Straightforward business

After spending over a week searching for an electrician to come take a look at a partial loss of power to one side of my house, I found SOS. Their first available appointment was a week out, probably because they are the ONLY electricians that actually answer the phone or return phone calls. Two gentlemen came out to my house and spent an hour or so checking each point in the current until they were able to identify the issue and fixed it quickly once located. All in all came out to about $100/HR. Both electricians were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and honest. I would use them again for sure.

Called and was scheduled over a month out- day of got a call to reschedule due to heavy rains and an overbook scheduled- I rescheduled which was 2 weeks later. Got a call day of- about an hour before they were supposed to show saying their brakes stopped working on the work truck and office would have to call me to reschedule. Never heard back from anyone. I won't be using this company.

Totally recommend these guys. I called to get an appointment and was asked what my issue was.  I described the issue and what I had already done to fix it and the fellow gave me another pointer to try.  I did as he described and it fixed my issue.  I will always call them first.  Plus, their diagnostic charge was less than others.  Don't look any further.  Call them now

Oh My! What a great job they did! I called and they came the same day! The person that took my call gave me a general window of time they would be at my home. Said they would call when they were in route and did and showed up in perfect time. Hey guys found and ran 220 and installed a plug for our drier. Most pleased and highly recommend. Will use again when needed.

Nice guys. Was a silly little problem, they came and told us what was wrong and only charged $39 service call. They could have been one of those that ham it up and over charge you, but they were honest. Thx!
