After weeks and weeks of no response and then back and forth, my security screen door was finally repaired and installed correctly. I dealt with Ben, who was extremely friendly and professional during the entire time that I interacted with him. As I said from the beginning, the look of the door was great. The problem was that the hardward/screws for the door were all wrong and the colors did not match. It took way too long to get it corrected, but once it was the final outcome is the look that I paid for and expected.
I give the company 3.5 out of 5 stars on my final review. The loss of stars is based on the horrible experience of trying to get in touch with customer service. It took multiple phone calls and a trip back to the sales location just to get anyone's attention. Once I had Ben's attention, he made me feel like my business mattered.
My hope is that the company learned from this and stops outsourcing their customer service calls to a third party or actually better trains staff who take calls to be more pro-active and responsive.
If anyone wants to use this company in the future, you will get a high quality and impressive looking security door, but just make sure you get a customer service number that connects to someone like Ben when you place your order in case an issue does come up. I believe that Ben really wants to make things right and keep his customers happy.
