Neal is a master plumber. He got to try out his new machine and made quick work on something that would have taken me hours with a rented rooter. Even though he may be young, he has years of experience that only comes from the apprenticeship of his father. With that being said... He's affordable. That's awesome, in fact he even showed me where I can get a cap cheaper than what he could get from his supplier through Amazon. A good plumber with a good price.

So little did I know, today was going to be one of the worst days I had in a while. Due to an improperly installed hose from my last plumber, I woke up to a condo full of standing water. I called Aqua cat on recommendation from a close friend, and I was not expecting a professional technician the same day (Sunday). Not only did he show up within a matter of an hour or two but Neil the technician 3as able to locate the leak within a matter of minutes. Aqua cat had the leak fixed, problem solved and even was able to recommend a few different services to help with the drying of the remaining water. Did I mention they were cheaper than the other 3 companies I called right after I called them for price checks? Aqua cat has all my future business!
