The start date was about 3-4 months after we met to meet my timeline. To my delight they started on the exact date we discussed and completed the work on schedule without any extra or hidden charges. Found him on Nextdoor app and I sent message and he came to my house checked out all the work I wanted done.  He gave me a quote a week after he said he would email it over after I had to keep texting him.  Then I messaged and tried calling to tell him what I wanted done based off his quote.  He then went to ignore my messages and phone calls.
