Around The Clock Plumbing is a plumbing company we have been using for over 10 years. Not only are they licensed bonded and insured, but they are completely honest and trust worthy. The owner personally talks to all the customers about their  plumbing job before it takes place.

I highly recommend AROUND THE CLOCK PLUMBING to all of my friends and family and they are as satisfied as I have always been.

Around the Clock installed a new sink, faucet, disposal and drains as part of a Lowes purchase/installation. This included the removal of the old sink, disposal etc. and the transfer of the reverse osmosis faucet. Filip arrived on time, was pleasant, professional and completed the install in less than two hours. It looked great when he was done and there were no leaks! We had received quotes from a couple of other five star Yelp plumbers for the same installation and they were twice as much as the Lowes' quote and their estimated time for installation was twice as long. I will definitely use Around the Clock for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

This is the company that performs installations for Lowe's. We ordered a dishwasher on Friday, May 25, 2018. As of June 5th (11 days later), we have not received any contact from Around the Clock Plumbing in order to schedule the dishwasher installation, despite several calls to Lowe's and promises from Around the Clock Plumbing to call in order to schedule the installation. Obviously, they are way too busy. Lowe's should seriously reconsider their agreement with this company. I canceled our purchase with Lowe's and bought from Home Depot. The installation date was provided to me at the time of purchase.

I contracted through Lowes for an installation project and I had a couple other odd jobs. The representative who called me to schedule was very friendly and professional. On the day of the installation, I got a call an hour before the scheduled two-hour window to confirm the work so he could make sure he had correct parts. He got here a half hour earlier than scheduled, was very professional, knowledgeable and even did a repair on one of the jobs rather than a replacement. Who does that? My experience has been that things are replaced and not repaired, which usually mean a bigger fee and he did an excellent clean up in the room where he worked on the larger project. I recommend Around The Clock Plumbing.

Do not use this company! The employee had me in tears by the way he treated me. When I called to complain the owner treated me even worse. I have never had such an unbelievably poor experience.

Contracted service thru Lowes to replace Kitchen faucet and disposal. On time, prepared, R and R ed, checked for leaks, cleaned up after himself and got in the wind.

I have used this company twice.  The first time I sent them to my fathers home due to a leaky water heater.  All was fixed and the cost was quite reasonable.  The next time the problem was simple for them to fix and they didn't even charge me for the call.  Super honest and reliable.

Did Not install the correct gas dryer connector.!!!
Instead used a cheap connection that is known to be a fire Hazzard! per the Gilbert fire Dept. 1 out of 4 homes that burn up is do to the use of these cheap aluminum exhaust gas connections. I have left 4 voice messages, no response, complete avoidence!. IT's been 72 hours after initial complaint! And still NO response!!! I will also be contacting the Lowe's new install manager since they were hired by Lowe's  and we have paid them to have this service done. SAVE Yourself a big headache and disappointment! DO NOT USE!!

They say good things come to those who wait. This company epitomizes that. They were the installers for Lowe's where we bought a water softener.
This is how the time line went:

Wednesday January 31st  we looked at a water softener unit at Lowe's and decided to purchase the unit and install because it was the last day of the sale. The sales rep told us the installer (Around The Clock Plumbing) would contact us by close of business on Friday February 2nd to do a detail estimate.

Monday evening the 5th I called Lowe's and asked about the detail because I had not heard from Around The Clock. Tuesday morning I went down to Lowe's and got a hold of the manager of the install department. About noon Around The Clock called to say they were sending TJ out to do the detail around 4pm. He did come at 4.

I went down to Lowe's the morning of Friday the 9th to pay for the unit and install. They had not received the install estimate yet. I waited there an hour while Lowe's got a hold of Around The Clock and had the estimate faxed over. I was told Around The Clock would call to schedule an install within 48 hours.

On Wednesday the 14th I called Lowe's to inform them I had not heard from Around The Clock. Thursday afternoon I called again. The install department said they would call and (harass) the installer. Lowe's called back and said we would hear from Around The Clock shortly. Friday afternoon the 15th Around The Clock called to schedule an install for Tuesday the 20th between 10am and noon.

Tuesday February 20th, TJ showed up at 10:00 sharp. 2 hours later I had soft water. He was professional. The install went smoothly, nd he completely cleaned up the work site. Total install cost- $779.00. almost twice what I paid for the water softener.

Here's the breakdown of my experience with this company:
Customer service- very poor
Workmanship- good
Installation tech- Professional
Cost- high

Great prompt service. Kyle was able to identify an issue with the cabinet and repaired the problem and installed my new dishwasher perfectly.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.  This company is owned by Phoenix Romero Booth, and she is filled with nothing but lame excuses.  Please note the name of this company AROUND THE CLOCK PLUMBING.  That's the name of this company that does not answer the phone, does not listen to voice mail in a timely manner, and does not return phone calls.  I have been trying to deal with this company for weeks on the replacement of a toilet being paid for by the Kohler Company.  Miss Phoenix gets upset when you call them on their complete lack of communication.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AROUND THE CLOCK PLUMBING.  AVOID THE NIGHTMARE.

Installed a hot water heater for us.  Quick- efficient, professional and reasonable.  Answered all my questions with a great attitude.  Plumber had been working for company for years- a good sign they are good employers and work hard to keep good employees!   Will definitely recommend them!

After purchasing two faucets from Lowe's, we were set up for a plumber to install them.  Within days the company called us to make an appointment.  There was a slight glitch when we had an appointment.  The next day someone else called to make an appointment.  We explained the issue.  We resolved the issue and rescheduled an appointment for the following day.  
This plumbing company arrived a few minutes before their scheduled time.  Hooray!  A masked staff was directed to the two areas in our house.  He asked to turn off the main water source.  He immediately got to work on one of the faucets.  
Darrin took less than 2 hours to get both faucets and they look great!  He was polite and efficient.  The new plungers work differently now and he informed us of this.  Great service!

Please do not use this company.  Purchased a toilet install at Lowes along with a toilet.  They assigned the install to this company.  We agreed upon a date and time.  The company changed the install date twice without asking me.  When the plumber did arrive, he took one look at the toilet and told me there would be an additional $125 to install the toilet up and above the flat $159 that Lowes quoted me and I paid them.  I refused to pay the additional amount and they canceled the appointment.  I went back to Lowes to get a refund and the customer service clerks were dumbfounded.  They called in the store manager, who agreed I should only have to pay the $159 installation cost.  He was going to advise his area installation manager of this upselling by Around the Clock.  This is not the way to do business. I will not do business with Lowe's even though they agreed with me, as I now have to find an ethical plumber to install.  Will definitely never us Around the Clock Plumbing, and hope for your sake, you do not either!

Great customer service. Very reasonable prices. Felipe the technician did a great job replacing our water heater. Clean and tidy work. All new pipes and fittings. Will definitely use this company again. The owner Phoenix Romero was a pleasure to deal with.

on 9/3/2018 I purchased a microwave at Lowe's and asked them to schedule the installation. Since it was a holiday, no installation could be provided.
When I had not heard from Lowe's by 9/5, I called and was informed that Around The Clock Plumbing had been assigned the installation. when I asked why the installation of a microwave oven was given to a plumbing company, several customer service people were not able to provide me with a satisfactory answer. Alarmed, I called Around The Clock Plumbing myself and immediately was given a totally satisfactory answer.
to make a long story short, the microwave was installed on 9/7 by a very professional, competent installer. Excellent! He even cleaned up after he was finished.
Excellent experience, would not hesitate to use them again.

I don't leave a ton of reviews but this one is warranted. Had some faucets replaced and this company was contracted by Lowes. Installer was actually early, and could not have been more friendly and professional, not to mention the great job he did with the replacement. After completing the job he cleaned up the area as if he hadn't even been there and explained the work and warranty in detail. Great job all the way around and kudos to this installer, very happy with the experience.

I had Around the Clock Plumbing install 3 appliances in my kitchen and I would like to say that Tony ( the installer ) was on time, friendly, professional, he also cleaned up and hauled away the old appliances to my complete satisfaction. I would also like to thank Phoenix for her great communication from setting up the delivery time to checking with me upon the completion.

I have had Around The Clock plumbing out 3 times, recently (let's not get into my plumbing luck lately!). I have to say that I am super impressed with this company! The phone staff is friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward about pricing. I had two different techs out. Both of them were on time, super nice, professional, efficient and left the area fixed totally clean and put back together. Their prices are super low, in comparison to other companies I priced and no extra charge for weekends. I would recommend them to anyone needing a plumbing job done, big or small.

i have used Around the Clock Plumbing 4 times over the past 3 years for both installation and repair work. I first used them through a purchase made a Lowe's - Lowe's does a great job of vetting their contractors to ensure their customers are satisfied by placing a follow up call after every visit. I saved their card and have used them several times - each time requesting Tony.

Phoenix, the owner of the company always goes out of her way to take care of customers. Sometimes I need some buying advice when it comes to plumbing purchases, and she is always willing to offer assistance. Then, I have them come install and the work has been wonderful each time.

As fate would have it, I returned home the other day to find my bathroom sink had been leaking for several hours and had started leaking throughout the bathroom. I called Phoenix, who offered to have Tony call me to help shut off the water. It was late in the day, and initially I thought they would not be able to make it by until the next day to repair it. I was amazed that Tony called me back, and told me he would stop by on his way home. My fixture was repaired - crisis averted - amazing service.

I don't often take the time to write reviews - But in this case, this company has really earned  5-Stars from me. Phoenix & Tony  have both always gone above and beyond. If you need Plumbing services - Give them a call - They are great.

If there were negative stars, this company would get a -2. They totally screwed up a job a my house. Their negligence caused over 5K damage and they deny they did anything wrong. I contacted over a dozen other plumbers and they all agreed that the installation was totally lacking in completeness. Stay far away from these guys, not even sure if their installers are licensed plumbers. If you make a mistake, man up and accept responsibility for your actions, these cowards shuffled it off to their insurance carrier and they did the typical insurance investigation (with their experts) and I am sure they will find nothing was done incorrectly.....they have no conscience, only see money. So, I am sure it will go to the lawyers and I am confident that there will be justice and Around the Clock Plumbing will have to pay for their errors.

Stay FAR AWAY from these guys.

Response below from bad guys, their insurance carrier did their dirty deed. All the installer had to do was check the drain line, look around a corner, make sure the system was working and none of this would have happened. But, this was NOT part of the install -to check the system, and apparently the insurance carrier and Contractors Board agree that all you need to do is hook up the system, then leave. Shoddy, shoddy work. They say they found no drain issues, if there was no water draining as it should be...that is an issue, a major issue. Karma will catch up with these people, maybe someone in their family will be damaged by shoddy work, then they will see. They are not a member of the Better Business Bureau and have an F rating with them. This should say something.

This company is AWESOME!  Fillip, the service tech was fast, polite and extremely professional!  I recently had a kitchen sink replaced and a new disposal installed.  Unfortunately, the original plumbing company was unable to finish the job of hooking-up the disposal.  I was told that I needed to have my kitchen drain line in the wall lowered and they would have to get back to me with a price and a time when they would come back.  This was BS!  Around the Clock Plumbing came out and within 45 minutes or so we were hooked-up and good to go!  I would not hesitate to have these guys do anything plumbing-related again in my house!

They are the best Lowe's installer when it comes to Appliances, a toilet and Water Heater. Rosie and Phoenix in the office do a great job at scheduling and we've had Kyle and Felipe do our installations who both were really terrific !

This company is amazing!  The serviceman arrived the same day as the product was ordered from Lowes. He arrived in the early in the afternoon and had the job complete and cleaned up in a little over an hour. He was professional while also being friendly. He wore a mask out of respect. I will definitely look to this company again when I need service. I wish I could remember his name. The job was on 12/30/20. Amazing!

They were suppose to change out a garbage disposal. I called 5 times, no return calls, got a text for an appointment 8 days after I bought the disposal and then they didn't show up.

We give FIVE STARS!!!!! for Around the Clock Plumbing service performed at our home by Mr. Robert Malone. Mr. Malone is unquestionably the most professional, knowledgeable and efficient technician we've ever had providing plumbing service in our home. In addition to his expert installation of our new kitchen faucet, we were pleasantly surprised when HE ARRIVED 5 MINUTES EARLY( Smile!)

They showed up at a time it was not scheduled, then when i attempted to schedule again, insisted that it was my mistake. Not sure why they did that. It was a simple mistake in scheduling. The main problem was the owner insisted it was my fault, in a rude unprofessional way. Of course, scheduling accurately is also important, which they failed at, as well.
