We were really impressed with Mark's knowledge and professionalism. He checked in with us one week before the appointment and then confirmed again the morning of. He provided a lot of helpful information about how to complete a tricky project. He is honest and trustworthy and his prices are reasonable. I had a number of tedious drywall and stucco repairs to complete, both inside the home and externally - and Scott was awesome!  He responded quickly, came out with short notice, and repaired everything at a reasonable price.  He's professional, hard-working and a genuinely nice person - a hard combination to find these days.  Kudos to Scott and AMS Handyman Services for delivering above and beyond my expectations. I had new tenants move into my rental home in Peoria and they noticed some lifting of the floor planks in the dining room. I sent a request out to Angie's List and they referred me to Chris! He met with my  tenant and was very professional, and did an awesome job. The floor looks like new and the work was done so quickly. Chris did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone looking to have hard wood flooring repaired. There are not that many contractors that do that in this area I discovered. We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

This is a local handyman that does quality work.    From the quote to final product, they did an outstanding job.    They have a very detailed quoting scheme.  This was very refreshing for a family owned company. They showed up on time and delivered on budget.    I had an outdoor patio ceiling that the original builders thought that somehow drywall was a adequate outdoor building material.   Not only did BJ put in a new ceiling with t1-11, he put in 2 ceiling fans that weren't originally wired for.  I found the prices to be very, very reasonable.   I couldn't be happier with the work and timing.    They scheduled a time.   Showed up when they said they would.   They priced as promised.   They finished a day early.       His Aunt was on the job and kept my chihuahuas entertained.   The level of detail and the final product were better than I expected.  Seriously, this company is very reasonable and I couldn't be happier.
