Commitment to follow-up may be the best guide to the quality of a service business, and a recent experience w/Kevin & crew reinforced even more than my original review (2/2/17) why his Classic Plumbing could easily be renamed Classy Plumbing. Again we needed new R-O filters installed, and the job went fine 'til they discovered 1 of the new filters I ordered from the system's manufacturer had a crack at the top. No problem with Kevin: said they'd return once I had the replacement, and at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! Got new filter in a week, Kevin's main assistant Brian popped over, installed it, and we were all set. A few days later I noticed icemaker wasn't making ice. Thought it was a frozen tube in the icemaker, so tried the hair dryer thaw trick, but no help. Was going to replace icemaker and then it hit me that maybe the valve coming off the R-O going under floor to the icemaker hadn't been turned back on. Not sure I could figure out which one, I notified Kevin and the answer was: no problem; we'll swing by and check it out, which they did a couple days later. They found the valve, opened it up, and Icemaker is now perfect. Thanks, again, Kevin-you're on our speed dial when we next need a plumber!
