have a child potty training. Note to anyone, those advertised flushable wipes are not disposable. We went ahead and snaked the line to be sure and he had trouble getting it through, so we called in a scope. After the scope, they tried to tell me that I needed to irrigate to jet out the build up to the tune of $5800, which later was bargained down to an even 4k. Um, no. So we called in Mainline for a 2nd opinion. Robert showed up promptly for the appointment and walked me thru a lot of the video scope and advised that if there had been anything with an issue, it was gone and needed nothing except routine cleaning/maintenance. His detail and explanations made me feel confident that he knew what he was talking about and that he wasn't trying to sell me on something. 5 stars to Robert and to Mainline for having genuine and knowledgable teammates! Not only did your assurance save me $4000 but I can sleep better at night knowing I don't have to worry about sewage seeping back up into my house.

Sewer talk is anything but sexy and is downright depressing financially.  When our main line backed sewage into our house, we weren't prepared for the news of a belly in our line combined with an offset.  We called Mainline for a second opinion/camera scope.

The woman who answered the phone was so nice and helpful.  She recommended several contractors that could do the work on our sewer line.  In addition, we set up a camera scope.

Matt P came out to do the scope and was awesome.  He was really professional and took his time explaining what was happening in our sewer line as well as options for us.  He gave us really good advice and his write up was very comprehensive.  I was able to take his report and give it directly to Ed Holcroft who was one of their recommended vendors.  He was awesome too and just finished the work on our line today.

In short, plumbing work is not fun to pay for but is of course essential!  I would trust Mainline, Matt P and Ed Holcroft with any job.

Regarding to what the owner claims I have never worked for this company and and am not bitter and definitely not stalking or being investigated by police. Another company was brought in and everything was taken care of. All I'm saying is...IF YOU ARE GOING TO OWN A BUSINESS ACCEPT CRITICISM!! It's there so the business may improve. On a side note think the Christian statement is working against you.

We used Mainline Services during our home inspection & thank goodness for that!  Dewayne professionally evaluated the mainline and provided us the information in layman's terms.  He talked us through every aspect of what he was doing and what he found.  Ultimately he was unable to inspect the entire line, but that was due to faulty construction not his work.  We walked away with a written report and a CD of the inspection in case we needed something to watch that night.  Overall, he spent about an hour and a half at the property and the charge was $99.  I would recommend their services.  Also, maybe the lady taking the information has changed since the last review, as my experience was all around positive.

Dewayne and his team do an amazing job! Any inspections needed, this is who I recommend. Dewayne is extremely professional, efficient, pays attention to details and is very knowledgeable. We were needing an inspection done in Florida as well and even though the company isn't based there, he still got on the phone with us, helped us figure out the problem, he was able to point us in the right direction and he even followed up a few days later to see if everything worked out. They go above and beyond and I really appreciate that.

I have used Mainline Sewer Services Inspections in evaluating several properties in multiple Denver metro counties. I never buy a home without inspecting the sewer lines--amazing what surprises and revelations one finds, especially in this area of shifting soils.  A missed problem could cause the buyer unpleasant surprises to the tune of thousands or worse due to an impending problem. Dewayne's inspections were thorough & technologically up-to-date . Dewayne takes pride that his inspections and report are done to standards that hold up legally if need be.  They do NOT do repairs or installations so unlike some others, you can trust their evaluations to be objective.

We called Mainline after having another company come out and they quoted that we needed $8,000 in repairs done on our plumbing.  We were told that our cast iron pipes were flaking and cracking and needed a liner put in.  We were also told by the previous company that we would need to excavate our garage!!!  We needed a second HONEST opinion.  That's when we called Mainline.

Duane arrived 15 minutes early. He was friendly and knowledgable.  He showed us our lines and explained exactly what was happening and why.  We had old pipes, yes, however they were intact.  We had a mineral buildup that needed to come off.  We were charged a mere $99.00 and Duane recommended who to call to have our lines cleaned.

We were so delighted with the services.  We won't use anyone else!

Mainline (Dewayne) was on time to the appointment, clean, professional and very friendly. He provided thorough information and documentation to include a same-day DVD/video of our freshly examined sewer lines...that we will never watch. BUT, it's good to have on record. I'd recommend him without hesitation as he offered us assurance regarding our home purchase for a fair price.

We had an amazing experience with Mainline Services. They saved my in-laws from doing thousands of dollars of unnecessary work that was being recommended by another company called Rooter Town. I am posting a separate review for them, but strongly suggest avoiding them. The short version of the story is that Rooter Town came out to unclog a backup. After doing that they told my in-laws they needed to replace the first 10' or so of pipe near their house. They dug a giant trench and replaced the first section of pipes. Afterwards, they kept finding new problems and pressuring my in-laws to do more and more work, up to and including replacement of their entire sewer line. They claimed that a breakage in the line and/or more clogs were practically a certainty in the near future. As the work and costs kept increasing, we called Mainline for a second opinion. Mainline was able to come out within hours of speaking to them on the phone. Their inspector, Matt, was very polite and got to work right away. He sent a camera through the entire sewer line and showed us the screen that he was looking at. He explained everything that he saw along the way and even provided a DVD of the entire finished inspection. Matt was professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions. He disagreed with all of Rooter Towns assessments and told us we should not worry about breaking the lines or clogs in the future as long as there were standard preventative cleanings done. Matt also found that they had not correctly leveled the pipes that they had replaced and it was already starting to back up with water. We were able to get that fixed, but declined any further work with Rooter Town. We highly recommend Mainline Services to anyone that needs (or in our case doesn't need) work on their sewer line.

Tom P. did our scope.  Nice guy and works efficiently.  He showed up on time and was done within an hour.  Emailed us a copy of the report and the video.  This was a brand new construction so not much to look at.  Everything was connected and no sagging lines.  Tom P. did explain things to watch out for in new builds and that super paranoid customers may want to redo the scope a year or so after the build.

I've been using Mainline for about 3 years for all of my clients sewer scope needs.  All of the technicians are great and very well trained.  Since they don't repairs, they have no need to make sewer problems seem like a bigger deal than they actually are (a number of companies seem to ALWAYS recommend replacement). Very reliable and show up in the appointment windows as well.

This company is terrific! From the lovely woman who handles the phone, Hannah, to the guy who came out to my home (John), I experienced wonderful customer service from start to finish with Mainline.

After having my sewer lines cleaned out by the terrific Joe McCloud from Diamondback Drains (recommended as step #1 by Mainline), I had the Mainline service rep come out to scope out my line. He did a great job and explained every step of what he was doing. He scoped my sewer line out to the street and found that there were no breaks or cracks or irregularities anywhere in my line. A different and well-known plumbing company had tried to tell me a year ago that all of my pipes were cracked and needed to be replaced---to the tune of almost $15,000. Thank goodness I resisted that other company's dishonest, hard-sell pitch.

Mainline is efficient, reasonably priced, friendly and HONEST. If you want great service and do not want to be lied to or price-gauged, call Mainline.

I'm a real estate agent. I have been referring these guys to my clients for over 3 years. What you don't get with them that you sometimes get with others is that the sewer line is too dirty to scope. If it is at all possible to get the line scoped they get it done. They are not overly dramatic about inperfect conditions while still providing fires with informative constructive critiques of sewer lines.

I highly recommend Mainline Services.  I had a sewer scope done at a property that we were buying.  We found a $3500 issue (on a fairly new home) that we were able to get resolved before making the purchase.  Mainline recommended the exact fix and verification steps to ensure the job was done right by a contractor of the sellers choice.   The communication and follow up was excellent.  They scheduled around the necessary contractors and verified that the fix was made correctly.  I sincerely appreciate their work, and I am thankful that my home inspector recommended that we have the scope done in the first place.
