Amy from Desert Clover Cleaning has been cleaning my house for a few weeks now. She consistently cleans everything that is agreed upon. My bathroom has never been cleaner! I can enjoy bare feet on my tile floor again without me having to spend forever on it. Their weekly rate is worth it. Thanks Amy!

I've had the smart move cleaning crew clean my house a few times now. They're always easy to get a hold of and all our interactions have been extremely professional. The crew always leave my house sparkling clean and smelling amazing! Pricing is very reasonable compared to other companies. The attention to detail they pay to every area of your house makes it totally worth it. I can't  recommend them enough. I am happy to support a small business.

Eli made our house look and smell brand new. She came over to take a look at the house before she gave me a quote. Her quote took into account that I would have a deep clean done before she started. Well the "deep clean" was very sub standard so I was already planning to bump up what I paid her. She showed up on time with all her own gear and immediately got started. When she was done she mentioned the fact that a "deep clean" had not been done - good eyes!! - so the cost went up $15.  Based on the shine and orderliness of everything, I gladly threw in another $35!! She is scheduled biweekly now.  Phew! I can have guests now!! Woo hoo!

The one star review was very generous! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I made an appointment for this past Monday for house cleaning. I have family and friends coming for Thanksgiving. The appointment was set for 2pm. I received an email from Kris on Saturday stating the team will arrive at 3pm due to traffic. I agreed to change. I waited till 3:16pm and the team never showed. I never received a phone call stating they would be late. I called and only received a voicemail, I left a message and emailed Kris. I gave Kris a chance to call before I asked to cancel due to a no show. She never called, only received an email stating she will cancel my appointment the team ran into traffic. She canceled my 2pm appointment to schedule for 3 and was still late. UNACCEPTABLE!!
I've had poor customer service before but Brennon and co hits the top of list for poor customer service.

Kris since you want to try and discredit the information in my review. Below is the email you sent to me to change the appointment to 3pm. You clearly stated you needed to change the appointment time from 2pm to 3pm and would closer to 3pm. I allowed the time change and did not complain. You did not call to tell me they would be late, now you are trying to discredit my review. Please read email below.

We had them do a move-out clean on a specific date and they were able to accommodate the request. They cleaned the entire house and it looks fantastic. They cleaned in the cabinets, the floors, bathrooms - everything. 100% recommended Happy Maids! I would absolutely use them again for any cleaning project.
