Had them pour a colored concrete pad in the backyard.  They showed up when they stated and did a good job.  The finished product was very nice.  Very satisfied.

We wanted a simple but good looking block wall to be used as a compost pit and shovel rack. At a time when most contractors are too busy to be bothered with a small job, Dylan and his team came out relatively quickly for an estimate and gave a written proposal for a competitive price the next day. We were able to schedule the work shortly thereafter. Their mason Rafael is an artisan and worked very hard, quickly, and cleanly.

Had them perform a patio extension. Everything seemed great until I discovered a large, uneven void in the middle of the extended patio where water began to pool. Tried many times to contact them for a resolution, they stopped calling me back and responding. That tried charging an extremely high amount originally which I was able to negotiate on the price, but now I still feel as though I overpaid.

I hired Bob and his team to install an aerial rig point in my house. I am an aerialist, and I wanted to be able to practice my art at home. When I first started looking around for a contractor to do the job, I quickly realized that most contractors would raise an eyebrow and tell me they didn't even know what I was talking about, let alone how to get it done. Bob was not like the others! Rather than shying away from the challenge of the unfamiliar, he met with me in person and we thoroughly went over my needs. He asked the hard questions, and made it clear that his upmost concern was my safety. He put a lot of thought into the mechanics of my rig point (which for safety needs to be able to support 2,500 lbs dead weight!), and devised a very safe and sturdy apparatus. I am very happy with Bob's work and with my new rig point! Also, bob and his team were incredibly nice, friendly, and clean. They swept up after themselves before they left, and bob checked in with me the next day to make sure my apparatus was working well. With Bob's permission, I am definitely going to refer my aerialist friends to him! He understands the safety needs of an aerialist, and does a fantastic job. I am so grateful to have found a contractor who not only wasn't afraid of a different type of project, but who dove in and completed the project to the highest of standards. I highly recommend using Bob for any of your contracting needs!!

We had our covered patio extended by Brooks Built and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. They were very upfront on costs and process of the entire project and they delivered with exactly as expected. They provided great communication throughout the process with picture updates, texts, emails... really not certain they could have done any better in any of the aspects. They cleaned up after themselves which was important to me, not to mention the most important part the extended patio project... the patio looks great and looks as though it was there from the beginning of the home being built.
