I am a current customer of JW Budnick Plumbing. As far as my experience with J W Budnick Plumbing, I have always been satisfied and pleased with the work ethic, time the jobs have been finished and the price. This is the only company in COS that DOES NOT charge to come out! I highly recommend JW Budnick Plumbing because they are licensed, boded and insured and the knowledge that the tech has is impressive. You don't see a lot of plumbers in this area with the knowledge JW has!

In regards to a review, I happened to be in the vehicle when the real estate agent called talking to the lady who answered the phone. It came in through Bluetooth so I was able to hear the entire call and the agent was very rude cutting her off repeatedly. The lady stated she was unable to give her the receipt first off because she was driving and was not at the office and said she could get her one Monday but she could not do it today because she would not be back. the agent did not like that and said she was keeping hostage a receipt. the lady told her she had given a receipt to the seller and it was not her fault it was misplaced during the move and unfortunately, not her priority to cut her weekend short to get the receipt. Voices on both end were raised, however, there was no profanity thrown around and the lady had said she was not going to be accused of false licensing (which they have posted on their site) and stated she was going to end the call. The agent accused the lady of hanging up on her the first time she called, but she lost service since she was near the airport, tried calling her back and it did not go through. She did not ask for a '5 star review' in exchange for services. They asked for a review in exchange for services since they were new and trying to get started and were just trying to get their name out there- an HONEST review..
Personally, I know there are several people who repeatedly use this service because they are satisfied and the tech has done a great enough job that they use him regularly.
