Best Ceiling Light Installation in Phoenix AZ

We had several items on our list since downsizing to a condo. Fix leaky toilet, replace ceiling fan, weather stripping for door, install new cellular shades, repair sliding screen, hanging art work. Mark took care of it all efficiently, didn't charge extra for my husband helping, and gave us a senior discount. We're happy to give him a good recommendation.

I was able to get everything scheduled quickly, Scott was super communicative and flexible on the start time. I'm very happy with my newly installed flooring, it's beautiful. I definitely will use Scott again for more projects.

We've had a hard time getting handymen out to our house for years and thus put off projects. Unfortunately lots of unreliable companies, or those only wanting bigger projects. This company had a great response time, came on time, their quote was in alignment with the other quote I had received. They were GREAT!  They also have done work for neighbors with great reviews. BEWARE!!!    Hired Mark for a small job, stucco repair and replace back patio cover fascia.   The job was supposed to be completed last week Friday and he has yet to show up since last week Friday to complete the job.  I even extended the deadline twice and he promised it would be completed each time.  Now I am left hanging to try to find somebody else to fix this mess!!!    Now he won't return my calls/texts.    I found Mark on Nextdoor and he had positive reviews.   However, I have since checked other sources now and find that I am not the only one who has experienced this.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

BJ is great to work with and really kind. He's fixed our drawers in the kitchen, our side door blinds to be secured to door, removed a projector from the ceiling and the projector screen from the wall and patched it all up. He's reliable and professional. He knows how to do a lot and we would rather have him help us than us take a stab and mess things up. Thanks BJ!

Handy Man was responsive and responsible! They finished the job on time. I loved the final product and I plan on using them for all my home projects

I've used Kurt for 2 different projects: 1) Hang a new chandelier in our dining room which has 12 foot ceilings. 2) Install a water line for a 2nd refrigerator. In both cases, he provided accurate quotes for the work beforehand, arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up when done. I greatly appreciated that Kurt offered 2 options for the water line, and the more affordable option worked well. The creative problem solving and honesty was much appreciated and saved us money. I'm sure we'll be using Kurt for more home projects!

Dustin was very prompt and professional and I was pleased that he provided a free quote and completed the work which included some minor plumbing and electrical work in the same day. He had some good suggestions and I found him very honest and straightforward. I plan on using him again for other home repairs.

We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day.
