Roadrunner Plumber

We hired Mike in early 2020 to do some plumbing work for about 200, we can honestly say he is a true POS. My experience in dealing with him was drastically different from the reviews here...

I won't go into details about what happened because he is such a douchebag, we're afraid he would try to retaliate. His attitude is poor, he shows up to the work either early or late, never on time when we wanted. He also only does the bare minimum for whatever you paid for.

I just want to reiterate the service provided by Mike/Chad is on point
Reliable, excellent work and they are the go to team for ALL OF YOUR WATER issues

I'm so impressed with the service I felt compelled to write a review. Our water heater started to leak in the middle of the night, of course. After contacting different companies for quotes, we went with Roadrunner. They offered the best price and response time(11am). Mike and Chad arrived on schedule and replaced our 17 yr old water heater. They were courteous and did a fantastic job. We could not be happier with the service. Any future plumbing needs, we will definitely go to them.

I live out of town, and was looking for an honest plumber for my elderly mom that lives in Sun City. I was in town visiting and arranged for them to come check out some sewer problems that a different plumber had left her with the previous year.
Mike and his son came out and got right on the problem. They were quick, professional,informative, and most of all, honest.
I'm glad that I found Roadrunner Plumbing, I feel that she can call them when she needs something and they won't take advantage of her.

Mike fit me in between jobs when I could not get the water heater working. Fixed the problem without charging me. Will definitely be working with them on future plumbing projects.

Mike was super professional and trustworthy. He and his staff found the cause of my leak, fixed it and found drywall repair people for me. Very honest and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great Service from this company!!   I called on a Sunday because I had tenants coming in that same day and they came right over to fix my leaky pipes under my kitchen sink.   I really appreciate them interrupting their Sunday to help me out.   They very friendly and nice to talk to.  Also, they let me know the price I was paying and it didn't change.   I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them in the future with any other problems.   Thank you for the great service!!!    Much appreciated!

I called Mike on the fly because my tenant in Elmirage had lost hot water and needed to bathe her small children. Mike was so understanding and was able to schedule a visit within hours. He shuffled around his schedule to fit me in. I really appreciated how professional and accommodating he was. Mike replaced the heater gave me a massive discount and kept me posted with texts and photos.  I can't say enough about his great service. I will look for him again the next time I am in a pinch. Up early on a Sunday morning taking my dog for a walk when I noticed a leak coming off the main water valve at my home and water running down the street.  Called local law enforcement (Sun City West Posse) and they came over and turned water valve off.  It was determined that repair was our responsibility.  I Then called Roadrunner Plumber and they were out within 90 minutes.  Dug up waterline until they found the leak.  Repaired coupling where PVC pipe connects to copper pipe.  They then did a great job of cleaning up the area (even hosed down driveway).  Job took about 2 hours.  Extremely happy with their service and would HIGHLY recommend.

Roadrunner Plumber came out to my residence a few weeks ago to address a loud toilet and slowly draining tub. I was very surprised that they came the next day after calling in the afternoon, and the two-man team was great. Updated me with everything that was being done, and once the issue was diagnosed I was given my options. It was all done from the time of arrival to them leaving in about an hour. The charges for parts and labor were fair too. Another thing I appreciated, given the current environment and social distancing, they both wore masks as a courtesy to my house which was highly appreciated. Overall I highly recommend this business!

I had owner Mike and his son Chad clear my septic clog and install a new garbage disposal.  Really nice, everything works and very reasonable.  Will definitely call them again!
