Zero star!! Don't recommend Tim Pope to anyone. Tim Pope was referred to us by our home inspector, who we trust dearly. When we called to make an appointment. His assistant was unprofessional, casual, and unorganized. After we got an appt, he was a no call, no show on two occasions. When he did show up and gave us a proposal, he was horrible at return calls or texts with excuses of he was either at a wedding, on another job, or out of town. He, then, bow out of the job with on text message quoting a reason of it's complicated before the job started after we had multiple follow up questions and concerns. We love Trane products, so we thought about going with him as his pricing was reasonable. But after an unexplainable horrible experience (no call, no shows, no returns calls and text messages) with him and his company and his horribly text of bowing out, we will not use him nor ever recommend him to any one.
