Felix Plumbing

I have an older house with remodeling done by the previous owner.  The surface of the kitchen remodel looks great.  The inner workings of the sink were a disaster.  Finally the cheap garbage disposal quit.  Felix Plumbing came in, put in a more effieient disposal, and replumbed the drains.  What a delight, the drain actually slopes toward the sewer line and there is twice the space under the kitchen sink.

My husband tried to do some plumbing work and it didn't work out so well.  Oops.  We were without water to the house.  I called three different plumbers.  The first was willing to schedule us after hours for double their hourly rate.  The second couldn't get us in at all for several days.  Called Felix Plumbing and was treated like a long-lost friend.  They managed to work us in the same day.  Came and replace two pressure regulators in a single hour.  William was as nice as he could be, and didn't mind that he was working a bit into his evening.

Plumbing problems are the bane of my existence, but I wouldn't hesitate to turn to Felix Plumbers again when I have a problem!

We had an early Saturday morning emergency with a leaking water line to the refrigerator. I called Felix plumbing at 8:00AM and Tom came out to repair our leak within the hour. He fixed the leak quickly. Very professional and friendly... Awesome customer service. We give Tom the highest recommendation.
