Valley Pro Plumbing

Joey Dial from Valley Pro Plumbing was hired to replace a large tree in the yard . Once competed, he provided us with information that indicated the tree had  one year warranty and he would monitor the growth of the tree for one year . The tree died and we contacted Joey to have the tree replaced. After many attempts for him to follow up, he never responded. We went directly to the place where he purchased the tree only to find out that he declined the warranty when it was purchased. In addition, he only came by once only when I called to have him look at it when I was concerned  about the health of the tree. BEWARE!

They installed a RO system as well as a water softener.  Had a issue 4 months later with water coming out of the  system and flooding our counter top and kitchen .  Spoke with him and he told me he Will  be there that day.  Told me this for three days and never showed up three times and would not answer my calls.

Did not expect this poor service from him and will never use him again

Awesome job and great service. Went beyond my expectations. Very reliable, punctual and friendly service! They are the only one to call for a water softener!

AVOID THEM.  They will ruin your home.
What a mistake.  Plumbing was not properly installed and pooled on the floor.   My R.O. System is not working and its been 3 days since I called and left messages.  No response.   Trying to get ahold of them is a nightmare.  Won't answer calls
