ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Vernon Befort proudly owned and opportated the company for for 59 years up until his passing at 87 years old. Since then he passed down the business to his daughter Teresa and grandson Marcus.

Jessica and the staff at Befort were very helpful ! Joe came by to take a look at what I thought was a gas leak. He did a test for me and was able to educate me on what i should look for in the future , if there was one. I found this to be very honest versus him just replacing the pipe hose and not letting me know nothing was wrong with it to begin with. I will surely use them for any future HVAC needs just based on the integrity alone!

Initially this would have been a great review -- five star. HOWEVER, when I needed to have them provide the quote (that I was promised within the week) they never got back to me. I really liked my technician a lot and he seemed very knowledgeable. I was ready to have the pipe replaced, which would be several thousand dollars and no quote. After three calls to the company, still no quote. I want to GIVE YOU MY MONEY and nothing. If you're looking for a reliable company who says they will do what they are going to do, call Brother's Plumbing and Heating.

They have been out a couple of times, for different reasons! First time, guys did a lot of work and actually replaced some parts, got charged a fair price. Last time out, work took less than half hour and fix was some Teflon tape, charged over $200. I will be moving on to someone else next time.

Joe just left and I am so grateful for the fantastic job he did. Had them out for the first time today. Had called several different plumbers and left messages that I still haven't received calls back. I love that Befort actually answered the phone, AND got someone out the next day. Had him repair a spigot that another plumber had messed up and replace another one. He went above and beyond and I am thrilled to have a professional plumber that charges fairly, shows up on time and is a hard worker. Thank you so much for the GREAT work!

Very nice company and the workmen that showed up were courteous, clean and polite. Looks like they did a great job too. Only thing that bothered me is their pricing - which was excessive to replace a garbage disposal. I didn't have to agree to it, but I did to get the repair done. I would give them 5 stars easily if the repair price had been reasonable.

Can I give it zero stars? Total scam. Came out to do a service call on our mini-split. Started work and avoided telling me the cost. Charged me $670 for what should have been $125, did not fix the problem, did not diagnose the problem, did suggest I pay $2000 for further work. Avoid.

They are great...on time and got it done...they may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and they are the best. Highly recommend them!

These guys are honest and reasonable. This property we needed work done due to a sale and it was out of state for us, so it was difficult to have workers in and know if what they were saying was true. We got several bids. Some were off the charts expensive and wanted to replace the whole furnace etc.
Since our daughter had just vacated the property a month prior and all was working well then, I just found it hard to believe. This company look at all the requests from the inspector, informed us some were not an issue and priced out the fixes. There price was reasonable and I appreciated their honesty. Thankfully I did not listen to the guy who wanted to replace the entire furnace for $4000. Thank you to Brian and Joe for the final plumbing.

When my pipes burst the day before Christmas, I could not reach a single plumber. It was a bad time for pipes bursting in my neck of the woods. We had to shut off the water to our home through Christmas Eve and Christmas day. On the day after Christmas, I called 13 plumbers to find one that could come and repair our pipes. Befort was my 13th call. They told me that I was in luck, they had just had a cancellation and would send a technician right away. The technician arrived within two hours, and promptly fixed the burst pipes. The technician then provided two options for fixing the pipes so they would not burst again the next time we have extreme cold. We selected a very reasonable option and we could not have been happier. Excellent quality, outstanding value, the technician was very responsive and the people on the phone were understanding and communicated clearly. Would definitely recommend and use again!
