Amazing, best experience with a subcontractors ever!  Chad took great care to understand my requirements, make recommendations, and eliminated things not required.  He and his staff were courteous and professional.

After the job was done, it was completed perfectly and everything was cleaned up immaculately.  I can't image calling anyone else for my electrical requirements.

I cannot say enough about Chad and Ryan. They went above and beyond to help me. They did a splendid job and took their time. No rushing them. They do quality work and charge a truly fair or bette than fair price. I am going to have more work done. That is how pleased I am with them. Good work. Honest. And reliable!!!

I posted my project the morning of 7/3/18 and was quickly contacted by Chad. He said he could come by early in the afternoon and would be ready to do the work (install a ceiling fan and remove/replace in foyer both with 18ft ceilings) right then in there if I was ready. Chad and Ryan were both personable, friendly, easy-going, and very careful with their large ladder and our hardwood floors. We ran into a bit of trouble when it was discovered that the down rod diameter for the ceiling fan was too big and they patiently waited while I went down the street to L**ws find a down rod conversion kit. While I was at the store looking for a solution, Chad was on the phone with other lighting companies to find something as well. The conversion kit worked, and Chad and Ryan finished the job and made sure the floors were clean from ceiling drywall dust, etc. before they left. They even offered to take away the cardboard boxes everything came in. I would not hesitate to use Galaxie Electric again and highly recommend them.

I had A/C installed, which required an electrician. The A/C company brought in Chad from Galaxie Electric. He was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and worked well with the A/C tech. He talked me through what he was doing and suggested (not pushed) possible improvements. I'll keep his card around for future projects.

STELLAR. Simply stellar. We bought a house (aka money pit) only to find charred, shorting electrical wiring in the walls, home-owner special duct taped wires, basically, one big code violation. I got numerous bids and Galaxie came in around the same initial price, but they seemed to have a better grasp and realistic view of what they were undertaking. They were professional, thorough, worked hard to find me solutions that would keep costs low, dealt with my upgrades and change-orders, and did the job right and to code. Hard to find contractors with integrity (had plumbing issues as well and I can not say the same for how that turned out). Best of all, I am no longer afraid that my house is going to burn down around me while I sleep. If you want to be treated like a person and not a number, and want your job done right, I could not recommend a better business.
