I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

Wanting to get a new toilet installed, I made several frustrating calls to plumbers (who quoted outrageous prices and time frames) and other handymen (most didn't return my phone messages) , I contacted Jake, who promptly answered his phone. He quoted a very reasonable fee and could come that afternoon.

He was timely in his arrival, very courteous, and a neat worker who knew what he was doing. The installation was completed very quickly. I told him his fee was too low and paid him extra. I highly recommend Jake and I will call him when I need his services again.

Terry and his team are the best! We needed some help with a cabin we bought and Terry was definitely the right person to call. They put up drywall, fixed the drywall, mudded, sanded, painted, and installed a window for us. Terry was great communicating with us during the projects, taking pictures of the progress and the results. He also gave us some great tips for other things to make sure we do to the cabin. Our back garage door got water damage from years of neglect (prior owner). We hired another handyman who did a botched job. Michael did his best to resolve the damage done, which required a lot of craftsmanship.
Yes, it costed me more money, but it was done right, backed by a guarantee. He does take pride in his work and will share ideas to manage your cost too.

BEWARE: I hired David with "Mohave Leveling" to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
