All Phase Plumbing

I have used All Phase for the 23 years I've owned my Land Park home.  This company always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service.  Brandon is always professional and friendly, knows my plumbing at this point, and knows how to fix whatever went wrong.  They are indeed a superior company.  I highly recommend their services.

I had purchased a Rheem water heater about 3 years ago from Home Depot.  My boyfriend Joe K installed it for me, because well, he knows all the ins and outs of being a super handyman!  As expected, the installation went without a hitch, not knowing at the time, that we had apparently bought a lemon that showed it's issues a few years later.  The thermostat started acting up, in which the heater failed at keeping our water hot.  Joe called the Rheem company directly to report the problem.  Fortunately, the water heater was just barely within the warranty time frame!  They sent us a new replacement thermostat which worked for a while on and off. Then to our surprise, the company sent us a replacement Burner Assembly, which looked a little complicated to install, but because Joe was losing his battle with cancer, he just couldn't continue anymore, we lived with the struggling new thermostat for a little while longer until it failed once again.

It has become a difficult time in my life and I didn't have Joe to turn to anymore.  Fortunately, I gathered some courage to investigate on my own.  After searching the Rheem web site, they listed All Phase Plumbing as a recommended business to contact in my area.  I scheduled an appointment to have my water heater serviced, even though they were very busy and booked up, the nice woman who answered the phone, managed to squeeze me in somehow because a technician would be in my area and agreed to stop by!  I was very thankful!  

Brandon arrived at my home on time and with a friendly disposition.  I could sense right away, he was confident and experienced on repairing my water heater.  He understood how things evolved and that I was able to supply him with a ready to install burner assembly fresh from it's box.  Hopefully, I at least saved myself some wait time (and money) from having to order a new one!  He immediately got to work, and before I knew it, my water heater was back in action!  I truly appreciate how everything fell into place and All Phase Plumbers came to my rescue!  I just don't do well at taking cold showers!

This morning Matt from All Phase Plumbing arrived to replace two leaking shut-off valves in my guest bath. He explained the process and functionality of the new valves and I also asked he clean the drain as well (draining slow). In all, the total cost was very very fair and reasonable and his work was impeccable and professional.

I had hired this company before in 2018, they never cease to impress me with their professional expertise and reasonable costs. They will be on my speed dial for future Plumbing needs. Good job Matt, Mahalo!

Would give Rod & his team at All Phase 10 stars if possible!  They replaced the KITEC plumbing in my home this year:  Rod did a couple previews before he started the work, was on time & willing to answer all my questions.  His crew was professional & respectful - I never felt that they were hurrying at my house in order to the next (and possibly bigger!) job.    Hope you can tell that I was very pleased with All Phase and while I hope never, ever need to replace the plumbing, will call him whenever I have a plumbing issue.

I called all phase to clear out a drain in my sideyard. They quoted me 350 dollars to blast water through it. I am a busy person and work nights so I scheduled them to come out at 8am to do the job. I get a call at 730 the morning of the job saying they lost the hose to blast the water. I sincerely doubt this is what happened, probably found a bigger job. Don't waste your time with this company because they will waste yours. Good thing my house was not actively in danger of flooding otherwise they could have seriously caused my home to flood.

We replaced our 15+ year old gas heater, after obtaining multiple quotes we selected All Phase to complete the work. The main reason was they work exclusively with Bradford White Heaters, the quote was thorough and we had read several good reviews online.

Brandon was knowledgeable about the current codes, he spent time explaining what was needed and what the install would entail. Brandon's quote was the only that was detailed with each item and their cost. Unlike other quotes that statedwater heater install All Phase listed what was involved which important especially if there are any unexpected surprises. In addition we did not feel pressured to hire them to perform the work.

The work was all done in less than a day. The install was neat (clean plumbing lines, braced and even) job site left clean, passed permit inspection on the first round, and most importantly the heater works like a dream.

We apologize for the lateness of this review. We used this company earlier this year and we could not be more pleased! Brandon came to our house (which we admit, at the time was in total disarray) and he was very professional and pleasant. We went through a few other bids that week, but we felt Brandon and this company could do the job well. We had two sink faucets that were either stopped completely or had no water pressure. He gave us recommendations for new faucets and repair plan. Because of our older house, we knew there would be issues with some of our plumbing, he went above and beyond to get our faucets working again at the least amount of cost possible. Many months later, everything is still working great! We still have some saving to do before we are able to do a complete plumbing overhaul, but when we do, we will be using this company!

I've used All Phase for a few jobs, and have been pleased with the results of each. Most recently, they installed a new bathroom in my garage (see before and after pictures). Brandon completed the rough-in in a week. All checked out great with the inspection and he finished the rest of the job pretty quickly, with excellent results. I'd been trying to find a more affordable way to transform my garage, and this was a great solution. I coordinated separately with the electricians and pulled the permit for the work myself to save some money. Brandon is super easy to work with, professional, and seems to thrive on finding solutions to tough problems. The office staff are extremely helpful too -- Ami is the best.

Prior to this work, Brandon replaced the old, rusty copper pipes in the house with pex pipes. It was a dirty job and he was a champ! He's also helped clear several drains and sewer blockages over the past 6 years. I knew I could trust him with the bathroom install. So glad, it looks great and is now the best bathroom in the house

Called to set appt. For that same day. No one showed up that day...no phone call ..My 80 year old waited all day for them to arrive .called the next day to see why .....no record of appt. Wow....!!!!

We had a tankless water heater installed. The price was reasonable, and the service was professional. They were pleasant to work with and we would use them again.

I'm extremely satisfied with Rod Sanchez...All Phase Plumbing!   Rod de-installed my old hot water dispenser and kitchen faucets and replaced with all new (this job was not an easy job of removing the old faucets, rust, etc.).  Rod also did other repairs to a bathroom. I shopped around and got three bids before choosing All Phase. The other two plumbers did not know how to solve a problem in one of the bathrooms and said that they would have to research and it would be costly!! Rod solved the problem in about five minutes and the cost was minimal. Very important to me is being careful and respectful of my home...my floor tiles, kitchen surfaces and white carpeting. I won't hesitate to use Rod again. In fact, we had a discussion about a tankless water heater that I'm thinking of installing.  I might also add that Rod gave me a senior discount! Rod, you are appreciated and thank you for a perfect job and reasonably priced as well.

My partner and I decided to take advantage of the mPower program (avail in Placer County) to install solar, HVAC and a new electric water heater.  We decided the best way to go about this would be to interview 5 companies for each segment....yes, that is 15 interviews!  Whew....that was an undertaking, but so well worth it!

We found All Phase Plumbing on Yelp, they're a local company and we prefer to support small businesses (as opposed to the Big Box Stores, etc.).  Brandon came out and gave us a quote.  We liked him, we liked the info, we liked the price.  

It took us a little time to get completely on board with the mPower program.  No worries though....they were ready when we were ready!  They even recommended a great electrician (thanks Dave Ethridge of Ethridge Electric!) because we were converting our water heater from gas to electric (to take advantage of our new solar system!).  We had a couple minor challenges, but they were easily resolved and within a week we had a beautiful new state-of-the-art 50 gallon GE hybrid electric water heater (which also qualifies for a PG&E rebate....yay!).  

These folks are all professionals; quick, prompt, courteous and very pleasant.  Ami Sanchez has been great to work with, as was Brandon.  I understand Rod Sanchez was out here helping too!  We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for all our future plumbing needs!

Matt from All Phase did an awesome job at short notice for my family. Repairs were done at a reasonable price. He did not do any unnecessary work to get more money. We recently needed a plumbing repair, and because of the many positive reviews on Yelp we chose to contact All Phase Plumbing.  Upon our messaging via the company's website with a description of the leak, Ami called back in 15 minutes -- amazing! -- and set up an appointment for Eric to come and evaluate.  We were so impressed with such a quick response, especially when simply getting a call back from other companies can be hit-or-miss! 

Eric was professional, courteous, hard working, and really knew what he was doing in re-routing those copper pipes.  And he always wore shoe covers to keep our carpet clean, a small detail that we really appreciated.  Thank you also to Sally, who helped coordinate the job.

He called the manufacturer started paperwork for my warranty and order the parts. He always does quality work. He's also friendly and treats your home with care.

I contacted All Phase Plumbing when I discovered a lake raw sewage under my home.  Rod quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested repair options to consider.  Rod's crew was extremely courteous and professional.  Overall, Rod, Ami, and his crew made a really crappy situation easier to deal with.  I would certainly recommend All Phase for your plumbing needs and plan to call Rod when I am ready to replace my standard water heater with a tankless heater.

First, some background....
Finding an honest and skilled craftsman in any trade can be very challenging.  If you've ever tried to hire one, you know exactly what I mean.  You do your best to use the tools available to make what you think will be, a good choice.  But it doesn't always work out that way does it!

When Trina and I sold our house a couple of years ago, it needed a few minor fixes.  I used HomeAdvisor and chose their highest rated company.  But that guy was (of course) very busy.  So he took the order and then gave it to someone else who, in turn, farmed it out to someone else.  In the end, what I got was NOT the highest rated guy but 2 bozo's who didn't even have the proper tools nor ANY experience doing that type of work!

Back to now...

So here we are 2.5yrs into our new house and all of the remodeling (you can read all of my previous posts regarding the contractors we've used like Martis Painting) and we still have a brand-new-in-the-box kitchen faucet yet to be installed!  So wife says since you're off work for a couple of weeks, will you please get this done.

The kitchen is due for a complete make-over at some point but could no longer go with the old faucet.  Problem is, when you do one thing, quite often, you need to do other things at the same time.  Especially in an older home.  So along with the faucet, we opted for a new sink, a disposal and some re-plumbing of the oakie engineering (no offense to you oakies out there haha).

I went with All Phase Plumbing based on their Yelp reviews but also because they have posted a family pic on their webpage.  So first thing you do is use the quote feature and right away you get a call from the effervescent Amy!  I was expecting to get some push-back regarding having purchased my own units but she had no problem with it.  

I was surprised that she was able to schedule a tech for the next day but after telling her what I wanted, we agreed on the following day so she could schedule the tech to be here all day if I was OK with the quote.

Matt came out on the scheduled day, right on time.  Amy had called me to let me know he was on his way.  I can tell you, if I were him, I'd be on time too less I would have to face Amy later!

Matt looked at everything I wanted  and made up a reasonable quote.  I agreed and he needed to go get a few parts at Home Depot and would have everything done today.  Today?  Really? Wow...

Matt's work is amazing.  It shows skill and professionalism.  He listened to what I wanted and then delivered.  I cannot say enough about his ability to do the work the right way and my way at the same time.  He not only installed the faucet but also a new sink, a new disposal AND he re-routed the plumbing like I asked to give us maximum space in the under-sink cabinet.

He also ran a water supply line to the fridge and re-routed the dishwasher supply line.  (see pic).  We also had him do the same in the Master Bath with a new faucet and he installed shut-off valves where there was none previously as well as, again, re-routing the plumbing for more under-cabinet space.

Matt got everything PERFECT ON THE FIRST TRY!  No leaks. No drips. No extra trips to HD.  No extra charges.  Everything done as promised, when promised and for the agreed upon price.

Once again, I needed the professional services of All Phase Plumbing this past week, to install my new kitchen faucet, and they came through! Thank you to Brandon for your great work, and to Ami for scheduling my appointment, despite last-minute changes.

Rod did an excellent job of upgrading gas, water and pressure relief lines to my Rinnai tankless water heater. Rod's workmanship and quality of materials used exceeded my expectations, and is a significant upgrade from the homebuilder's original contractor grade install which was already leaking and rusting after only two years. All Phase is not the cheapest plumbing service, but in my opinion the amount of money I paid for this work was more than fair.

I was referred to this plumbing business from a co-worker and this company has saved me in two possibly terrible situations. Brandon now has been out twice for two different issues. He installed a shower in one of my bathrooms and was courteous and efficient. Unfortunately some weeks later my main drain was clogged and I had several plumbers out through the day who couldn't seem to find my clean out access and wanted to all charge me $2500+!!! 3 of them from Roto-Rooter, Bell Plumbing and Artly Plumbing.

I was able to get ahold of Brandon and he came out as soon as he could. He located the clean out access in under 10 minutes and cleared the pipe in 15 minutes. All my faucets were checked and I was back in business.

He also made sure all my faucets were functioning properly and gave me a plan on what to expect in the upcoming years for the progression of my plumbing system.

The cost was reasonable and I felt as if I've been given personal service from an individual who really cares about giving great service and not ripping people off!

I was referred to All Phase Plumbing by Herm's Helping Hand and am so glad I used them! Brandon took the time to explain what was wrong with the plumbing of my toilet and discuss the costs, advantages and disadvantages of each of my repair options.  He was able to fix the issue same day and did a great job too.  I wish I had taken a before and after picture of the plumbing because it really was a visible difference.  Thank you Brandon of All Phase Plumbing!!!!!

Fabulous in time of need - I can't say enough about All Phase Plumbing.  I think the family owned company has 'old-school' standards for work ethic, courtesy, and an invested interest in a job well done.  

Our bathroom contractor delivered the bad news of 18 year old Kitek piping as the culprit for a big indoor-outdoor leak.  He referred us to a specialist in Kitek repair, All Phase Plumbing.  Rod arrived that same day to give an inspection/estimate with an honest assessment and no pressure.  When re-piping the house seemed the prudent way to go, All Phase went into high gear.  Their schedules were reworked so the team could start the repipe a day later with the project  completed in 2 days time and the dry-wall repair-texturing the following week.  The All Phase team was courteous, clean, and efficient.  It is scary to see holes cut in your walls but today you would never know there was a problem.  Amy managed the paperwork, permit and inspection details and kept us informed.  This is our 3rd home and over the years have used many contractors and companies for home remodel and repairs.  All Phase Plumbing was among the best.

How can it be so difficult to find an honest, reliable, reasonable plumber???? Well, I found one!!! All Phase Plumbing just completed a rush job, two new drain lines under the house, cutting through brick and concrete to install new pipes and valves for two kitchen sinks....whew! All in our 51 year old home while we were in the middle of a major kitchen remodel (mess!). Rod and Brad were so professional, worked hard!, oh...and totally cleaned up the mess! And, the coordination and assistance of Amy in the office was outstanding! When is the last time you had help finding an emergency clean-up service or a call at 740 a.m. to say the crew was on their way?! We have found our plumber! Couldn't be any happier with their responsiveness and work.

I found Rod through Service Magic and have been EXTREMELY happy with his work and professionalism.  We had to have our entire house replumbed and were so happy with his work that we had All Phase install a tankless hot water heater as well!
Since we had our work done in May of 2010, we have recommended All Phase to at least 9 other people!

The drain hooked to my washer backed up.  Turns out it was the toilet in the laundry room that grandson had plugged up a couple of days before.  Thank goodness for Brandon!!  He figured it out and all is working just fine!

I cannot say enough about the professional, efficient and truly wonderful treatment you'll receive from this company.  I promise - they'll start out as your plumber and feel like your family when the job is completed - AND YOU'LL LOVE THE WORK!  Rod and crew have it all together.  They really know what they're doing.  They've done three separate jobs for me, two of them major.  (The first was ripping out an old tub and replacing it with a walk-in tub for my elderly mother, and installing a taller toilet with a bidet seat.)  Rod and Brandon are phenomenal.  Their air traffic controller, Amy, is Rod's wife and you know immediately you're in good hands.  I just can't say enough about my three fantastic experiences with these wonderful people.  If you use All Phase, you'll never ever go anywhere else.

All Phase Plumbing will be the only plumber I use from now on! They notified me 30 minutes before the technician arrived, he showed up with a mask on, was incredibly friendly, and found the problem immediately. We had another plumber come out to investigate a whistling sound with our hot water and he spent over an hour without finding a solution. Brandon, on the other hand, found the problem immediately, told us up front how much to expect it to cost (which was more reasonable than I expected), and worked quickly to fix it. I'm so grateful to have found All Phase Plumbing!

We have had the best experience with this company. They are responsive, professional, and did great work. We have done a 700 foot addition and remodel. So all new plumbing to the kitchen and a new bathroom.

I can't say enough about this company and their service! We are selling our home (which is 2 1/2 years old). The inspection report came back with an active water heater leak! Of course this was very alarming.
I called all phase and the gal I spoke with was a little shocked as well as the home is so new.
They were able to get someone out the next morning.
Turns out we have a condensing unit with a small release pipe outside that enables excess water to drain off. Soo..no leak! They did not charge us a dime. Not even for the visit and the report was done within 15 minutes of the tech leaving. I wish more companies were this responsive, professional and overall just kind! Will recommend to my friends and neighbors!

Rod and Ami are excellent to work with.  You send and email, you get a quick response, and they schedule your work to fit your schedule.   Once they arrive to do the work, they are professional and cheerful,  keep a clean workspace,  and always do a little more than you expected with no extra cost.  We are done with all of the plumbing in the house now, but I will definitely call them for future homes and recommend them to anyone who asks.  They replaced all of our water pipes and drains in an old house, and we were never left without water or a bathroom overnight!  Thanks Rod and Ami !!!

Our original clay sewer pipe had finally called it quits. (And after only 100 years at that. Guess they just didn't make pipe like they, uh, used to.) Anyway, the whole line needed to be replaced. Rod and his crew couldn't have more informative, professional, or highly skilled: the permitted job was done on time (in just the three days we'd been told it would take), on budget, and beautifully. To top it off, Rod et al are just real pleasant human beings. Major kudos to all. We are hugely relieved and feel quite lucky to have had you perform this critical work for us.  Thank you so much!

After a horrible experience with Repipe Specialists a coworker sent me to All Phase Plumbing. Brandon Amelio came out was very nice and professional. I told him how another company had lied to me, told  me I had a spider infestation and mold. He looked under my house and said it was not going to be a problem doing the job. Once they started the job I ask if there were any issues I would need to get fixed. They told me it was actually one of the cleanest homes that they had been under, and it was Bone dry underneath. I would give them a MILLION STARS if I could. SO SO HAPPY WITH THE JOB THEY DID.

Had a gas tankless water heater installed and couldn't be happier. Professional customer service and installation team.  Brandon and Brad were very knowledgeable, efficient and left the place clean. I could tell they care about the work they do.  It was a pleasure to work with All Phase and I would recommend it highly!
